Gaya Kepemimpinan Karismatik Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq Perspektif Kitab Al-Bidayah wan Nihayah dan Relevansinya pada Pendidikan Tinggi Islam

Islamic education in Indonesia is faced with inadequate quality and quantity of teachers, as well as very low educational effectiveness. This can hinder the achievement of educational goals. Leadership is one of the factors that determine the success of educational programs. A leader's leadership style refers to his traits, knowledge, skills, and problem-solving abilities. This research is qualitative, with a library research method, which aims to find out the characteristics of Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq's charismatic leadership listed in the book Al-Bidayah wan Nihayah and find out whether these characteristics have relevance to leadership in Islamic higher education. The subject of this research is the head of the Islamic Education Management study program (MPI) at STAI Terpadu Yogyakarta. Data were collected using interview and documentation techniques, and the validity of the data was tested using triangulation techniques. The results of the study state that the book Al-Bidayah wan Nihayah explains the leadership characteristics of Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq which are shown through wise, fair and not favoritism, determined and firm, as well as caring and compassion. These characteristics are relevant to the leadership style of the head of MPI STAI Terpadu Yogyakarta.

Urgensi Penerapan Dasar-Dasar Kepemimpinan Al-Qur’an di Lembaga Pendidikan Islam

Leaders in educational institutions play a crucial role in achieving goals; however in reality, leaders who hinder the goal attainment process with unethical behaviors such as corruption and persecution are still prevalent. Therefore, implementing the leadership principles found in the Qur'an is a crucial key for educational leaders to efficiently fulfill their tasks. The aims of this study is to clarify the basic principles of the leadership of the Qur'an, including the definition and urgency of its implementation in Islamic educational institutions. The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method is used in this research, which is to collect and analyze data from a variety of literature, including books, journal articles, and other related sources. This is the conclusion of this study: 1) There are various terms of leadership in the Qur'an, such as caliphs, priests, ulil amri, qawwam, sultan, malik, and za'im. In Islam, the ideal leader is someone who overlooks the character of the Prophet SAW and conducts his leadership by obeying the principles of the Quran leadership. 2) Applying the basics of the Quran leadership is essential to form a religious leader who is fearful, responsible, integrity, justice, and caring for his subjects. Thus, this leadership can support the Islamic educational institutions in achieving their goals efficiently and effectively.

Strategi Komunikasi Branding Dalam Upaya Peningkatan Jumlah Peserta Didik Baru di SMA IT Ash-Shiddiiqi Jambi

Schools are producers providing educational services. The products offered by schools must be able to attract the interest of consumers, namely parents and students, so that they can attend school there. Schools need to determine strategies to increase their competitiveness through institutional branding or imaging. One branding strategy that can be used is brand communication. This research aims to describe brand communication strategies in an effort to increase the number of new students at Ash-Shiddiiqi Jambi IT High School. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique is through observation, interviews and documentation taken directly from informants, namely the principal, teachers, administration department, employees, students, parents and supervisors of Ash-Shiddiiqi Jambi IT High School. The data analysis technique used is through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of research at Ash-Shiddiiqi IT High School show that Ash-Shiddiiqi IT High School uses brand communication internally and externally through school stakeholders, uses communication tools and carries out promotions. This strategy is reflected in the SMA IT Ash-Shiddiiqi brand tagline, namely Today's School, Qur'ani Generation, Achievement Generation.

Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kharismatik dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Sistem Pendidikan Pesantren Ulumuddin Kota Lhokseumawe

The research aims to understand the significance of the influence of charismatic leadership and organizational culture on the pesantren education system. Additionally, the study analyzes other determinant factors affecting the education system in pesantren. The research employs a mixed methods approach, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative methods. This combination method utilizes a sequential explanatory type, where the initial phase involves a quantitative research method, which is then reinforced with a qualitative method. The study population consists of all teachers at the Ulumuddin pesantren in the city of Lhokseumawe, totaling 45 teachers. The sampling technique used is quota sampling. Data for the study was collected through questionnaires, structured interviews, and documentation. The results of this research show that charismatic leadership directly influences organizational culture, with a t-statistic value of 3.604 > t-table of 2.016, as determined by the pesantren education system. Meanwhile, the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, or the level of significance is lower than the probability level, indicates there is a positive and significant influence between charismatic leadership and the pesantren education system through organizational culture at the Ulumuddin Pondok Pesantren in Lhokseumawe city.
