The objectives are as follows: To assess the comparative efficacy and safety of weight‐loss drugs, provided in addition to lifestyle modification, for weight management in adults with overweight or obesity without diabetes. To obtain a ranking of pharmacological interventions for weight loss amongst the various available options through a network meta‐analysis.
