Аuthors, consider the issues of recognizing the subjects of civil liability for causing harm to life and health, patients of specific medical institutions, regardless of their form of ownership and doctors of these institutions. It also raises the issue of the recog-nition of private doctors who are individual entrepreneurs as the subjects of this type of liability.
