Thai Abstract: การศกษาวจยนมวตถประสงค คอ 1) เพอศกษาระดบความพงพอใจของประชาชนทมตอการใหบรการขององคการบรหารสวนตาบลเกาะเรยน ในเขตอาเภอพระนครศรอยธยา จงหวดพระนครศรอยธยา 2) เพอศกษาความแตกตางระหวางความพงพอใจทมตอการใหบรการขององคการบรหารสวนตาบลเกาะเรยน อาเภอพระนครศรอยธยา จงหวดพระนครศรอยธยากบลกษณะขอมลทว ไปของประชาชน โดยตวอยางทใชในการวจยครง นคอ สมาชกสภาทองถน และประชาชนในเขตพนทบรการขององคการบรหารสวนตาบลเกาะเรยน อาเภอพระนครศรอยธยา จงหวดพระนครศรอยธยา เพอนาผลการวจยมาบนทกขอมล ประมวลผล วเคราะหประเมนผล และสรปผลความพงพอใจของประชาชน โดยใชวธของ Taro Yamane เพอหาจานวนขนาดตวอยางจากประชากรทง หมด และใชวธการสมตวอยางประชากรอยางเปนสดสวน ซงเครองมอทใชในการวจยจงเปนแบบสอบถามแบบปลายป ดและปลายเปด สาหรบการวเคราะหขอมลจะใชโปรแกรมวเคราะหทางสถตสาเรจรป ซงไดเลอกใชสถตเชงพรรณนา ไดแก อตราสวนรอยละคาความถ คาเฉลย คาเบยงเบนมาตรฐาน เพอวดคาเฉลยและการกระจายของขอมล สา หรบสถตทใชในการทดสอบสมมตฐาน คอ การเปรยบเทยบคาเฉลยขอมล 2 ชดทเปนอสระตอกน การวเคราะหความแปรปรวนทางเดยว และการทดสอบความแตกตางรายคดวยวธ L.S.D. ผลการวจยพบวา ความพงพอใจของประชาชนทมตอการใหบรการขององคการบรหารสวนตาบลเกาะเรยน อาเภอพระนครศรอยธยา จงหวดพระนครศรอยธยา ในภาพรวมทกดานอยในระดบปานกลาง จากผลการทดสอบสมมตฐาน พบวา เพศ อาย การศกษาและรายได มความพงพอใจตอการใหบรการขององคการบรหารสว นตาบลเกาะเรยนแตกตางกน อยางมนยสา คญทางสถตทระดบ 0.05 สวนสถานภาพ และอาชพมความพงพอใจตอการใหบรการขององคการบรหารสวนตาบลเกาะเรยนไมแตกแตกตาง English Abstract: The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the satisfaction levels of people towards the services of Koh Rean Sub district Administrative Organization within Phra Nakhorn Sri Ayutthaya District, Phra Nakhorn Sri Ayutthaya Province. 2) to compare between the satisfaction of people to the services of Koh Rean Sub district Administrative Organization within Phra Nakhorn Sri Ayutthaya District, Phra Nakhorn Sri Ayutthaya Province and Public information. In which the samples which were used in this research are the local assemblyman and people who are living within the area where the services are provided by the Koh Rean Sub district Administrative Organization. The results of the research were the recorded down, evaluated, analysed, assessed, and summarized by using the method of Taro Yamane in order to determine, from the whole number of population, the size of experimental group and the people were then randomly and proportionally selected. The tools used in this research are both open-ended questionnaire and close-ended questionnaire. As for the analysis of information, the statistical analysis program will be used. We have chosen to use the descriptive statistics which include the percentage, frequency, standard deviation in order to measure the average and dissemination of information. For the experimentation of the presumption, we compare the averages of 2 independent sets of information, analysis of the One-Way ANOVA, and the test on the pairs’ differences by using L.S.D. method. The result of the research is that the satisfaction of the people towards the services of Koh Rean Sub district Administrative Organization within the Phra Nakhorn Sri Ayutthaya District, Phra Nakhorn Sri Ayutthaya Province is overall in the average level. The result of experimenting the presumption shows that gender, age, education, and income would significantly vary level of satisfaction towards services provided by the Koh Rean Sub district Administrative Organization at the statistic significantly at 0.05 significance level. As for the marital status and career, the satisfactions towards the services provided by Koh Rean Sub district Administrative Organization are not different.
