Abstract
the article presents the results of a study of current threats to the foreign trade security of the Russian Federation in the context of changes in the tariff policy of the Turkish Republic regarding transit through the Bosporus and Dardanelles straits. An infographic of the cargo turnover of ports of the Azov-Black Sea basin in 2015 is presented. A design scheme for the construction of the Istanbul canal from the Black Sea to the Mediterranean is presented.
