รูปแบบภาวะผู้นาของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมความเป็นโรงเรียนแห่งการเรียนรู้ สังกัดสำ นักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานเขตภาคเหนือตอนบน (The Development of School Directors’ Leadership Model for Enhancing the Learning Schools under the Office of Basic Education Commission in the Upper Northern Region)

Thai Abstract:: การวจยครง น มวตถประสงค คอ 1) เพอศกษาบรบทและศกยภาพความเปนโรงเรยนแหงการเรยนรของสถานศกษา 2)เพอสรางรปแบบภาวะผนาของผบรหารสถานศกษาเพอสง เสรมความเปนโรงเรยนแหงการเรยนร และ 3) เพอประเมนองคประกอบเชงยนยนรปแบบภาวะผนาของผบรหารสถานศกษาเพอสงเสรมความเปนโรงเรยนแหงการเรยนร โดยศกษาในพนทโรงเรยน สงกดสานกงานคณะกรรมการการศกษาขน พนฐาน เขตภาคเหนอตอนบน กลมตวอยางเปนผบ รหารสถานศกษาและครผสอน จา นวน 169 คน เครองมอวจยคอ แบบสมภาษณ และแบบสอบถาม วเคราะหขอมลโดยวธวเคราะหองคประกอบเชงยนยน ผลการวจย พบวา (1) ดานบรบทและศกยภาพความเปนโรงเรยนแหงการเรยนรของสถานศกษานน พบวา ทกโรงเรยนมบรบทและศกยภาพตามบรบทของโรงเรยน (2) รปแบบภาวะผนาของผบรหารสถานศกษาเพอสงเสรมความเปนโรงเรยนแหงการเรยนร ประกอบดวย สมรรถนะจานวนสามองคประกอบหลก และสบหกองคประกอบยอย (3) ผลการประเมนองคประกอบเชงยนยนรปแบบภาวะผนาของผบรหารสถานศกษาเพอสง เสรมความเปนโรงเรยนแหงการเรยนร พบวา ดานการพฒนาองคการมความสา คญสงสด มองคประกอบยอยคอการสรางกระบวนการใหเกดความรวมมอรวมใจสาคญสงสด รองลงมาไดแก ดานการพฒนาโรงเรยนใหมลกษณะความเปนโรงเรยนแหงการเรยนร มองคประกอบยอยคอ การเปนกลยาณมตรเชงวชาการหรอวทยสมพนธตอกนสา คญสงสดและ ดานการพฒนาครและบคลากรทางการศกษา มองคประกอบยอย คอ การนเทศ กากบ ตดตามดแล การจดการเรยนร และงานสนบสนนอนๆสา คญสงสด ตามลำดบ English Abstract: The Research has the following objectives: 1) to study the context and potential of being a school into educational institutions. 2) to create leadership patterns for the development of schools of learning of school administrators. And 3) to evaluate the confirmatory components of leadership patterns for the development of schools of learning of school administrators. Study in schools of the office of Basic Education Commission in the upper northern region. The sample group consisted of 169 were the directors and teachers. The research tools were questionnaire and interview analyzed using the confirmatory factor analysis. It was found as follows: 1) Context and potential of being a school into educational institutions, the schools have the characteristic of school of learning according to the context of the school. 2) Leadership model development for school directors in learning school, there are 3 components and 16 sub-components. The evaluate result of the confirmatory components of leadership patterns for the development of schools of learning of school administrators as follows: The first component is organizational development, with the highest priority. The second component is the component of developing the school to have the characteristic of a school of learning. The sub-component of a good academic friendship or academic relationship is the most important. And the third component is the development of teachers and educational person. There are an orientation, supervision, monitor, learning management, and others which are the most important, respectively.
