Abstract

The article addresses the formation of the professional culture of food technology and public catering specialists within the educational ecosystem using the case method under the pedagogical condition of “development motivation”. The relevance of the study is underscored by the necessity of implementing systemic and ecosystem approaches in organizing the educational process in higher education to ensure its multipolarity. Research methods employed include theoretical analysis, testing, formative experiment, mathematical statistics method and nonparametric criterion X2. The novelty of the research lies in developing a technology for forming the professional culture of specialists based on the condition of “development motivation” using the case method. The theoretical and practical significance of the study is supported by the description of the conditions for forming the professional culture among future specialists in food production technology and public catering within the eco-educational environment of the university, thereby fostering their competence in “social creativity”.
