Problem-Based Workshop For Improving Product Diversification Of The Kolang-Kaling Process

Tanah Datar Regency is known as one of the abundant fruit-producing areas of Kolang-Kaling. According to an interview by the PKM team with one of the heads of the women farmer groups, it was revealed that every week as many as 3 tons of Kolang-kaling fruit can be harvested. However, they only process 10% traditionally (boiled, peeled, and sold). The community does not have sufficient competence to apply technology in processing these plantation products into ready-to-eat food. As a result of the agreement with the two Cempaka Mekar and Teratai Women's Farmer Groups, also with the approval of the village head , a community partnership activity was agreed upon for these two farmer groups. With the aim of increasing the competence of women who are the target of activities in the application of technology for processing kolang-kaling fruit . Increasing competence is expected to have an impact on the welfare of the target community. Sinergi Dosen dan Mahasiswa dalam Pemberdayaan Wanita di Desa Koripan, Kecamatan Matesih, Kabupaten Karanganyar

<p><em>Higher education student is known as agent of change that can play a significant role on the transformation of the social life of a society. However, the idealism of students is often hampered by the availability of funds. On the other hand, someone who works as a lecturer at a higher education has a responsibility to do the three pillars of higher education (Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi), one of which is to carry out community service activities. To carry out the community service, a lecturer has many opportunities to obtain funds from various funding bodies. This article discusses the community service activity that was done by implementing a synergy between a group of lecturers and students who are the members of the Food Science Technology Student Association (HIMAGHITA) Universitas Sebelas Maret in the Village of Koripan, Matesih Sub-district, Karanganyar Regency. The purpose of the community service activity is to introduce the processing technology of purple sweet potato and corn and to increase the knowledge of food industry management in the group of women farmers in the region. The community service activity included the introduction of flour-making technology, processing technology of purple sweet potato cookies and corn brownies. Based on the results of monitoring and evaluation, it can be concluded that the synergy of lecturers and students can effectively support the community service activity and the introduction of purple sweet potato and corn processing technology can be well-carried out. In addition, the knowledge of farmer women's groups on the management of home-scale food industry increased after this activity was carried out.</em></p>

KAJIAN USAHATANI KELOMPOK WANITA TANI NAGARI KOTO TUO KECAMATAN HARAU, KAB. 50 KOTA

This research was conducted to answer the questions: 1) How is the KWT farming performance in Nagari Koto Tuo, and 2) Analyzing the factors that influence the farming performance in Nagari Koto Tuo in an effort to support family welfare. The study was conducted by taking a purposive sample on a group of women farmers (99 people) Tanjung Saiyo, Mawar Saiyo, Perpito, Want to Forward, Jaso Tani, Harapan Baru Jorong Padang Rontang Nagari Koto Tuo, Harau District, Tanjung Pati, Limapuluh Kota Regency. The method used is a survey method. Then the data will be analyzed with the SPSS program. Model building factors consist of X1 (food sector), X2 (horticulture sector), X3 (plantations), X4 (livestock), X5 (non-farm activity sector). The results showed that the resulting regression models were: Y = 339821.90 - 1.030X1 + 3,887X2 + 6.019X3 + 0.207X4 + 1,879X5. Farms undertaken by 6 KWT at the research location consist of the food, horticulture, plantation, animal husbandry and non-farming sectors. The contribution of the food sector is negative to KWT revenues due to the high costs incurred by KWT. This case occurred at KWT Harapan Baru. The findings show that the plantation and livestock sector provides a relatively dominant contribution to income when compared to other farming sectors and non-farming sectors. Faktor-faktor Determinan Pemberdayaan Wanita dalam Pengelolaan Limbah Rumah Tangga Berkelanjutan

In Jorong Podang Rontang Nagari Koto Tuo, Limapuluh Regency, West Sumatra City, the number of underprivileged households is relatively high, 72 households. 98% of the members of the women farmer groups are cultivating farmers with 0.1-0.2 ha of arable land so that they are categorized as small farmers. The behavior of household waste management by women farmer groups is generally not sustainable because they dispose of it behind the house and allow it to rot. The method used is a survey method. Qualitative data and information were analyzed using qualitative analysis methods through a process of coding, categorization, interpretation, meaning, and abstraction. Then the data will be analyzed with the SPSS program. Based on the analysis results obtained by the equation: Y = 12,860 + 0.021X1 - 0.47X2 - 0.78X3. The equation shows that there is a positive relationship between the empowerment of women peasants and the knowledge of women peasants. In contrast, the motivation of women farmers, local wisdom and the empowerment of women farmers has a negative relationship. Positive and negative influences between independent variables (knowledge of women farmers, motivation of women farmers and local wisdom) and dependent variables (empowerment of women farmers) are not necessarily interpreted mathematically, but interpretation must be within the framework of empowerment as a reflection of women's emancipation, collective community participation in carrying out development, as well as community involvement (women) in participating in carrying out development. Modification of Tomato Planting Media to Improve the Quality of Farming Urban Vegetables

