การวิเคราะห์พื้นที่จุดเกิดเหตุคดีลักทรัพย์ในเขตพื้นที่ความรับผิดชอบของสถานีตำรวจ นครบาลลาดพร้าวห้วงระยะเวลาวันที่ 1 ตุลาคม พ.ศ.2557-30 กันยายน พ.ศ.2558 (Spatial Analysis of the Burglary Incidence Cases in the Responsible Area of Latphrao Police Station during the 1st October 2014-30th September 2015)

Thai Abstract: การวจยครง นมวตถประสงค 1) เพอศกษาความถของจดเกดเหตคดลกทรพยพนทความรบผดชอบสถานตารวจนครบาลลาดพราว 2) เพอศกษาพฤตการณของผกระทาความผดคดลกทรพยพนทความรบผดชอบสถานตารวจนครบาลลาดพราว หวงระยะเวลาวนท 1 ตลาคม พ.ศ.2557-30 กนยายน พ.ศ.2558 ดวยระบบสารสนเทศทางภมศาสตรโดยใชขอมลทตยภมจากจดเกดเหตคดลกทรพยในพนทเขตความรบผดชอบสถานตารวจนครบาลลาดพราว และขอมลปฐมภมจากการศกษาภาคสนามพนททา การวจย โดยแสดงผลการวจยเปนแผนท กราฟวงกลม และความถเปนจา นวนครงผลการวจย พบวา 1) การศกษาความถของจดเกดเหตลกทรพยในพนทความรบผดชอบของสถานตารวจนครบาลลาดพราว ความถการเกดคดลกทรพยของเดอนในรอบป มากทสด 3 อนดบ คอ เดอนมถนายน พ.ศ.2558 จานวน 54ครง เดอนพฤษภาคม พ.ศ.2558 จานวน 49 ครง เดอนสงหาคม พ.ศ.2558 จานวน 33 ครง จดเกดเหตคดลกทรพยมการกระจายตวเรยงอนดบมากทสดใน ถนนสายหลก ถนนซอย รานอาหาร และรานสะดวกซอ ตามลาดบ จดเกดเหตคดลกทรพยมการกระจกตวเรยงอนดบมากทสดใน แฟลตการเคหะแหงชาต และหางสรรพสนคาเขตบางกะป หอพกอพารทเมนท ตามลา ดบ 2) การศกษาพฤตการณของผกระทาความผดในคดลกทรพยพนทความรบผดชอบของสถานตารวจนครบาลลาดพราวเกยวกบชวงเวลา ชวงเวลาทเกดเหตคดลกทรพย มากทสด ไดแก ชวงคา เวลา 18.00-24.00 น. เกดคดลกทรพย จานวน 120 ครง บรเวณ หางสรรพสนคา คอนโดมเนยม หมบาน ชวงดก เวลา 24.00-06.00 น.เกดคดลกทรพย จา นวน 80 ครง บรเวณ คอนโดมเนยม หอพก หางสรรพสนคา หมบาน อนดบท 3 คอ ชวงเชา เวลา06.00-12.00 น. เกดคดลกทรพย จานวน 63 ครง บรเวณ คอนโดมเนยม หอพก หมบาน การศกษาพฤตการณของ ผกระทาผดคดลกทรพยพนทความรบผดชอบของสถานตารวจนครบาลลาดพราวเกยวกบลกษณะของการกระทาผดพบดงน อนดบ 1 พฤตการณการลกทรพยในเคหะสถาน หอพก คอนโดมเนยม รานอาหาร กอเหตขณะท ผอาศยไมอยอนดบ 2 พฤตการณการทบกระจกรถยนตทจอดไวตามซอยจอดในทเปลยวในชวงเวลาไมมคนหรอกลางคนใชวธสองดของมคาในรถยนต แลวทบกระจกรถยนตเพอขโมยทรพยสนของมคา อนดบ 3 พฤตการณการลกทรพยรถจกรยานยนต รถยนต จากลานจอดรถของคอนโดมเนยม หอพก ซอย English Abstract: The research aimed 1) to study the frequency of the incidences of burglary in the responsible area of Latphrao police station, 2) to investigate the circumstances of the theft offenders in the responsibility of police station area during the October 1st 2014-September 30th 2015 by Geographic Information System (GIS). The “GIS” was applied to analyze the secondary data, the incidences of burglary in the study area whereas the primary data was gathered by surveying the area. Findings were shown by maps, pie charts, and frequency. The research results were as following. 1) The frequency of the incidences of burglary in the areas of the police station responsibility occurred 54 times in June 2015, 49 times in May 2015, and 33 times in August 2015 respectively. Places where the incidences of burglary happened were main streets, roads, restaurants and convenience stores in the research area respectively. The crimes committed at national housing flats,department stores in Bangkapi area, dormitories,and apartments respectively. 2) The crime scences of the theft offenders in the area took placed 120 times in the evening from 18.00-24.00 p.m.at departmentstores, condominium residences,and villages. From 24.00-06.00 a.m., there were 80 times of the theft incidences at condominiums, dormitories, department stores, and villages. In the morning 6.00-12.00 a.m., the crime cases happened 63 times in condominiums, and villages at the Bangkapi area. Crime patterns of the theft offenders were burglary of dwelling residentials, condominiums, dormitories,and restaurants while owners were outside their homes and buildings. The offenders smashed the car parked in the streets during the nights or in desolate alleys to steal the assets.Bicycles and cars were stolen fromcondominiums, dormitories,and streets of Bangkapi area by the auto thefts.
