Ubud is the first destination to have branding as a UNWTO standard culinary tourism destination with the best endorsers in the world for the tourism sector. The research objective is related to the motivations and characteristics of domestic tourists undertaking culinary tourism in Ubud, Bali, to provide a deeper view of market segments and consumer preferences. These can include food tours, cooking classes, food festivals and interactions with local communities, all of which can increase a destination's appeal. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique by distributing 100 questionnaires to domestic tourists who will, are currently and have already gone on culinary tourism in Ubud. This research uses quantitative descriptive research methods. Data that has been processed will use a Likert scale and then be presented in the form of numbers. Based on research results, domestic tourists who undertake culinary tourism in Ubud are dominated by tourists from the Java region (54%) are male (52%) aged 15-30 years (90%) have a high school/vocational school education (51%) are unmarried (84%) not yet working (50%) social media information sources (76%) with an average expenditure of IDR 150,000 – IDR 500,000 (56%). The motivation of domestic tourists to undertake culinary tourism is dominated by the motivation to try new food (average score 4.10), relax, and enjoy a balance between quality and price (average score 4.0), as well as social and interpersonal factors (average score- average 3.65).

This study aims to analyze whether Trust and Ease of Access affect purchasing decisions through the Access By KAI website for Gen Z in Surabaya. The approach in this research is mixed research research. The population in this study were Gen Z users of the Access By KAI website in Surabaya with a sample of 100 users. The independent variables in this study are Trust and Ease of Access, while the dependent variable is Purchase Decision. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, model accuracy test, descriptive statistical test, multiple linear regression analysis test, and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS version 22. The results and conclusions of this study indicate that trust has an influence on increasing purchases, which means that if trust increases, the purchasing decision variable will also increase. Likewise, the ease of access variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, this is because that easy-to-understand and clear usage can help users increase purchases in the application. For the variables of trust and ease of access together have an effect on purchasing decisions, because both have a simultaneous influence, as evidenced by the F test worth 55,589.

The growth of the tourism sector has led to an increase in demand for qualified and skilled labor. Vocational Education and Training Institutions (LPK) have a strategic role in building competent human resources. Overseas Training Center (OTC) Bali Gianyar International Tourism and Cruise Line College as a job training institution, especially in the field of tourism supports the government's efforts to improve the quality of human resources by providing a variety of job training programs in Bali. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of training and internship programs implemented by OTC Bali Gianyar as an effort to improve the competence of the workforce in the tourism sector and analyze the challenges faced by OTC Bali Gianyar in implementing the program. This research uses quantitative and qualitative methods (mix method) with concurrent embedded model, where quantitative and qualitative data are used simultaneously / together, but the weight of the method is different. Data were collected using questionnaire and interview techniques. Respondents in this study were 97 respondents who met the criteria as alumni of OTC Bali Gianyar. The data results were formulated and tested using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. While qualitative analysis is taken from the interpretation of data by providing information and explanations. The results showed that training and internship programs have a high level of effectiveness in improving workforce competence.

Staycation is a trend in Bali as an alternative to traveling during the pandemic. Using demographic, geographic, behavioral, and psychographic segmentation analysis, this study aims to identify the market segment of tourists staying in Bali. The method used in this research is quantitative, data collected through distributing questionnaires to 180 respondents. This research uses psychographic segmentation variables concentrating on the lifestyle (Plummer, 1974) model of activities, interests, and opinions (AIO) consisting of 27 indicators. The data analysis techniques used were factor analysis, clustering, discriminant and cross tabulation to examine relationships with other segmentation variables, such as demographics, geography, and behavior using the SPSS v.25 application. The results found that there are 3 (three) clusters formed: (1) Family Enthusiast staycationer, is a segment that really likes relaxing and comfortable activities and is done with family so they like accommodations that provide complete facilities (in- house services). (2) Lifestyle Sociable staycationers, this segment likes activities to gather with friends and relatives. (3) Nature local Explorer who is interested in new things, interest in Nature, Culture and local cuisine related to personal achievement. This segmentation is expected to be a guideline for preparing staycation promotion/activity strategies for accommodation managers.

As a village surrounded by famous tourist destinations in Tabanan, Pitra Village has not yet developed its village in the tourism sector. The aim of this research is to find out and map the existing tourism potential and to directly assist in developing tourism in this village by observing the 4A components (Attractions, Accessibilities, Amenities, and Ancillaries). This is a qualitative research with asset based community development (ABCD) approach. The data collected by interview, observation, and literature study. The results show, Pitra Village has a good accessibility, varied attractions, and adequate amenities. One thing that it doesn't have is the ancillary aspect. Dominated with agricultural land, Pitra Village is very suitable to be developed as an agritourism destination. In this early stage, working farm passive contact activity and working farm indirect contact agritourism types are very applicable to be developed. The output of this research is that cycling and trekking trails were created. An online information regarding these trails is provided as well in the form of barcodes that are installed along the trails to help tourists enjoy the right track.

