Abstract: A multidisciplinary discipline called artificial intelligence (A.I.) aims to automate jobs that currently need human intelligence. Artificial intelligence (AI), while not being well known, is a technology that is revolutionising all facets of existence. In order to rethink how we mix data, analyse it, and make decisions, this article attempts to inform laypeople about AI and urge them to use it as a tool in various fields. In this post, we briefly discussed artificial intelligence (AI), its principles, and potential applications.

The field of artificial intelligence is reviewed. The work of George Stiny and myself on design and criticism is discussed briefly in terms of a paradigm of artificial intelligence research.

The general objective of the research is to determine the advances related to Generative Artificial Intelligence. Methodology, in this research, 47 documents have been selected, carried out in the period 2014 - 2023; including: scientific articles, review articles and information from websites of recognized organizations. Results, Generative Artificial Intelligence is demonstrating its importance in various human activities, making it necessary to use it ethically and responsibly. Artificial intelligence is to reduce human cognitive functions. It is bringing an approach to healthcare, powdered by increasing the availability of healthcare data and rapid progress of analyst techniques. We can survey the current status of Artificial intelligence applications in healthcare and discuss its future uses. It is the most transformative technology of the 21th century. Healthcare has been identified as an early candidate to be revolutized by artificial intelligence technologies. Artificial Intelligence is now widely used by humans. The use of this technology is based on the view that Artificial Intelligence can make their lives easier. Many sectors have utilized this technology, including government, private, social, health, to education. Even though Artificial Intelligence is felt to have many benefits, there are perceived threats so that appropriate policies are needed. Thus, the aim of this research is to find out policies that can be recommended for the use of Artificial Intelligence that focus on humanitarian aspects. This research uses a qualitative approach to deepen the literature review that has been carried out. The results of this research show that the presence of Artificial Intelligence provides quite large benefits, especially as a technology for predicting the future. However, to regulate the use of this technology, appropriate policies are needed to avoid increasingly widespread digital crimes. In formulating Artificial Intelligence policies, humanitarian aspects need to be considered to provide appropriate protection. Especially for vulnerable groups who have low access to the use of Artificial Intelligence.

As in other domains, artificial intelligence is becoming increasingly important in medicine. In particular, deep learning-based pattern recognition methods can advance the field of pathology by incorporating clinical, radiologic, and genomic data to accurately diagnose diseases and predict patient prognoses. In this review, we present an overview of artificial intelligence, the brief history of artificial intelligence in the medical domain, recent advances in artificial intelligence applied to pathology, and future prospects of pathology driven by artificial intelligence.

Artificial Intelligence (bzw Künstliche Intelligenz) ist schon seit längerem ein wichtiges Thema in der Wissenschaft. Seit einigen Jahren ist Artificial Intelligence auch im Alltag der Menschen angekommen; man denke nur an die Diskussionen über das Autonome Fahren und den Algorithmus des Arbeitsmarktservice (AMS). Der vorliegende Beitrag beschäftigt sich überblicksartig mit drei Fragestellungen: 1. Dem immaterialgüterrechtlichen Schutz der Artificial Intelligence selbst; 2. dem immaterialgüterrechtlichen Schutz der mittels Artificial Intelligence „hergestellten Produkte“ und last but not least 3. der Verletzung fremder Immaterialgüterrechte durch den Einsatz von Artificial Intelligence.
