The health manifesto highlighted that studies on innovation flourish when all sides of the knowledge triangle (research, academia, and industry) work in tandem to enhance the quality of care. This opportunity should go much better than implementing theoretical and academic work in universities worldwide. Experts are developing health innovation in higher education to deal with this situation. Therefore, this preface from two experts in the field encourages the importance of publishing studies on innovation in health to reduce health problems and issues in healthcare services in clinical or community practice.

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed nearly every aspect of human life, from the individual (how people live, work, keep their health) to the professional (how healthcare professional work). Unfortunately, more than three-quarters also approved that the pandemic created significant new opportunities for human growth, although this varies significantly worldwide. Of course, seeing the opportunities developing is not always the same as being able to seize them at times. Fewer than 50 percent of the healthcare professional feel confident that they are prepared to overcome the issues in the COVID-19 era. Most of the human aspect needs innovation in health preventing the long-term outcomes of pandemic. As might be honestly expected, they are focusing on maintaining healthcare system and its continuity, especially in hospital and community setting. Therefore, developing innovation in health driving productivity and implementing safety measures is needed during the never-ending pandemic. Leaders in healthcare sector should provide important strategy supporting innovation-led growth (Farrugia & Plutowski, 2020).

Dysmenorrhea is abdominal pain caused by uterine cramps that occur during menstruation. The pain is caused by the onset of menstruation and lasts several hours to several days until it reaches the peak of pain. However, many people still do not know about the management of dysmenorrhea. This causes an increase in abdominal pain which often interferes with daily activities. Therefore, this review is structured to describe the various treatments for dysmenorrhea. The results of this review can be used as part of the education of patients who complain of dysmenorrhea and also as an innovation development in the field of reproductive health.

Innovation in nursing is essential to develop and increase the quality of care in hospital and community settings. At this present, innovation should be used to assess, diagnose, plan, implementation and evaluation as mentioned in the nursing process. In addition, it may be used for producing valid information, protecting nurses, preventing the disease, and offering the patient’s care. For this reason, clinical nurses must engage in innovative technology in daily practice to improve the outcome along with reducing the cost of care

Using plants to develop therapy or treatment in humans seems to be a potential way to improve patient outcomes. The continuum of plant genetics changing into foods that improve health is an applicable strategy at this present. Horticultural Science, microbial biology, bioprocessing, and nutrition sciences require during the process. Therefore, the role of healthcare professionals including medical doctors, pharmacists, and nurses is needed to discover the benefits and process them into usable objects. Establishing coordinated efforts in the evolution of the resources to address health issues and ensure a successful way with institute initiatives program. Also, clarifying and delivering information to the public can be very useful to counteract the symptoms. In addition, a need for translation research along with innovative technology will reach the objective of this issue.

Working as nurses in Japan lead to a new challenge. All the new environment made me adapted to work. Therefore, this clinical experience is based on the real context of home health care in Japan. It is expected that this article help nurses to understand the reality of working in Japan.

The growing evidence and technology in healthcare improve the patient's health across a continuum of services in clinical and community settings. A multidisciplinary team should work in tandem on this phenomenon. The world reached a point where it was starting to change from a COVID-19 pandemic footing to an endemic area. Although variants of SARS-CoV-2 (novel coronavirus) pend this trajectory, the country may be ready now to reimagine its effect on public health systems. Over two years ago, as new variants of COVID-19 emerged, Indonesia's public-health priorities focused on the important missions of getting society assessed, vaccinated, and boosted while maintaining access to healthcare in hospitals. Inequalities predating the pandemic condition were laid bare as historically marginalized communities bore the brunt of the pandemic’s ill impacts. Many healthcare professionals are now redressing vulnerabilities and planning a stronger path forward against infection. To help guide them on this journey, the healthcare provider should set forth four imperatives authorities consider when developing a comprehensive strategy to live with COVID-19. As the transition from pandemic to endemic is on the way, defining the next normal, tracking progress, limiting illness and death, and slowing transmission should be performed massively. Governments have a unique role to play in stewarding evolution by supporting innovative technology to deal with other health issues. The ground, on which this next normal settle, determine whether the lessons during the pandemic are heeded and could create a new habit for public-healthcare systems to emerge more responsive to whatever challenges lie in the future. Finally hope, this pandemic will end soon and people may live normally without any concerns.

The spread of COVID-19 infection is still being an awareness for nurses working in the Hospital. As documented, a number of nurses were exposed to that infection leading to increased prevalence. To prevent this, innovation needs to be made in order to optimize the care and reduce the infection rate. This clinical experience highlighted the importance of creating personal protective equipment. Also, the recommendation is provided particularly for the stakeholder to increase the production along with the availability of that pieces of equipment.

COVID-19 impacted the life and health of people worldwide including the healthcare team in Hospitals. As a consequence, this situation disturbs the healthcare systems along with the care provider such as nurses fighting as the frontlines to save the patient’s lives. Exploring the issues during their work time will support them and lead an innovative strategy on how to improve the outcome and reduce the morbidity among nurses. This paper explored the nurses’ experience when taking care of patients with COVID-19 infection in the Intensive Care Unit of Mental Health Hospital “Prof. Soerojo” Magelang, City. It is hoped that this article will encourage the nurses to keep helping the patient, endlessly.
