Abstract

The article analyzes the concepts of «official discipline», «disciplinary proceedings», «disciplinary case», «disciplinary responsibility» and establishes the connection among them. The paper also defines the powers and basic principles of work of the disciplinary commission. The authors clarify the procedure of formation of a disciplinary case and making decisions according to the results of its consideration.
