Abstract
The present article focuses on issues regarding the relieving the individual of criminal responsibility for creating criminal association under the Criminal Code of Ukraine as well as provides a comparative analysis of criminal codes of some other foreign countries. The paper gives special grounds under which the person who has committed a socially dangerous act can be relieved of criminal liability.
