Abstract

The paper aims to reveal the essence of multicultural multilingual educational micro-environment and to describe techniques of its formation while developing multilingual students’ lexical skills. Scientific originality of the study lies in the fact that multicultural multilingual educational micro-environment is considered as an educational area in which systemic perception of languages and cultures takes place. The conducted research has allowed the authors to identify pedagogical conditions for formation of multicultural multilingual educational micro-environment. The practical value of the research involves development and approbation of appropriate didactic tools - multilingual texts, problematic culturological tasks involving use of meta-cognitive strategies.
