Abstract

أثر التعلم عن طريق النشاط في التحصيل الدراسي لمادة الفيزياء و الاحتفاظ بمعلوماتها لدى طلبة الصف الأول بالمدرسة الثانوية اليمنية بأمانة العاصمة صنعاء
 The main purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of learning by activity on physics achievement and knowledge retention by the first secondary class students at the capital of Republic of Yemen.
 There are 38 students who were selected as a sample of first secondary grade students in capital Sanaa schools for boys.
 The sample was randomly distributed into two equal groups, [19] students as experimental group and [19] students as a control group.
 A post achievement test was used to collect the study information.
 To test the study hypothesis means, standard deviations, percentage, T-Test, were used.
 The findings of the study showed that: 1) There was a significant difference in achievement between the experimental and control group, for the experiment group.
 2) Learning by activity was not affecting the students keeping of knoweldge
