Abstract
The concept of organizing the process of forming the composition of academic disciplines and curricula for teaching KhAI students is outlined in the training of specialists in the new formation in economics and management of enterprises in the aerospace industry in connection with the transition of Ukraine from a command-administrative system to a market-entrepreneurial form of management. At the time of the proclamation of Ukraine as an independent state, the aerospace industry, at the scientific, technical and technological level of creating advanced designs of aircraft and rocket and spacecraft, occupied one of the foremost places in the world. Having made a choice in favor of the transition to a market economy, Ukraine has set itself the task of great organizational complexity - how to maintain the achieved scientific and technical level in the new market conditions of economic activity of enterprises to achieve high economic results? The key issue is the training of personnel in a new formation based on new knowledge at all levels of the full-time economic positions of the enterprise. The analysis of new functional responsibilities for professional specialists allowed:– to form the composition and content of the disciplines to be studied for the new conditions of economic activity of the enterprise,– develop curricula and related provisions for the organization of the educational process, taking into account the use of modern integrated information technologies,– prepare the necessary teaching materials (manuals, recommendations, instructions),– organize specialized training classes equipped with modern computer technology with the availability of work on the international Internet. The concept of curriculum formation and the methodology for filling them with a set of focused disciplines (what to teach), supported by appropriate teaching and methodological tools for teaching them (how to teach) met the expectations of training high-quality professional economists to work in a market economy.
