Abstract

The monograph studies problems of the theory and practice of application of digital (electronic) justice and electronic document flow in courts. The authors analyze Russian laws and modern digital technologies that determine the legal and technological regimes for the use of an electronic document, electronic signature, electronic archive and specific software complexes in the sphere of digital court records. The paper makes a comparative analysis of international models and principles of electronic judicial proceedings, reviews legal provisions and electronic justice systems of some foreign countries. Issues of application and potential development of the artificial intelligence technology are studied.
