This study discusses Instagram as a promotional medium in Perpustakaan UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. This promotion is a tool to introduce the facilities, services, collections and activities in the library so that they are used effectively and efficiently by users. The aim of this research is to explain the use of Instagram as a promotional medium in libraries. Qualitative methods in research are used to reveal Instagram as a promotional medium using qualitative descriptive techniques. Data collection techniques include documentation, observation and interviews, while presenting the data is by drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that Instagram is successful as a promotional medium in Perpustakaan UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta which is upload consistency, follower bonding, library gate, quizzes and rewards, library service procedures, online learning, and documentation of library activities. The evaluation of the online administrative services provided by the FMIPA Library at Universitas Padjadjaran (Unpad) was conducted as an effort to assess the quality and effectiveness of the services offered to users. These services consist of an online administrative system developed and managed by the FMIPA Library. The purpose of this study was to measure user satisfaction with the provided services and to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the online service items to determine whether they align with the library's goals. The research employed a qualitative approach, including interviews with librarians, program secretaries, academic support staff at postgraduate programs, and several alumni within the FMIPA environment. The study also involved observation and document analysis based on data recorded in the application system. The findings revealed that 961 users accessed the system, but significant discrepancies were observed among the usage of services: 755 graduates utilized the loan clearance service, while only 138 uploaded academic works, 59 used the plagiarism checking service, and 9 requested reference services. Additionally, socialiation and the implementation of the online administrative service SOPs remain suboptimal, as evidenced by testimonies from program staff indicating that 80% of academic staff were unaware of these services. Keywords: evaluation; library administration; library services Abstrak Evaluasi layanan administrasi online Perpustakaan FMIPA Universitas Padjadjara dilakukan sebagai salah satu upaya untuk melakukan menilaian terhadap kualitas dan efektifitas layanan yang telah disediakan oleh Perpustakaan FMIPA Unpad kepada pemustaka, yaitu sistem layanan administrasi yang dibuat dan disediakan secara online . Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur kepuasan pemustaka terhadap layanan yang disediakan, untuk mengidentifkasi kekuatan dan kelemahan dari item-item layanan online yang disediakan apakah sudah sesuai dengan tujuan Perpustakaan FMIPA. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara dengan pustakawan, sekretaris program studi, staf tenaga kependidikan layanan akademik di program studi pascasarjana dan terhadap beberapa lulusan di lingkungan FMIPA Unpad serta observasi dan studi dokumen berdasarkan data yang tercatat dalam sistem aplikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah pemustaka yang mengakses adalah 961; perbedaan jumlah pemustaka untuk layanan cukup mencolok, dari 755 lulusan semuanya menggunakan layanan bebas peminjaman, namun hanya 138 yang mengunggah karya ilmiah, 59 yang menggunakan layanan cek plagiarism, dan 9 yang mengajukan layanan referensi; sosialisasi dan SOP layanan administrasi online ini belum optimal terbukti dari kesaksian informan dari prodi yang menunjukkan bahwa 80% tendik tidak mengetahui adanya layanan aplikasi ini. Abstract is written concisely and factually, includes the purpose of research, the method of research, the result and conclusion of research. Abstract is written in English and Indonesian language, in account between 150 – 200 wor This research aims to analyze the motivation of librarians in providing excellent service at the IAIN Kudus Library, as well as the factors that influence motivation. The focus of this research lies in two types of motivation, namely intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. Librarians' intrinsic motivation is proven to be strong, driven by awareness of their professional responsibilities as functional officers as well as relevant educational background. On the other hand, extrinsic motivation is influenced by appropriate incentives and support from leadership. Factors such as the internal conditions of the library, work atmosphere, and interactions with users also play an important role in influencing librarian motivation. The research results show that high motivation is the key to realizing excellent service, where love for work, a conducive work environment and adequate rewards are the main driving factors. Good motivation not only encourages librarians to be enthusiastic about their work, but is also an important foundation for ensuring quality and optimal services for librarians. Without motivation, the service provided tends to be mediocre and does not reach excellent standards. Therefore, creating a supportive environment and providing proper appreciation is very important to maintain and increase librarian motivation in providing the best service. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis motivasi pustakawan dalam mewujudkan layanan prima di Perpustakaan IAIN Kudus, serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi. Fokus penelitian ini terletak pada dua jenis motivasi, yaitu motivasi intrinsik dan ekstrinsik. Motivasi intrinsik pustakawan terbukti kuat, didorong oleh kesadaran akan tanggung jawab profesional sebagai petugas fungsional serta latar belakang pendidikan yang relevan. Di sisi lain, motivasi ekstrinsik dipengaruhi oleh insentif yang layak dan dukungan dari pimpinan. Faktor-faktor seperti kondisi internal perpustakaan, suasana kerja, dan interaksi dengan pemustaka juga berperan penting dalam mempengaruhi motivasi pustakawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi yang tinggi merupakan kunci dalam mewujudkan layanan prima, di mana cinta terhadap pekerjaan, lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, dan penghargaan yang memadai menjadi faktor pendorong utama. Motivasi yang baik tidak hanya mendorong pustakawan untuk bersemangat dalam bekerja, tetapi juga menjadi fondasi penting untuk memastikan pelayanan yang berkualitas dan optimal bagi pemustaka. Tanpa motivasi, pelayanan yang diberikan cenderung biasa saja dan tidak mencapai standar prima. Oleh karena itu, menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung dan memberikan apresiasi yang layak sangat penting untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan motivasi pustakawan dalam memberikan layanan terbaik. The Covid-19 pandemic has impacted the changes in the form of library programs, one of which is information literacy training that was originally conducted face-to-face and became online-based. This study aims to find out the online-based information literacy program, the challenges faced by librarians as well as the response of users to the online-based information literacy training program at the UAD