The Women's Farmer Group, the PKK RT 03, RW 08 Rewwin, Waru, Sidoarjo group has carried out urban farming during the Covid 19 pandemic, but only some residents understand urban farming. The objectives of the activity are: 1) to increase the knowledge and skills of residents in farming turbans, (2) modification of media and irrigation arrangements, 3). Diversification of plant species cultivated to meet the needs of urban communities. Modification of planting media from various material sources as alternative planting. The method of implementation is through socialization and assistance in planting practices to harvest various kinds of vegetables and plant arrangements. The results of the activity show that the residents have been educated and the lifestyle in the agricultural turban has changed. Planting media from a mixture of soil and non-soil (compost, husk, cocopit, manure). The composition of the media mix that will support planting. The composition of the media for young and mature plants is different. The provision of water through drip irrigation is designed 2 times per day, namely in the morning and evening so that it is maintained and efficient. NPK fertilizer is given as basic fertilizer and a follow-up of 20 g / plant is given 4 times. The results of the demonstration plot for growing tomatoes at a pot capacity of 5 kg showed that the mixture of soil media + compost + husk + manure gave the highest and best yield of tomato fruit compared to the media mixture that was not as complete as the material.

Sistem Informasi Administrasi Pada Kelompok Wanita Tani Laksmi Dewi Desa Ulakan

The Women Farmers Group (KWT) Laksmi Dewi in Ulakan Village, most of whom are housewives, where this group is engaged in agribusiness development that aims to improve village food security. The activities of this group include the use of vacant land used as planting land, training on the use of agricultural land, and utilization of village resources related to agribusiness. KWT activities are generally funded from the organization's treasury which is sourced from government grants from the village, district, and provincial governments, funds from donors, remaining business proceeds, and other assistance funds. The problem that occurs is from administrative management to support group management. From this, it is recommended that a website-based administrative information system be the solution. This system will be designed and built in such a way that it can handle system functionality in the form of managing KWT members, managing KWT activities, and managing KWT funds related to income and sources of funds, utilization of funds and results or income from each activity.

THE EVALUATION OF HIGH PROTEIN FOOD PROCESSING AS NUGGET IN PEKON TANJUNG JATI TANGGAMUS DISTRICT

The trend consumption foods of ready to cook and ready to eat is an alternative choice for the community and increasing public awareness about nutrition and health encourages people to live healthier lives by consuming nutritious foods and have a healthy effect. Processing nuggets production of the Tanjung Jati Women's Farmers Group is quite well received by consumers but the processing of this product is still done with simple technology. Improvements or technological touches need to be done so that the resulting nugget products have added value. The current problem causes the economic benefits that should have been obtained from this production activity can not be felt optimally. Community service is carried out in Tanjung Jati Pekon, Kota Agung Timur District, Tanggamus Regency. Activities in the form of counseling, socialization and practice of nugget product processing and packaging techniques are located at the Balai Rakyat Pekon Tanjung Jati, Kota Agung Timur District, Tanggamus District and the time to carry out activities in January 2020. The nugget training procedures include: a preliminary survey, counseling for the development of nugget product processing for Wanita Tani Pekom Tanjung Jati, socialization of the regulations of the head of the Indonesian drug and food regulatory body regarding packaging and labeling, technical guidance on processing and packaging of nuggets, and technical guidance on business plans and marketing of nuggets. The results of the activities showed the average value of the initial and final evaluation scores of the trainees was 34.77 and 82.50. If viewed from the increase in the score, it appears that an increase in score of 47.8 points. This shows that the training activities went quite well. The training activities were able to motivate the Tanjung Jati Pekon Women Farmers Group in Tanggamus Regency to develop the region's businesses. Inovasi Tepung Premiks Pancake Mocaf Instan dan Pancake ”Gama Pantelo” di Dusun Gebang, Desa Kemiri, Tanjungsari Kabupaten Gunungkidul

INNOVATION OF INSTANT MOCAF PANCAKE PREMIX FLOUR AND PANCAKE OF “GAMA PANTELO” IN GEBANG HAMLET, KEMIRI VILLAGE, TANJUNGSARI GUNUNGKIDUL REGENCY. The purpose of this activity is to empower the Gebang hamlet farmer women's group, Kemiri village, Tanjungsari District Gunungkidul Regency in optimizing mocaf products so that they have time keep the old and not undergo physical and chemical changes, practical and easy to process in the form of Instant Mocaf Flour Pancake Mocaf “Gama pantelo” as a snack or dessert that can be eaten at any time. The method of activity is done by demonstration and hands-on practice. “Gama Pantelo” Instant Premix Pancake Flour is made by pouring mocaf flour, refined sugar, baking powder, milk powder, and vanilli in a basin by passing it on a sieve to get a homogeneous powder size, then stirring it evenly and then mixing the instant mocaf pancake flour in aluminum foil zipperlock packaging. Pancakes are made with instant premix mocaf pancakes mixed with 1 egg and 180 ml of water then stirred evenly using a mixer. Furthermore, after mixing evenly, the dough is cooked on a small teflon that has been previously smeared with a little oil / butter, then baked until a little cavities arise on the surface of the dough and then the dough is turned over and baked until the pancakes turn golden brown. After that it is appointed and can be served. This activity succeeded in arousing the motivation of farmer women's groups in making variations of cassava preparations.