The mangrove forest ecotourism area in Perancak Village, Jembrana Regency is one of the tourist attractions that has interesting potential to be developed. However, there are emerging problems such as a decrease in the number of visits, lack of promotion, and lack of infrastructure improvement, so there is a need for a strategy and program for the development of mangrove forest ecotourism that pays attention to the sustainability aspect of tourism. The purpose of this study is to analyze and formulate a strategy for the development of mangrove forest ecotourism program as a sustainable tourism attraction in Perancak Village. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative descriptive and SWOT analysis with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. The results of the study show that the ecotourism of the Perancak mangrove forest has tourism potential that can be developed. The development strategies and programs that are considered effective to support the development of Perancak mangrove ecotourism are the diversification of educational tourism products by creating mangrove conservation day and sustainable fishing programs, strengthening the quality of tourism products through infrastructure improvement programs and the recruitment of local tour guides, the use of digital media by creating social media accounts accompanied by videos of ecotourism potential, the preparation of ecotourism branding materials Highlight visual elements and interesting stories of ecotourism, strengthen the quality of local communities through socialization and empowerment of the local economy, partnerships with private institutions and other tourism businesses, add tourist attraction facilities, improve the quality of the ecotourism environment and increase involvement and cooperation with external parties.

Almost two years the opening of the Jembrana Weaving Center Building, the manager felt that visits were erratic every day and the number of Instagram followers did not increase much. It is necessary to evaluate the promotional strategy applied and immediately improve its weaknesses. The evaluation uses the AIDA model reference to measure the effectiveness of Instagram social media as a promotional medium. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method and informants purposive method. Data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to 85 respondents. The data analysis technique is descriptive quantitative using the average score analysis technique, validity test, reliability test, standard deviation, and simple tabulation. The results showed that the characteristics of visitors based on geographical aspects were dominated by Indonesian citizenship,; demographic aspects are dominated by age 21-30 years, male gender, occupation as a student, undergraduate education level, and unmarried status; psychographic aspects, the respondent's source of information is recommended from friends / relatives, using Instagram for 2-3 hours a day and new followers who follow> 1 month, see Instagram post views once a week, the purpose of visiting is to fill spare time. The results of visitors' perceptions of Instagram social media as a promotional medium are in the “Effective” category with a scale range of 4,04– 4,24, and an overall average of 4,14. It can be concluded that the use of Instagram social media as a promotional media is effective and it is hoped that future Instagram management can be better.

The Covid 19 pandemic has caused the tourism sector to experience a decline due to reduced tourist activity. One of the government regulations to avoid crowds makes most people prefer to stay at home longer. To continue to comply with government regulations to avoid crowds, some people can still carry out tourist activities by staying in accommodation that is close to where they live. This habit is known as a staycation. Canggu Tourism Village is one of the destinations that is popular with domestic tourists for staycation activities. This research aims to examine and analyze the determining factors in domestic tourists' decisions in choosing accommodation in the Canggu Tourism Village as a staycation location. This research used 100 respondents with purposive sampling. Data will be analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis and using factor analysis. Based on the results of calculations using factor analysis, there are 16 variables which are grouped into 4 factors, namely push and pull factors, recommendation factors and social media, self-motivation and the location and atmosphere of accommodation in the Canggu Tourism Village. Providing accommodation services with a staycation concept must be well organized and always innovated so that tourists will return to visit this village.

Bobocabin Kintamani is one of 103 active accommodations in Kintamani (2021), and was named number 2 of 11 campsites in Kintamani by Tripadvisor (2024). Based on visit data in January 2023-March 2024, 1,177 tourists stayed at Bobocabin Kintamani, and this was dominated by millennial domestic tourists. This research aims to determine the factors that motivate millennial domestic tourists to stay at Bobocabin Kintamani. The sample for this research was 100 millennial domestic tourists who had stayed at Bobocabin Kintamani. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, questionnaires, interviews, literature study, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using factor analysis using the SPSS for Windows Version 29.0.2.0 program. The characteristics of the respondents were dominated by tourists from DKI Jakarta, female, aged 24-28 years, unmarried, Bachelor's degree (S1), profession as a private employee, expenditure range of IDR 1,000,000-2,000,000 (40%) and IDR 2,001. 000-3,000,000 (40%), visit only once with a visit duration of 1-2 days, and use a car. The results of factor analysis show that there are eight factors that encourage millennial domestic tourists, namely (1) Self Fulfillment and Social Interaction, (2) Family Bonds, (3) Wish Fulfillment, (4) Prestige, (5) Romance Moment, (6) Escape from Routine and Having Fun, (7) Relationship, (8) Novelty Seeking. As well as three factors that attract millennial domestic tourists, namely (1) Services, Facilities and Location, (2) Static Factor, (3) Information. The most dominant factor driving the motivation of millennial domestic tourists to stay at Bobocabin Kintamani is the "Self Fulfillment and Social Interaction" factor. Meanwhile, the dominant factor that attracts the motivation of millennial domestic tourists to stay at Bobocabin Kintamani is the "Services, Facilities and Location" factor.

This study aims to evaluate the quality of service at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) post-revitalization based on the perceptions of domestic tourists. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, utilizing elements of service quality and involving 100 domestic tourist respondents through purposive sampling and the Hair et al. formula. This study employs two data sources: primary data involving respondent questionnaires, documentation, and observation results, and secondary data obtained from literature or library studies related to the research object. The data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability tests with the aid of a Likert scale. The results of the study show that the quality of service at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah post-revitalization, based on the responses of 100 domestic tourist respondents, obtained an average score of 3.22, which is categorized as "good." Therefore, it can be concluded that the perception of domestic tourists towards the quality of service at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah post-revitalization is satisfactory. This indicates that tourists feel satisfied, safe, and comfortable when visiting Taman Mini Indonesia Indah.
