صعوبات تقدیم خدمات الحمایة الاجتماعیة للمُعنفات أسریاً من منظور الممارسة العامة للخدمة الاجتماعیة دراسة میدانیة مطبقة على بعض وحدات الحمایة الاجتماعیة فی المنطقة الشرقیة بالمملکة العربیة السعودیة

Abstract

ملخص البحث العنف الأسري له آثاره السلبية المدمرة التي لا تؤثر على الأفراد والأسر فقط بل على المجتمع ککل، ولذا يهتم المجتمع بالتعامل مع حالات العنف من خلال مؤسسات عديدة ومنها وحدات الحماية الاجتماعية، وبالرغم مما تقدمه من خدمات؛ ولکن توجد صعوبات تحول دون تقديمها بشکل فعال، ولذلک تحددت مشکلة البحث الحالي في التعرف على خدمات الحماية الاجتماعية المقدمة للمعنفات أسريا والصعوبات التي تحول دون تقديمها وصولا إلى مقترحات لتذليلها من منظور الممارسة العامة للخدمة الاجتماعية. والبحث من الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية. وتم استخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي بنوعيه الشامل لأعضاء فريق العمل وبالعينة للمعنفات. وتم استخدام الاستبيان في جمع البيانات المطلوبة، وکانت مجالات البحث کالتالي: المجال المکاني: وحدات الحماية الاجتماعية بالمنطقة الشرقية بالمملکة العربية السعودية، المجال البشري: جميع مقدمي الخدمة؛ وعددهن (34) وبعض مستفيدي الخدمة؛ وعددهن (184)، المجال الزمني: فترة جمع البيانات واستغرقت شهرا ونصف من 1/ 8/ 2020 إلى 16/ 9/ 2020م. ومن أهم نتائج البحث تنوع خدمات الحماية الاجتماعية مثل الخدمات الإجرائية، النفسية، الصحية، الثقافية، والاجتماعية، کما أوضحت وجود صعوبات تؤثر على تقديم هذه الخدمات، منها المرتبط بنسق المعنفات وأسرهن، فريق العمل، المؤسسة، والمجتمع. وفي نهاية البحث تم تقديم بعض المقترحات. الکلمات المفتاحية: الصعوبات- الخدمات- الحماية الاجتماعية- المعنفات أسريا- الممارسة العامة للخدمة الاجتماعية. Difficulties in providing social protection services for female domestic violence from the perspective of the generalist practice of social work A field study applied to some social protection units in the eastern region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Abstract Family violence has its negative, destructive effects that affect not only individuals and families, but also society as a whole. Thus, society is interested in dealing with cases of violence through many institutions, including social protection units. And though they provide many services, yet there are difficulties prevent them from doing so effectively. The purpose of this paper is to identify the social protection services provided to family victims of violence, and obstacles of offering them, seeking to reach some suggestions from the generalist practice of social work perspective to overcoming them. As the study belongs to the descriptive / analytical type, it depends on the social survey method, by using a questionnaire for collecting the required data. The study was applied to social protection units in the Eastern Province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on a sample of those who provide services and their number (34), and a sample of (184) beneficiaries. The data collection process took (45 days) from 1/8/2020 to 16 / 9 /2020 AD. The study concluded with the need to diversify social protection services such as procedural, psychological, health, cultural, and social services, and to overcome the difficulties that affect the provision of these services, which are related to the systems of female domestic violence and families, work team and institution and society systems. The study suggested some recommendations based on the results obtained. Key words: difficulties - services - social protection - female domestic violence - the generalist practice of social work.
