Abstract

In this article, the authors identified and characterized the reasons for uncertainty in the provision of services in the transport sector. The article proposes to consider approaches to the process of managing decision-making in the field of providing services in the transport sector in the context of digital risks based on building a concept for managing digital risks of service services in the transport sector and formulates the author’s interpretation of the concept. The authors formulated approaches to the structure of the main elements of the decision-making management process in the field of providing services in the transport sector in the digital environment, which include the functions of making management decisions; elements of a management decision, including methods of making a management decision; factors influencing the development of management decisions; conditions for making management decisions, including the author’s view of the features of digital risks; principles of management decision making. The author’s approach to the process of making management decisions in the field of providing services in the transport sector in the context of the manifestation of digital risks is revealed. The main goals of building a concept for managing digital risks of service in the transport sector are formulated and detailed. The main tasks facing the developed concept are specified. Criteria for making management decisions are proposed and characterized, which make it possible to simplify the decision-making process with minimal acceptable digital risks.
