Abstract
هدف البحث هو التعرف على دور الذكاء الاستراتيجي في تعزيز متطلبات الجامعة الريادية لعينة من الجامعات الحكومية في محافظة دهوك، منطلقا من مخطط فرضي يأخذ بنظر الاعتبار اتجاه العلاقة بين المتغيرين، وتم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وصممت استبانة لجمع البيانات، وتم توزيع (70) استبانة، وتم استرداد (65)، واستخدمت بعض الأساليب الإحصائية لتحليل النتائج واختبار الفرضيات تمثلت اهم الاستنتاجات باهتمام الجامعات بالذكاء الاستراتيجي ومتطلبات الجامعة الريادية، وقدم البحث مجموعة من التوصيات تمثلت أهمها بمنح الحوافز لكونها تدفع الافراد العاملين ويشجع الجهود المبدعة لدى العاملين.
