This study was conducted to determine the effect of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at PT Kreasinergi Idea Explora Bandung. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how much influence leadership and work motivation have on employee performance at PT Kreasinergi Idea Explora Bandung. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. Sampling was done by using probability sampling method of simple random sampling type with the number of respondents as many as 154 people. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing, leadership and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by Fcount > Ftable (27.952 > 3.06) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the results of the partial hypothesis test (t test) it was found that the variables of leadership and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Kreasinergi Idea Explora Bandung. This is evidenced by the value of tcount > ttable of leadership that is (3.330 > 1.976) with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. While the value of tcount > ttable of work motivation is (2,923 > 1,976) with a significance level of 0.004 < 0.05. Based on the coefficient of determination, it is found that leadership and work motivation affect 27% of employee performance at PT Kreasinergi Idea Explora Bandung and the remaining 73% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Thus the proposed hypothesis is accepted.

Interviews were conducted with one person and observations made by players in online interactions on the activity of the Twitter account @dyeonjuft. The results of this study indicate that the virtual identity that is formed in the roleplayer phenomenon depends on the idol whose identity is borrowed to form an account user character. The communication process carried out online is related to the CMC theory which allows another life in the virtual world.

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the description of the family communication process in deciding early marriage, early marriage which is increasingly happening in adolescents. The purpose of this study is to describe how the communication behavior of parents when dealing with the spread of hoaxes in WhatsApp chat groups. The concept used in this study is the theory of Computer Mediated Communication (CMC), parental communication behavior, the spread of hoaxes, and WhatsApp Messenger. The method used in this research is qualitative and the approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique was sourced from online observations carried out on Whatsapp group chat account activities, researchers will conduct interviews with 3 informants and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the lack of understanding of parents, which affects behavior in communicating in WhatsApp groups and expands the spread of hoaxes.

The purpose of this study is to explain the student communication barrier in online learning. The concepts used are online learning communication and communication barriers. The method used in this study is a qualitative study method with a qualitative deskriftf approach. Data collection techniques are conducted with interviews and documentation. The interview was carried out by 3 sources who are university students of bhayangkara university. The study suggests that there are some communication barriers between teachers and students in online learning, which are technical obstacles, psychological barriers, environmental barriers, and semantic barriers. Those four barriers interfere with the learning of teaching, and they impact students with difficulty in understanding material.

The purpose of this study is to explain NCT's Parasocial Idol interactions in building closeness with NCTzen through YouTube. This study uses the concept of parasocial interaction and Computer Mediated Communication. The method used is qualitative with a digital ethnographic approach and the technique used is online observation conducted on parasocial interaction activities on Youtube NCT. The results showed that the process of parasocial interaction on NCT Idols in building closeness with NCTzen was marked by interactions in the YouTube comments column on the content broadcast by NCT such as live streaming, daily life videos, MV, variety shows. The interaction was repeated by NCTzen and NCT.

The development of information and communication technology (ICT) in the era of globalization is increasingly advanced and its development is growing rapidly. Indonesia as a democratic country, it is appropriate to use ICT for various needs in the government sector. One of them is innovation in the use of new media, which is expected to be a transformation step from conventional media to digital. This study aims to see how the process of adopting innovations in the use of communication technology carried out by the DIY KPU, as well as the obstacles they face in conveying messages to the public. This study uses a qualitative approach and case study methods. The theory used is the theory of innovation adoption proposed by Everett Rogers. There were three people who became informants in this study, namely the Head of the Division of Socialization of Voter Education for Community Participation and Human Resources of the DIY KPU, then the Secretary of the DIY KPU and one staff of the Technical and Community Participation Relations section. Research findings show that in realizing innovation there are new prospects for the development of communication. The results of interviews with informants also show that there are several obstacles in terms of human resources, facilities and infrastructure, digital media infrastructure, and budgets in the use of ICT in KPU DIY.
