The limited availability of environmentally friendly halal products in Indonesia highlights the need to examine factors that shape consumer purchase intentions. This study investigates key determinants influencing Muslims’ purchase intention toward products that meet both halal and environmental standards. Using data from 215 Muslim consumers in DKI Jakarta, collected through online and offline purposive sampling, the analysis was conducted with SEM-PLS. The results show that halal green awareness and attitude influence purchase intentions. Meanwhile, halal labels, eco-labels, environmental knowledge, and religiosity affect halal green awareness and attitudes. In this study, piety is also found to influence religiosity. Overall, the findings indicate that halal labels, eco-labels, environmental knowledge, piety, and religiosity shape halal green awareness and attitudes, which in turn influence Muslims’ purchase intentions toward environmentally friendly halal products in DKI Jakarta. Future research may incorporate variables such as price, product quality, and digital media influence to provide a more comprehensive understanding of consumer behavior in this context.

Parenting is a fundamental aspect that plays a crucial role in a child's development, but in practice, various factors influence the quality of parenting. Accordingly, the objective of this study was to analyze the factors that affect parenting practice and parenting stress between father and mother. This study employed a quantitative method utilizing a cross-sectional research design. There were 99 pairs of parents (99 fathers and 99 mothers) with children aged 9-12 years involved who had been selected using convenient sampling method . The respondents were guided to fill-in questionnaire using a structured instrument. The data were analyzed with different t-test and correlation test.The findings revealed that half of fathers and mothers have applied parenting practice properly and majority of them experienced very low level of parenting stress. There were no significant differences in parenting practices between father and mother. However mother tend to practice asih better, while father practice asah and asuh more higher than mother. Different result was reported for pleasure dimension in parenting stress. Correlation test discovered that higher mother education will increase parenting quality of mother. Meanwhile, working mother and mother with higher income were associated with decreasing level of stress dimension.

Adaptation of the parental mediation tool see how parents mediate children's internet for two main reasons, that culture can affect parenting and there is no measuring tool that looks at parenting that specifically looks at parental interactions with children's internet use. This study aims to report the results of the adaptation of parental mediation tool from Global Kids Online (GKO). In order to adapt this measurement tool to Indonesian, a pilot study was carried out. The participants of this study were 112 parents of early adolescents. In carrying out the adaptation, International Test Commision (ITC) Guidelines of Translating and Adapting Tests are used where there is a process of translation, review, and testing of instruments. Translation process was carried out using the back-translation method by a professional translator, the review was carried out by five people and the measuring instrument trials were processed with CTT and CFA for five parental mediation strategies. CTT results with item discrimination, factor loading, and reliability tests using Cronbach's alpha showed that with total of 42 items, two items were discarded. From CFA processing based on chi-square values, RMSEA, SRMR, CFI, and TLI, the adaptation of the measurement tools in this pilot study is fit and can be continued.

Seksisme bermusuhan (hostile sexism) sebagai bentuk prasangka masih sering dialami oleh perempuan Tionghoa, yang dapat dipengaruhi atau muncul dari hal-hal sederhana seperti pikiran yang membenarkan penilaian moral dan reaksi emosional diri sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji kontribusi dari keenam dimensi teori fondasi moral (care, equality, proportionality, loyalty, authority, dan purity) pada laki-laki dan perempuan dewasa awal terhadap seksisme bermusuhan dalam konteks budaya Tionghoa di Jakarta yang masih menerapkan nilai-nilai patriarki. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan desain kuantitatif melalui analisis regresi linear berganda. Sebanyak 231 partisipan dikumpulkan melalui purposive sampling dan snowball sampling dengan instrumen Moral Foundations Questionnaire-2 (MFQ-2) dan Ambivalent Sexism Inventory (ASI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa dimensi dari teori fondasi moral berkontribusi dalam memperkuat sikap seksis bermusuhan pada perempuan dewasa awal beretnis Tionghoa. Sebanyak 42,5 persen variasi seksisme bermusuhan pada partisipan laki-laki dan 38,8 pada partisipan perempuan dapat dijelaskan oleh fondasi moral seseorang, khususnya dalam konteks budaya kolektivis yang patriarkis. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya memperluas pemahaman mengenai seksisme dalam budaya kolektivis kepada masyarakat. Upaya tersebut diharapkan dapat mengurangi stigmatisasi terhadap perempuan Tionghoa sekaligus mengkritisi norma tradisional yang membatasi ruang gerak perempuan.

Adolescence is a transitional period toward adulthood, during which individuals are vulnerable to emotional issues, peer problems, and behavioral challenges associated with internalizing and externalizing problems. One of the risk and protective factors in this phase is how adolescents perceive their relationship with both parents, whether in a positive or negative light. This study aims to examine the role of perceived parent–child relationships in internalizing and externalizing problems. A quantitative research design was employed, with a sample of 144 adolescents aged 11–17 years, selected through accidental sampling. The results of a simple regression analysis showed that adolescents' perception of their relationship with their mother significantly influenced both internalizing and externalizing problems. However, the perception of the relationship with the father did not show a significant influence on either type of problem. The findings suggest that the maternal figure plays a crucial role in strengthening emotional bonds through appreciation, support, and protection, enabling adolescents to feel secure and motivated to show filial devotion. As children mature, they tend to reciprocate the affection they have received. Moreover, a mother’s protection can ease the burden on adolescents in assuming parental roles. A mother’s happiness is also essential, as it directly impacts the well-being of the child.

