Abstract

The service orientation of customs control after the release of goods is based on the possibility of providing customs services to interested persons, such as “on-site or desk customs inspections”, “inspections of customs, other documents and (or) information”, “customs inspections of premises and territories”, “confiscation of goods”, “amendments to declarations for goods”. From a practical point of view, the listed services are currently evaluated using a system of indicative indicators. The calculation methods of the five indicative indicators analyzed in the article required reference to a set of statistical data characterizing the results of the work of the Domodedovo customs obtained during the reporting period.
