EnglishThe aim of this article is to present the main lines of the Philosophical Anthropology of Edith Stein. The most intended to signalize is the fact that she not only worked on Philosophy of Man, but also on Philosophy of Woman. She was interested in the place of human being in universe, and dedicated important works to this effect. She sustains the complementary character of the relationship between man and woman, and how they can collaborate in society. All of this inside of a personalist philosophy.

Son lineas de trabajo muy diversas en las que estan investigando multiples autores de muchas nacionalidades. Pero ello no debe ser obstaculo para que pueda ofrecerse una panoramica global que permita acercarnos a sus intereses. El objeto de fondo de este articulo es aprovechar algunos argumentos de la critica a la tecnica en el siglo XX para entender mejor el advenimiento de lo transhumano. EnglishThis paper shows a description and an assessment of what, in the author’s opinion, is philosophically more relevant to transhumanist mo-vements. There are very diverse lines of work in which multiple authors of many nationalities are investigating. But this should not be an obstacle so that a global panorama can be offered that allows us to get closer to their interests. Trata de la postura teorica de la hermeneutica analogica, sobre la antropologia filosofica del derecho mediante el estudio del sujeto, la persona, la intencionalidad, las virtudes, la analogia, el univocismo, el equivocismo y la cuestion juridica. Para ello, critica las posiciones absolutistas y relativistas, manifestadas en el positivismo juridico y la postmodernidad. EnglishThis article is a synthesis of the philosophical, anthropological and le-gal thinking of the Mexican hermeneut Mauricio Beuchot. It deals with the theoretical position of analogical hermeneutics, on the philosophical anthropology of law through the study of the subject, the person, intentionality, virtues, analogy, univocism, equivocation and the legal question. For this, he criticizes the absolutist and relativist positions, manifested in legal positivism and postmodernism.

Esta presente en el Islam, que retoma y desarrolla la herencia biblica utilizando la misma raiz que designa el espiritu en el idioma hebreo. En el antiguo Egipto, no hay una nocion analoga, pero es posible reconstruir la dimension de la espiritualidad, y tambien, de un modo mas rico en India y China. En el pensamiento occidental, se pueden indicar cuatro fases. En Israel y en Grecia, conectandolo con el fenomeno de la vida y reconocen el espiritu como fuerza. En una segunda fase, se vincula el espiritu con el fenomeno de la conciencia y la razon. En una tercera fase, Descartes presenta el espiritu como “una cosa que piensa”. El camino posterior, que es tambien aquel en el que se mueve la investigacion contemporanea, no concibe el espiritu como una cosa, sino como una dimension de la experiencia. EnglishThe reflection on the theme of the spirit crosses the entire history of culture. It is present in Islam, which takes up and develops the biblical inheritance using the same root that designates the spirit in the Hebrew language. In ancient Egypt, there is no analogous notion, but it is possible to reconstruct the dimension of spirituality, and also, in a richer way in India and China. In Western thought, four phases can be indicated. In Israel and in Greece, connecting it with the phenomenon of life and recognize the spirit as a force. In a second phase, the spirit is linked to the phenomenon of cons-ciousness and reason. In a third phase, Descartes presents the spirit as “a thing that thinks”. The later path, which is also the one in which contem-porary research moves, does not conceive of the spirit as a thing, but as a dimension of experience

espanolLa civilizacion moderna esta atravesando una severa crisis que tiene expresion ambiental. El problema central tiene dos caras: el miope concepto de progreso social y el errado modelo de desarrollo economico. Este seudo modelo de desarrollo esta poniendo en riesgo el futuro de la civilizacion. El modelo es insostenible, irresponsable e injusto. El problema central expuesto es consecuencia de la desmedida e incontrolada avidez del hombre, que ha ideado, puesto en marcha y expandido un modelo inapropiado. Por estas razones la crisis es en esencia etica. La solucion radical y definitiva a esta problematica no se lograra a partir de leyes y acuerdos internacionales, ni tampoco basicamente con investigaciones cientificas y cambios tecnologicos. La alternativa de solucion es reemplazar el actual paradigma de progreso y el modelo de desarrollo. Instaurar un modelo donde el desarrollo sea el proceso de expandir las verdaderas libertades que la gente disfruta. Este proceso debe iniciarse ya, primero con un cambio y compromiso personal, para luego pasar a una labor social de sensibilizacion, incidencia politica y educacion integral. EnglishModern civilization is facing a severe crisis that has environmental re-percussions. The main problem has two sides: the nearsighted understanding of social progress and the erroneous economic development model. This pseudo development model, unsustainable, irresponsible and unfair, is jeopardizing the future of our civilization. The discussed problem is likewise an effect of the excessive and uncontrolled greed of man, who has devised, put forth and expanded an inappropriate development model. For these reasons the crisis is essentially ethical.The final and definitive solution to this complex problem will not be reached through regulations and international agreements; nor through scientific research and technological changes. The solving alternative is the substitution of the current progress paradigm and development model. The new model to be implemented should define development as the process of expanding the true freedoms that people enjoy. This process needs to start now, initiating with a personal change and commitment, which then would lead to a social awareness endeavor, political lobbying and overall education.

The need to address this issue is clear. Through these phrases a com-plex problem is mentioned, of no small proportions and certainly real.
