This article highlights methodological and practical sociological-legal issues in analyzing the legal culture of youth in the active stage of socialization—those entering adult life. It demonstrates that the state of youth’s legal culture depends on the totality of their living environment and that the most influential factor affecting legal culture is the social, socio-cultural, and socio-political environment that primarily shapes their legal consciousness and legal thinking. It is also analyzed how raising the legal culture of youth has a significant impact on the socio-economic situation of the country. Keywords: Cicero, legal culture, socially useful behavior, legal nihilism, legal infantilism, social start, social risk, youth maximalism, deviant behavior, deviant subculture.
