Abstract

The article analyzes the change in the methodological foundations of criminal law and its application in modern geopolitical conditions, the constant sanctions and armed confrontation between the West (represented by the leadership of the USA – NATO and the largest European countries) and Russia in connection with the events in Ukraine.