Generation Z often faces challenges in managing personal finances due to consumptive behavior and the convenience of digital transactions. This study investigates the influence of family financial socialization on the financial behavior of Generation Z, with financial self-efficacy serving as a mediating variable. A total of 418 college students born in 1997 or later (maximum age 28) participated in the study, which employed a quantitative approach and a convenience sampling technique—a non-probability method based on participant availability and willingness. Data were collected via an online survey and analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The findings indicated that family financial socialization significantly and positively influenced financial behavior. Furthermore, financial self-efficacy was proven to partially mediate this relationship, suggesting that family influences were transmitted both directly and indirectly through the development of financial confidence. These results emphasize the critical role of parents as early financial educators and role models in fostering responsible financial habits. This study contributes to the literature by highlighting the mediating role of financial self-efficacy in the link between financial socialization and financial behavior among young adults.

Phishing has become Indonesia's most prevalent cybercrime from 2017 to 2022, primarily due to the collection of users' personal information. The purpose of this study is to examine how security concerns are impacted by social engineering, internet experience, anti-phishing expertise, and phishing awareness. The Technology Threat Avoidance Theory (TTAT) model lends credence to this study. A quantitative methodology was employed, conducted through online surveys. To enrich the discussion, six of these respondents participated in in-depth interviews as a complementary approach. Data analysis was performed using LISREL 8.80 and SPSS 26. The findings demonstrated that internet experience and anti-phishing knowledge significantly increased phishing awareness. Furthermore, security concerns were significantly impacted by anti-phishing expertise. The results of further analysis revealed that social engineering had no significant effect on phishing awareness. In addition, Internet experience did not significantly affect security concerns. Based on the research results, user understanding can be enhanced by creating educational media that can be disseminated via social media.

Anak perlu memahami pikiran dan perasaan orang lain (theory of mind/ToM) agar dapat berinteraksi secara sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara parental mind-mindedness (PMM), emotion and mental state talk (EMST), serta kemampuan ToM pada anak. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menguji peran EMST dari ayah dan ibu sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara PMM dan ToM. Responden dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas 67 triad (ayah, ibu, dan anak berusia 4–7 tahun) yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi ToM Scale (α = 0,98), PMM Coding Manual oleh Meins dan Fernyhough (2015) (α = 0,31), serta vignette EMST (α ibu = 0,217; α ayah = 0,249). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PMM berkorelasi positif dengan EMST ayah dan ibu. Selanjutnya, EMST ayah berkorelasi dengan EMST pada ibu serta dengan ToM anak. Hasil analisis menggunakan Process (Model 4) menunjukkan bahwa PMM berhubungan secara positif dengan ToM melalui mediasi EMST aya. Namun demikian, PMM tidak menunjukkan hubungan dengan ToM melalui EMST ibu.

Masa emerging adulthood ditandai dengan eksplorasi identitas serta berbagai transisi kehidupan yang signifikan, di mana self-esteem berperan penting dalam mendukung kondisi mental dan emosional individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran kesepian sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara mattering to family dan self-esteem pada individu di masa perkembangan emerging adulthood di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif non-eksperimental dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 119 individu berusia 18–25 tahun yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui tiga instrumen: The Mattering Index, UCLA Loneliness Scale Version 3, dan Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model mediasi menggunakan SPSS versi 22 dan Macro-PROCESS. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mattering to family memengaruhi self-esteem secara positif, dengan kesepian sepenuhnya memediasi hubungan ini. Skor mattering to family yang lebih tinggi dikaitkan dengan tingkat kesepian yang lebih rendah, yang selanjutnya memprediksi self-esteem yang lebih tinggi, demikian pula sebaliknya. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peran keluarga dalam meningkatkan harga diri individu di masa emerging adulthood. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan intervensi berbasis keluarga untuk mengurangi kesepian dan meningkatkan self-esteem pada individu dalam tahap perkembangan ini.

Rendahnya kesadaran keluarga Tionghoa di Indonesia terhadap diskusi penampilan fisik dapat mengarah pada percakapan negatif terkait bentuk tubuh (family fat talk) yang dapat memberikan dampak negatif terhadap persepsi citra tubuh individu berupa risiko ketidakpuasan tubuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh family fat talk terhadap ketidakpuasan tubuh pada perempuan dewasa muda Tionghoa di Indonesia. Studi menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana untuk mengolah data. Sebanyak 154 partisipan didapat dengan menggunakan teknik convenience sampling menggunakan Family Fat Talk Questionnaire dan Body Shape Questionnaire. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa family fat talk dapat memprediksi ketidakpuasan tubuh pada perempuan dewasa muda Tionghoa di Indonesia sebesar 62,6 persen. Analisis tambahan juga memperlihatkan korelasi positif masing-masing dimensi family fat talk—yaitu self dan family terhadap ketidakpuasan tubuh. Implikasi studi menekankan pentingnya peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai risiko yang dapat ditimbulkan oleh percakapan negatif terkait bentuk tubuh. Upaya ini diperlukan untuk mengurangi dampak negatif family fat talk terhadap citra tubuh perempuan dewasa muda dan kesejahteraan mental secara keseluruhan.
