Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى: معرفة درجةممارسةالقيادةالمدرسيةلدورهافيتنميةالإبداعلدىمعلمات مدارسالمرحلة الثانويةبمنطقة عسير بالمملکة العربية السعودية منوجهةنظرالمعلمات، واستخدمتالدراسة: المنهجالوصفالتحليلي،لمناسبةهذاالمنهج لهذة الدراسة ، وبلغتعينة الدراسة) 304 ((بنسبة11% (منالمجتمعالأصليللمعلمات البالغ عددهن) 3416). وتوصلتالدراسةإلى عدد منالنتائج، من أهمها:أن درجة ممارسة القيادة المدرسية لدورها في تنمية الإبداع لدى معلمات مدارس المرحلة الثانوية بمنطقة عسير من وجهة نظرهن لجميع العبارات تحققت بدرجة 50%، وأن أهم سبل تنمية الإبداع لدى معلمات مدارس المرحلة الثانوية هي المشارکة في دورات تدريبية وورش عمل حول المناهج والنواحي الإبداعية في المادة الدراسية. کما أظهرت النتائج أنه: لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول دور القيادة المدرسية في تنمية الإبداع لدى معلمات مدارس المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظات منطقة عسير من وجهة نظر المعلمات تبعا لمتغير (المؤهل العلمي، والتخصص في البکالوريوس، وسنوات الخدمة) للمعلمات. The current study aimed to identify degree of practice of school leadership for its role in development of among secondary school female in Assir region of Saudi Arabia from female teachers' viewpoint. The female researcher used descriptive analytical approach that fits this type of studies. The study sample reached (304) by (11%) of actual study population of (3416) individuals and after analyzing results using (SPSS) program to calculate arithmetic mean, standard deviation, test of simple variance analysis test and (T)test for two independent groups, study concluded following: The paragraph stating the relationship between on basis of tolerance and seriousness in work ranked first, paragraph stating encouragement of school leadership to enrich curriculum with creative activities, concepts and realities ranked second, paragraph stating Organizing scientific recreational trips and scientific competitions to develop among female teachers ranked third, while paragraph stating allocate a budget for extra-curricular activities that promote creativity came in last place. -There are no statistically significant differences on role of school leadership in development of among female of secondary schools in governorates of Assir region from point of view of female according to variable of educational qualification and variable of service years and variable of specialization in bachelor degree. The highest percentage of answers about ways to develop among secondary school female in Assir governorates from female teachers' point of view was to participate in training courses and workshops on curriculum and creative aspects in subject, followed by encouraging and reinforcing female constantly and stimulate them.
