PENGARUH DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO (DER) DAN RETURN ON ASSET (ROA) TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM

<p class="TableParagraph"><em>The objectives of this study are (1) to determine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DE) on stock prices in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period, (2) to determine Return on Assets (ROA) to share prices in food and beverage sub- sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative research methods. The sampling technique used by purposive sampling is a sample selected using certain considerations in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016- 2020 period which can be accessed or downloaded directly on the official Stock Exchange website. Testing of this research was carried out by using the Classical Assumption Test, then analyzed by the Correlation Test and Multiple Linear Regression Test using the SPSS V.20 program. Conclusion Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no effect on stock prices, Return on Assets (ROA) affects stock prices, Debt to Equit Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), stock prices occur simultaneously .</em></p>

<p class="TableParagraph"><em>The production process is an activity that is very important for the survival of the company. Every company, whether a manufacturing company or a service company, must have the same goal, which is to earn a profit, so as to obtain cost efficiency for the supply of plastic raw materials, where the inventory planning is formed, it expects to produce an efficient procurement of raw material costs, meeting consumer demand without going out of stock to the customer. raw materials, by applying appropriate methods in its production. One of them is through effective production and inventory management, namely through the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method and the Requirement Planning (MRP) method. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method, quantitative research is a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples, data collection using research instruments, data analysis is quantitative/statistical. Descriptive analysis is an activity of inferring raw data in large quantities so that the results can be interpreted. Data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The results show that the application of the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method is more influential than the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method on the efficiency of raw material costs at PT Polytech Indo Hausen Tanggerang by determining the most economical totality of raw material costs without reducing the quantity in the production process.</em></p>

PENGARUH KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN DAN KEBIJAKAN HUTANG TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

<p class="TableParagraph"><em>Company value can show the value of assets owned by the company such as securities. Firm value is very important, because it reflects the company's performance which can affect investors' perceptions of the company. The value of the company will show the prosperity of shareholders. The higher the value of the company, the more prosperous the shareholders. Based on the results of research on dividend policy and debt policy on firm value, it can be concluded that partially the dividend policy has a significant effect. Because, the calculated t value is greater than t table. So it can be concluded that dividend policy has a significant effect on firm value in LQ45 index companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). Partially it can be concluded that debt policy has no significant effect. Because. The value of t table is greater than t count. Therefore it can be concluded that debt policy has a significant negative effect on firm value in LQ45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Simultaneously dividend policy and debt policy obtain a calculated F value greater than F table. So, it can be concluded that simultaneously dividend policy and debt policy have a significant effect on firm value in LQ45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)..</em></p>

PENGARUH KARAKTERISTIK INDIVIDU DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PADA PT PLN UP3 BANTEN SELATAN

<em>Employee performance is an important foundation for the company. Generally, companies always want their employees to have good performance or work performance to achieve the company's goals. The level of success of the company depends on employee performance. One of the efforts to improve employee performance is by paying attention to individual characteristics and work environment.</em> <em>The research method that I use in this research process is to use quantitative methods. The population in this study amounted to 60 people. The sampling technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sampling method. Collecting data in this study using observation techniques, literature study, questionnaires and documentation. The analysis technique in this study used the normality test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test and multicolonierity test. Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient test, t test and F test processed with the SPSS 21 program. The results showed that both partially and collectively individual characteristics and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The dominant variable that affects employee performance is the work environment. The contribution of individual characteristics and work environment variables to employee performance is 21.3% and the rest is contributed by other variables not examined. Meanwhile, both partial and simultaneous individual characteristics and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance..</em>

PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PUSKESMAS MEKARSARI KECAMATAN RANGKASBITUNG

<p><em>Mekarsari Puskesmas, Rangkasbitung District, is one of the technical health offices responsible for health development in its working area, where it works. In improving health efforts optimally, the Puskesmas must have good management, therefore every leader must be able to retain employees to feel comfortable while working. The way to maintain it between them is with a leadership style and compensation. This study aims, (1) To obtain empirical data that leadership style affects employee performance (2) To obtain empirical data that compensation affects employee performance (3) To obtain empirical data that leadership style and compensation affect employee performance at Mekarsari Health Center Rangkasbitung District. The research method used is the associative quantitative method. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Saturated sampling is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. Because the population at the Mekarsari Health Center is 40 employees, the sample used is also 40 employees. Data collection techniques used were observation, literature study, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were normality test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multicolonierity test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test, t test and f test with the help of Statistical Package for The Social Science (SPSS) software Version 20.The results showed that partially leadership style has a positive effect on performance, and partially compensation also has a positive effect on performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously the two variables, namely leadership style and compensation, have a positive effect on performance, with the dominant variable affecting performance is compensation. The contribution of leadership style variables and compensation to performance was 72.4% and the rest was contributions from other variables not examined.</em></p>

PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN PENGAWASAN TERHADAP SEMANGAT KERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS PERHUBUNGAN KABUPATEN LEBAK

<em>The success of an organization in achieving organizational goals is determined by the performance of its employees. The ability of employees to do the work for which they are responsible becomes a benchmark for achieving organizational goals. If an organization is able to achieve the goals that have been set, it can be said that the organization is effective. The purpose of this study (1) to determine the effect of motivation on the morale of employees at the Lebak Regency Transportation Agency. (2) to determine the effect of supervision on employee morale at the Lebak Regency Transportation Agency. (3) to determine motivation and supervision affect the morale of employees at the Lebak Regency Transportation Agency. The research method used is quantitative method using saturated sampling technique as many as 46 employees at the Department of Transportation Lebak Regency. The data collection techniques used were observation, literature study, questionnaire, and documentation. The analytical method used is the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, t test and F test using the SPSS V.20 program. The results of this study indicate that partially motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee morale at the Lebak Regency Transportation Agency. As well as partially supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee morale at the Lebak Regency Transportation Agency. The dominant variable that affects employee morale is motivation. The contribution of motivation and supervision variables to employee morale is 75.1% and the remaining 24.9% is contributed by other variables not examined by the author. Meanwhile, both partial and simultaneous motivation and supervision have a positive and significant effect on employee morale at the Lebak Regency Transportation Agency.</em>
