Industry 4.0 protocol for SEA process is helpful for the sustainable business, economics, management and business, economics, management, and eco-tourism development. The SEA treaty protocol pertains to federal and official Government procedures that help make much earlier decisions than the EIA process. Therefore, it is a key tool for sustainable development. The objective of the study is to conceptualize the SEA process for the business, economics, management, and eco-tourism scientific sector based on fifteen sustainable detailed project reports. The design of the study is cross-sectional. Environmental Health Impact Assessment (EHIA) process has been conducted for China nuclear power plant/ IGCAR Nuclear Power plant at Kalpakkam, India to consider the safety and health impacts to mitigate psychological health loadings on workers and nearby residents. The significance of the research work is mainly confirmatory SEA process for achieving sustainable business, economics, management, and eco-tourism for Industry 4.0. Many practitioners and far too many university lecturers in business economics believe that because management techniques must be up to date the best way is to translate the latest or most fashionable British or American literature on management methods and teach that: the older tradition that has been handed down to us through history would not stand up to competition; it is antiquated and rightly forgotten.

The Emirati Journal of Business, Economics and Social Studies (EJBESS) aims at encouraging theoretical research and its applications in the field of business economics and business administration business, management, economics, and social studies, promoting the exchange of ideas between science and practice.

This paper identifies and analyses the main contributions to the analysis of firms' innovative activities of five approaches related to business economics and management: industrial organization, transaction costs economy, positive agency theory, resource-based view and evolutionary theory. Complementarity can be noted among these approaches. They can all be applied for analysing a specific aspect of innovative activity. However, the contributions of evolutionary theory seem to comprise the most comprehensive approach for studying the firm's innovative process from an internal point of view and dealing with its complex characteristics.

In Chapter 2 the significance of individual EDP techniques for business economics was discussed, in considering the components of an information system. In the course of this discussion it has already become clear that the information techniques are interconnected and mutually interdependent. For this reason, the following chapter presents EDP applications in which the instruments for computer-supported business economics systems are integrated. Some of these diverge considerably from the classical business economics approach. This contrast makes the character of the EDP influence on business economics issues immediately obvious.

The paper presents an overview of small-business economics. Small businesses are shown to comprise a substantial and expanding segment of the U.S. economy. The role of small businesses in the economy is considered from the standpoint of various economic theories of the size distribution of firms. Firm-size related empirical regularities are reviewed and their implications for economic theory is discussed. Several small-business policy issues are discussed, including the role of small businesses in labor, macroeconomic, and regulatory policies, along with a review of research on small-business economics that might help guide these policies.
