Abstract
The gradual entry of Ukrainian education into the European educational space requires unification and modernization of the system of training qualified specialists in physical culture and sport, whose field of activity consists of education, physical culture, sports training and physical rehabilitation, as well as their acquisition of general and professional competencies and methods of teaching, as well as the formation of the ability to solve complex problems in the field of professional and research and innovative practical work, taking into account the needs of society. The scientific article analyzes and identifies groups of competencies in the preparation of future masters in physical culture and sports. The discipline «Regenerative means in physical culture and sports» as a component of the educational program of preparation of future masters in physical culture and sports is characterized; the integral, general and professional competencies of future masters in physical culture and sports are outlined.
