Personnel certification as a component of the business process of development of employees of it companies

The article examines the main theoretical aspects of employee certification. It analyzes the approaches to applying the definition of certification as an element of professional training for employees, as well as a permit to use specific software or other tools that are an element of protection and regulation in the labor market. Based on various sources, the author systematizes the classification of certification types according to various division criteria, in particular: by type, by the number of levels, and by the origin of materials. Based on the current situation in the IT industry, a list of advantages and possible disadvantages of certification of employees of modern Ukrainian IT companies is determined. The primary certification areas are identified: «soft skills», «hard skills», and the subject area of the unit's functioning. Among the main advantages of certification of employees of IT companies are the following: advanced training of current staff, standardization of own training programs, the ability to prove to external stakeholders the level of staff qualifications, and the simplification of recognition of the level of skills in certain areas. Typical shortcomings in the certification process are that the knowledge and skills acquired during certification are not always used in practice; there is no standard international certification for many industries/topics/elements; some courses are extensive and time-consuming; and some programs require certain significant restrictions (experience, qualifications). The multi-stage certification business process involves determining the need for certification by collecting the necessary information. Based on the list of potential areas of certification, available resources, and other components, an annual certification program is formed, and employees are motivated to improve their knowledge and skills. In the professional certification process of IT company employees, current feedback and, most importantly, summarizing the certification results and fair rewards based on its results are essential. The article provides conclusions and prospects for further research. Keywords: employee certification, staff development, business process, types of certification, IT company

Formation of quality indicators of products based on fruits and berries

Fruits and berries are an integral part of a healthy diet. The seasonality of production, short-term preservation in fresh form predetermines the need for their processing in order to provide the population with the necessary nutrients year-round. Common sauces are tomato and mayonnaise sauces. The assortment of fruit sauces is limited, and the traditional technologies of their production do not make it possible to preserve the biologically active substances of vegetable raw materials in them as much as possible and do not always differ in high organoleptic indicators. The established relationship between the quality of the fruit product, its color, nutritional value, and digestibility is directly dependent on polyphenols, which are chemically active and extremely unstable. One of the adopted technological solutions aimed at preserving the polyphenols of cherries and black currants during the development of sauce technology is the use of aromatic plant raw materials widely distributed in Ukraine. Previous studies have suggested that the leaves of black currant, walnut, oregano, elderflower, and chamomile flowers are able to preserve polyphenols from oxidation. Studies have confirmed the assumptions. It was established that the adopted concentrations of additives are optimal and make it possible to preserve cherry and blackcurrant bioflavonoids by 34...82 % more compared to traditional products. According to the organoleptic parameters, the products are advantageously distinguished by their intense color and pleasant aroma, characteristic of the raw materials. The radioprotective properties of cherry and blackcurrant sauces were investigated. Their positive influence on the removal of radionuclides from the body has been proven. Sauces reliably have radioprotective, immunomodulating properties and can be used in therapeutic and preventive and baby nutrition

THE PDCA CYCLE IN THE CONTEXT OF REDUCING PSYCHO-EMOTIONAL TENSION IN THE WORKPLACE

The necessity to ensure work safety begins with an understanding of the risks that exist in the enterprise and can lead to injury, deterioration of the health of employees, and accidents. Such risks may include physical, chemical, biological, and psychosocial hazards. The negative consequences of the psycho-emotional tension of employees consist of a decrease in the level of concentration of attention, increased fatigue, deterioration in the perception and memorisation of information, and a decrease in work efficiency. Some serious consequences of the excessive psycho-emotional tension of the employee are an increasing risk of accidents during the performance of work tasks, an increased time absence at work due to illness, a decrease in the quality of the work performed, loss of motivation, and others. The article analyses the possibilities of using the PDCA Cycle methodology to eliminate psycho-emotional tension in the workplace. We revealed the dangerous psycho-emotional factors in the workplace and provided examples of using each stage of the PDCA Cycle to reduce their impact on employees and ensure safe indicators of working conditions. The PDCA cycle can be implemented as a mean of improving the management and normalisation of safe work conditions, using the main idea of the model—the continuous improvement of safety indicators, through a step-by-step cycle: planning, execution, inspection, and action. The Deming circle allows us to systematically identify, analyse and solve problems related to psycho-emotional tension in the workplace, as well as to constantly improve processes in order to prevent the emergence of new stress factors. The application of this approach will provide effective control over psycho-emotional risks, reduce their impact on the health and safety of employees, improve overall production productivity, and is also a valuable tool for evaluating the effectiveness of the safety management system at the enterprise and for making decisions on improving working conditions. Keywords: the PDCA Cycle, psycho-emotional tension, work conditions, planning, implementing, improvement.

DIGITALISATION AS A FACTOR OF SOCIOECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND ECONOMIC SECURITY OF THE STATE

The modern Ukrainian economy is in a dire situation. It cannot function normally when active hostilities are taking place in the country. Therefore, the problem of determining the factors of the socioeconomic development of the state and its economic security now comes to the fore. Among them, the digitalisation of the country plays an important role. Considering the relevance of the recovery of the Ukrainian economy, which suffered a decline due to the war, it is considered appropriate to carry out a comprehensive analysis of the digitisation state of the country by modern methods. The paper is devoted to the problem of interdependence estimation of the digitisation and socioeconomic development indices of the country. The article aims to improve the complex of mathematical models for assessment and analysis of the digitisation state of the country, which will be supplemented with a model of interdependence indicators of digitisation and socioeconomic development of the state. Implementing the model will allow for determining digitalisation development directions, estimating the socioeconomic development level of the state, as well as ensuring its economic security. In the process of research, the following tasks were set to be solved: to select and form a base of indicators necessary for modelling; to develop a model; to investigate the canonical correlation between socioeconomic and digital development indicators by the canonical analysis methods; to investigate the dispersion of canonical variables observations and to find out the most significant areas of digitalisation improvement. As a result of the study, the highest correlation was evaluated between the network readiness index and the socioeconomic progress index (coefficient 0.98). The socioeconomic progress index is also related to the e-government development index (0.92) and the information and communication technology development index (0.90). Thus, the analysis performed in the paper of the correlation between the sets of digitalisation and the socioeconomic development indexes allows us to conclude the presence of a high level of their significant influence and the importance of forming a system of measures to ensure the proper level of the digital development of the country in these directions. Keywords: modelling, methods, canonical analysis, digitalisation, socioeconomic development, economic security of the state.

Phase formation and hydration of alumina cements on the basis of cobalt‐molybdenum‐containing waste

AbstractThe subject of the research is features of synthesis of alumina cements on the basis of compositions of system CaO – CoO – Al2O3 – MoO3 with use of cobalt‐molybdenum‐containing waste for reception of refractory materials with a complex of the set properties. The processes of phase formation in raw mixtures have been investigated. X‐ray phase studies of clinkers fired at different temperatures and holding times proved that as a result of the interaction of the raw materials of the mixture in the material synthesizes a mixture of hydraulically active calcium mono‐ and di‐aluminate and refractory cobalt spinel, which provides the resulting complex high strength, accelerated curing time, fire resistance. The absence of phases corresponding to molybdenum compounds is explained by the fact that they are part of hydraulically active aluminates as limited solid solutions, deforming the crystal lattice and increasing hydraulic activity. Thus, it was found that the high strength of cement is due to the presence of calcium hydroaluminates such as C2AH8, aluminum hydroxide, as well as unhydrated grains of calcium aluminates, which will contribute to further long‐term strength. It is this coexistence of phases in both the crystalline and colloidal states provide high strength cement stone.
