In recent years, with the rapid growth of China's resources investment program abroad, Chinese companies have a higher percentage of failure of investment. So, this paper analyzes the main risks of the investment program for international resources, and the interactions between risks with the methods of survey and theory research. Subsequently, the article exploits the identification process of the international resource investments programs with a view to promoting risk awareness and capacity building for Chinese companies to invest foreign resources.

The project of studying the standardization of college instructors' working system aims to explore the origin, the role orientation, functions, rules and regulations, and the theoretical system of instructors as a profession, and to state the importance and necessity of establishing standardized working system for college instructors. By doing that, hopefully, a relatively systematic and scientific working system could be clearly defined in order to overcome the bottleneck problems college instructors are currently faced up with. Based on the previous study of one-three-ten-twenty-three-four working system, further study has been conducted and a one-four-ten management system comes into being, which might serve as another system urging college instructors to fulfill their duties and play an active role on their positions.

Unfairness in public administration domain could be perceived as stressors. Coping with certain community events, should be considered as communal rather than individual behaviors. Former studies have shown demographic variables, such as gender, education, and trust may have influences on citizen's communal coping strategies. We focused on four typical coping strategies out of the dual axis model of coping theory, and examined three hypotheses using data from Social Attitudes Survey of Urban-Rural Residents of China, 2010. The results obtained from T-tests and regressions found that: there was no difference in coping strategies between male and female; yet with higher level of education, citizens were much more likely to take pro-social actions (seeking social help and cautious action), whereas citizens with lower education were much more likely to turn into anti-social actions (avoidance and aggressive coping); regarding different coping strategies separately, trust in governments (local vs. central) also had different impact patterns.

This paper, taking American new economic history as an example, investigates the base discipline of the application of statistical methods in economic history research, and explores the significance of the application of statistical methods in promoting economic history research.

Strategic human capital provides a new perspective to study enterprises competitive advantage. By matching the multinational enterprise strategic human capital with the enterprise strategy and the strategic human resource management practice in cross-cultural environment, the evolution process of formation, maintain and update to the multinational enterprise strategic human capital practice is explored, and the evolution mechanism of multinational enterprise strategic human capital practice to its competitive advantage is revealed.
