Abstract

<p>Despite the obvious technological advances in dentistry, adaptation problems to removable dentures is still not resolved, especially with complete loss of teeth. The purpose of prosthetics in this pathology is to restore lost functions of the teeth-jaw system that is sometimes very problematic due to the complexity of the relief of the prosthetic bed and the lack of optimal conditions for the fixation of dentures.</p><p>For example, clinical cases of patients with difficult-jaw pathology the features of the manufacture of removable prostheses in the upper jaw and the ways of solving the problems of adaptation, including the use of fixing creams.
