Abstract
The prevalence of drug addiction and toxic addiction, as a component of the epidemic of overdoses with prohibited psychoactive substances, continues to affect communities around the world, leading to an unprecedented number of overdose deaths every year. Forensic and pharmaceutical, forensic and expert, forensic and toxicological, forensic and chemical, criminal and legal study of the illegal circulation of prohibited psychoactive substances was conducted. The relevance of taking measures to eliminate drug laboratories as a component of organized drug business was substantiated. Forensic and pharmaceutical practice was analyzed. The experience of the countries of the world and Ukraine regarding the problem of drug addiction was studied. The consequences of narcotization of the population and the spread of addictive dependence, comorbid disorders, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, and hepatitis were studied. Normative initiatives to combat the illegal circulation of psychoactive substances of classification and legal groups were proposed.
