Abstract

The article deals with organizing practical training of students within the framework of the dual system of teacher training with the participation of the employer. Improving the effectiveness of practical training of bachelor students is possible through the development of an integrative model of vocational training of students in the dual system of teacher training, where the purpose, objectives, main stages, and functionality of each participant in educational relations are outlined. The development of structural practice-oriented modules, the formation of professional competencies, including the acquisition of a working profession, the preparation of educational and methodological support, the development of an interactive textbook and criteria for economic and social efficiency, such as the formation of professional competencies, migration, labor productivity are discussed in the article.
