Analysis of Changes in United States Foreign Policy the Era of the Barack Obama Government

This article explains the foreign policy of the Republic of the United States in the Asia Pacific region which is studied through analysis of epistemological, ontological and axiological aspects. This article tries to look at the reasons for the United States changing the focus of its foreign policy from the Middle East to the Asia Pacific Region. In the regional dynamics that occur, China plays an important role along with increasing its national capabilities. In this regard, this article will discuss and provide an explanation of the foreign policy created by America, namely the Asian Pivot, using an analytical framework based on the Balance of Threat theory with the application of the United States' offshore balancing strategy to the Asia-Pacific region. In addition, this article analyzes funnel causality, namely the sources that form the basis of United States policy making in the Asia Pacific. The United States is a very unique country in terms of its political system both at home and abroad, its foreign policy is able to influence the world political landscape. This research is qualitative in nature using a textual study method by analyzing secondary data from various related literature. The results of the literature study show that changes in the focus of American foreign policy were due to factorsChina's increasing national capabilities are seen as a challenge to United States national interests.

This study employs bibliometric analysis to explore the expansive field of data privacy and security, utilizing data extracted from VOSviewer to identify thematic clusters, discern research trends, evaluate research opportunities, and analyze author collaboration networks. The analysis reveals several key thematic areas, including data security, legal frameworks, information privacy, and technological challenges associated with big data. These themes have evolved over time, demonstrating a shift from foundational legal principles to addressing complex technological and demographic-specific challenges, such as those related to children's data privacy. This research examines the ethical and legal implications of deploying Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems in law enforcement, with a particular focus on potential human rights violations in Indonesia. Utilizing a normative analysis approach, the study evaluates existing ethical frameworks, legal principles, and human rights standards to assess the governance and implications of AI-driven policing. Key findings indicate significant ethical concerns, including bias, discrimination, lack of transparency, and privacy violations. The legal analysis reveals gaps in Indonesia’s regulatory framework, highlighting the need for specific legislation to address AI’s complexities. Human rights implications, such as threats to privacy, freedom of expression, and equality, are critically analyzed. Comparative case studies from other jurisdictions provide empirical insights and underscore the importance of robust ethical and legal frameworks. The research proposes several recommendations, including the establishment of clear ethical guidelines, strengthening legal frameworks, enhancing transparency and accountability, promoting public engagement, and conducting regular impact assessments to ensure responsible AI governance in law enforcement. This study aims to contribute to the development of ethical AI governance frameworks and inform policy recommendations for responsible AI deployment in law enforcement practices.

Telemedicine: International Law Comparison

The main problems in telemedicine include the lack of uniformity in international regulations, limited technological infrastructure in some countries, and data protection and patient privacy. Additionally, legal responsibilities and malpractice risks have not been standardized. Gaps in access to services, especially in remote areas, and ethical challenges and quality standards are also obstacles. The purpose of this research is to find out international legal considerations regarding the use of Telemedicine and find solutions to overcome Telemedicine legal issues. This research uses a normative juridical approach with an emphasis on comparative studies. The results of the research were then analyzed qualitatively. Based on research results, show that Telemedicine is regulated differently in various countries. In Indonesia, it is regulated by Minister of Health Regulation Number 20 of 2019 for diagnosis, treatment, and continuing education with service costs borne by the health facility. Malaysia has a Telemedicine Act 1997, focused on follow-up care and drug prescriptions, growing rapidly in the private sector during the COVID-19 pandemic. Argentina published telehealth guidelines in 2019 and 2022, requiring health insurance companies to adopt teleconsultation platforms. Austria through the TeleHealth Commission since 2013 regulates telemonitoring, teletherapy, teleconciliation, and teleconferencing with strict data protection laws. Mexico integrates telehealth in general health services, regulated by IMSS and ISSSTE, while Russia regulates through the Health Protection Law with strict IT requirements. International telemedicine legal solutions require harmonization of regulations, personal data protection, information security standards, recognition of professional licenses, dispute resolution mechanisms, and legal liability regulations. Education and public awareness are essential to overcome these challenges, supported by international cooperation that strengthens the global legal infrastructure of telemedicine.

This is with the involvement of young people or the millennial generation. The participation or involvement of young people or the millennial generation in general elections is very crucial because, apart from being large in number, these young people are also one of the nation's next generations. However, in terms of participation efforts and indications of what possibilities could have an impact on an outcome, it will certainly be influenced by the participation or involvement of young people. It needs to be identified so that in the future it can help their efforts regarding ways or procedures to take part in a correct election. This research was conducted in Jekan Raya Village, Palangkaraya City. Protection Against Cyberbullying for Teens in the United States

Cyberbullying, also known as cyberbullying, is any form of violence experienced by a child or adolescent and perpetrated by peers their age through the internet or cyberspace. If a child or teenager is teased, insulted, bullied, or humiliated by another child or youth through the medium of the internet, digital technology, or cell phones, this is also known as cyber bullying. This research uses a literature study approach to explore it, this approach involves the disclosure of a comprehensive literature to sources relevant to cyberbullying cases in the United States. In achieving the research objectives, the main focus will also be given to factors affecting cyberbullying and protection efforts from cyberbullying as well as the United States' policy in handling cyberbullying cases among adolescents. There are several factors that can influence the occurrence of cyberbullying in adolescents. Some of these include individual factors including experience of violence, perception, gander, age, psychological control, and additive use. Family factors include parenting, family support, and parental stress. The friend factor is support. The school factor is the type of school. The last factor is the use of the internet in the form of intensity and competence of ethical media. There are also cyberbullying protection measures for adolescents and U.S. policies in handling cyberbullying cases among adolescents. Cyberbullying is an increasing concern affecting young people around the world, particularly in the United States. To address this issue, it is important to develop comprehensive strategies and support systems that address the root causes of cyberbullying and encourage positive social interactions.
