Abstract
The review examines those published in 2023-2024. works of the prominent Russian scientist D.V. Gordienko, devoted to the study of the military aspects of Chinese geopolitics. An analysis of the foreign policy guidelines considered by the author that determine the geopolitics of the PRC, as well as military instruments that ensure its guaranteed implementation, is carried out. Particular attention is paid to the approaches of the Chinese leadership identified by the author to interaction with global and regional players in matters of defense and security.
