Abstract

Currently, the fairly widespread use in prosthetic dentistry KHS alloy. Its main application – frames arc prosthesis and metal constructions. Recently a number of manufacturers to reduce the adverse effects on the patients components of dental alloys began to produce billet in the form of pellets. This type of blanks has a homogeneous structure and higher physical- mechanical and anti-corrosion properties that had previously been shown in studies the authors of this article. 70 patients aged from 26 to 62 years old with a history of oral or galvanosis toxic stomatitis, due to exposure to the components of metal alloys, metal vkolyucheny after removal and rehabilitation of the oral cavity have been re prosthetic alloy KHS. Patients were divided into two groups. The main group (30 people), metal-ceramic prosthetic designs from KHS, having a workpiece in the form of pellets. The control group (40 people) of the prosthetic KHS having traditional harvesting in the form of rods or bars. To evaluate the efficacy of a new kind of KHS alloy billets both groups of patients using a questionnaire «Profile influence dental health» OHIP-49 RU. The results of the clinical and social research, in general, allowed the complex to prove the effectivenessand benefits of prosthetic treatment with KHS alloy billets casting into pellets before conventional prosthetics like the dynamics of clinical parameters, and from the standpoint of quality of life.
