Abstract
The article deals with issues related to the implementation of venture investments, special emphasis is placed on the need for increased attention to the study of the status of investment recipients (“startups”) in order to create an effective mechanism for protecting their rights and legitimate interests at all stages of investment, and the importance of the initial (“seed”) stage is additionally emphasized.