Library. This research uses qualitative methods. Informants in the study consist of 1 Leader of Information Literacy & Promotion, 3 librarians who are materialists, and 100 training participants in October 2023. Data collection techniques are done through observation, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis using Huberman's conception: data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. Test the credibility of the data in this study using triangulation. The online-based LI training program at the UAD Library is more effective and efficient and requires three pillars, namely organization, interpretation, and implementation. However, there are technical and non-technical challenges. The increase in the response of readers to this program can be seen from the rise in the number of participants, viewers, and YouTube subscribers of the UAD Library. Keywords : library programs, online literacy training, pandemic impact Abstrak Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan pengaruh terhadap perubahan bentuk program yang ada di perpustakaan, salah satunya pelatihan literasi informasi yang semula dilakukan secara tatap muka berubah menjadi berbasis online . Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui program literasi informasi berbasis online, tantangan yang dihadapi pustakawan serta respon pemustaka terhadap program pelatihan literasi informasi berbasis online di Perpustakaan UAD. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian terdiri dari 1 Ka.Ur Literasi Informasi & Promosi, 3 pustakawan yang menjadi pemateri, serta 100 peserta pelatihan di bulan Oktober 2023. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan konsepsi Huberman: kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan simpulan atau verifikasi. Uji kredibilitas data dalam kajian ini menggunakan triangulasi. Program pelatihan LI berbasis online di Perpustakaan UAD lebih efektif dan efisien membutuhkan tiga pilar yakni pengorganisasian, interpretasi, dan pelaksanaan. Meskipun demikian terdapat tantangan teknis dan non-teknis. Meningkatnya respon pemustaka terhadap program ini, terlihat dari meningkatnya jumlah peserta, viewer dan subscriber Youtube Perpustakaan UAD. The communicative action reviewed using Jurgen Habermas' theory on public service innovation DPAD DIY Library Service Center aims to see the communicative actions taken when building innovations focused on aspects of communicative rationality and discourse ethics. The research method used is qualitative research. The results of this study DPAD DIY Library Service Center in building service innovation also require communicative action in this study in terms of (a) communicative rationality (b) discourse ethics. Communication that occurs when implementing innovation must also be supported by strong commitments, attitudes and actions. DPAD DIY Library Service Center needs to develop appropriate means of communication, both through media and directly, It is also important to pay attention to direct communication. Although many things have been replaced by advances in technology and applications, direct communication creates an emotional connection. In carrying out communicative actions, the DPAD DIY Library Service Center has issued SOPs, but the ethics of discourse in communicative acts, especially regarding attitudes in communicating, need to be detailed in more detail. Abstrak Tindakan komunikatif yang ditinjau menggunakan teori jurgen habermas pada inovasi layanan publik Balai Layanan Perpustakaan DPAD DIY bertujuan untuk melihat tindakan komunikatif yang dilakukan saat membangun inovasi yang difokuskan pada aspek rasionalitas komunikatif dan etika diskursus. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini Balai Layanan Perpustakaan DPAD DIY dalam membangun inovasi layanan juga memerlukan tindakan komunikatif pada penelitian ini ditinjau dari (a) rasionalitas komunikatif (b) etika diskursus. Komunikasi yang terjadi pada saat penerapan inovasi juga harus didukung oleh komitmen, sikap dan tindakan yang kuat. Balai Layanan Perpustakaan DPAD DIY perlu mengembangkan sarana komunikasi yang tepat, baik melalui media maupun langsung, Penting juga untuk memperhatikan komunikasi langsung. Meskipun banyak hal telah digantikan oleh kemajuan teknologi dan aplikasi, komunikasi langsung menciptakan hubungan emosional. Dalam melakukan tindakan komunikatif, pihak Balai Layanan Perpustakaan DPAD DIY telah mengeluarkan SOP, namun etika diskursus dalam bertindak komunikatif, khususnya mengenai sikap dalam melakukan komunikasi, perlu dirinci lebih detail. A Hybrid Library provides collections in both physical and digital formats, allowing students more flexible access to information resources. Students engaged in learning, research, and organizational activities require strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and curiosity. This study employs a qualitative approach with descriptive-analytic methods to examine the impact of Hybrid Library availability on enhancing campus literacy culture. The research findings show that the Hybrid Library at STAI Darussalam plays a significant role in facilitating students’ access to information, making it easier for them to obtain high-quality references to support academic activities. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perpustakaan hybrid di STAI Darussalam memainkan peran signifikan dalam memfasilitasi akses informasi bagi mahasiswa, sehingga mereka lebih mudah mendapatkan sumber referensi yang berkualitas untuk mendukung aktivitas akademik. The aim of this research is to find out the strategies used by Majalengka State High School students in verifying information on TikTok social media in order to avoid receiving and spreading false information which can harm many people. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method. Researchers conducted interviews and observations on 4 State High School students in Majalengka. The theory used is the information verification theory according to Mike Caulfield, namely The Four Moves, which means four movements to verify the source of information (Stop, Investigate the source, Find better coverage, Track the claim). Based on the research results, the information verification strategy used by students to avoid hoaxes is to first look closely at the account that is spreading the content. Next, see responses from other users in the comments column. Apart from that, compare with other sources or other social media to find the main source. The challenges experienced are laziness and the spread of information very quickly and a lot, making it difficult to verify.

This research discusses the spatial management of the library of Pesantren Diniyyah Puteri Padang Panjang. Spatial planning is an important factor that must exist in a library because it can support the success of services in a library. This study aims to understand and know related to the layout of the library. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method that collects data based on factors that support the research subject and then analyzes these factors in depth to determine their significance, by utilizing previous research as well as books, journals, or other scientific publications. The results of his research show how to implement good and correct library spatial management by the National Standards of School Libraries.