Upaya Peningkatan Pengetahuan dan Keterampilan Kelompok Wanita Tani Kenanga Lestari Desa Pucang Banjarnegara tentang Teknik Budidaya Sayuran Hidroponik

EFFORTS TO INCREASE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS KENANGA LESTARI WOMEN’S FARMER’S GROUP OF PUCANG VILLAGE BANJARNEGARA ABOUT HYDROPONIC VEGETABLES TECHNIQUE. Kenanga Lestari Women's Farmers Group is the only group consisting of 20 farmer women in Pucang Village, Banjarnegara. The farmer women's group continues to exist to develop verticulture of organic vegetable cultivation by utilizing home yards since 2017. Since the beginning the caretaker and members of the farmer women's group still have limited knowledge and skills, especially about hydroponic vegetable cultivation techniques. The aim of the activity is to transfer science and technology about the cultivation of hydroponic vegetables in an effort to increase the knowledge and skills of farm women groups. It is also intended to encourage increased income and welfare of farmer women groups. The method used includes 3 methods, namely; (a) public education methods through extension activities on hydroponic systems and hydroponic vegetable cultivation techniques; (b) science and technology diffusion methods through training activities on hydroponic vegetable cultivation techniques; (c) advocacy method that is to provide assistance at the end of the activity. The results of the activity showed that the knowledge and skills of the administrators and members of the Kenanga Lestari farmer group increased from previous conditions regarding organic vegetable cultivation techniques.

Empowerment of Farmer Women Groups Through Optimization of the Yard Through the SFHA System

Potential land area in Indonesia covers 10.3 million hectares while in Indramayu District especially Lelea District the land area reaches 610.21 hectares (BPS Data, 2018). With this SFHA model, there is hope that national food security and independence can be created starting at the household level. This study aims to analyze the empowerment of women farmer groups and factors related to the empowerment of women farmer groups through optimization of the plot of land with the SFHA system and formulate an appropriate strategy for planning the empowerment of women farmer groups through optimization of the plot of land through the SFHA system. The study was conducted in Lelea District, Indramayu Regency, West Java Province. in March to June 2020. The research sample is 63 farmer women who are members of the farmer women's group who have implemented the SFHA program. The sample is determined using quota sampling based on the activeness of group members. The research variables consisted of the characteristics of farmers, environment, government support, the role of extension workers, facilities and infrastructure. Primary data collection using instruments in the form of questionnaires. Data were processed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and Spearman's Rank correlation and Kendall'W analysis. The results of research on the empowerment of farmer women groups through optimization of the yard through the SFHA system are in the medium category with a percentage of 68.3%. Factors related to the empowerment of farm women groups through the optimization of the yard through the SFHA environment system. Government support, facilities and infrastructure, and the role of extension workers. The strategy used in the empowerment of farm women groups by increasing the skills of women farmers in choosing cropping patterns and commodities in the yard.

Penyuluhan Budidaya Padi Ladang Varietas Unggul Di Desa Efi-Efi Kecamatan Tobelo Selatan

This community service activity is carried out in the Efi-Efi Village, South Tobelo District, with the aim of providing skills and knowledge to farmers both about the use of high yielding variety of upland rice seeds and good upland rice cultivation techniques. The method used in this service is counseling about the cultivation of upland rice, the provision of high yielding variety of upland rice seeds and agricultural equipment and the making of high yielding variety of upland rice demonstration plots. Participants in this activity are the farmer women's group Efi-Efi, amounting to 20 members, who have been planting upland varieties of local upland rice. The results of the evaluation of community service activities showed that the knowledge and skills of the groups of women farmers who cultivated field rice had increased, and farmers accepted the use of high yielding variety of upland rice seeds introduced to them. In addition, there has also been a change in understanding in terms of shifting cultivation as has been done so far.

Factors that Affect the Income of Artisan Palm Sugar Maker in Candimulyo

This study aimed to analyze the income and factors affecting the income of the artisan palm sugar maker in a Women Farmer Group (WFG) in Candimulyo District, Magelang Regency named Srikandi. This study done from November 17th to December 15th, 2019 in Srikandi WFG, Kebonrejo Village, Candimulyo District, Magelang Regency. This study was employing a census method with a total of 33 artisan palm sugar maker. The data collection done by interview, observation, and literature review technique. Data analyzed by the production cost, revenue and income, and multiple linear regression analysis. Results showed that mean sugar palm production, mean production cost, mean revenue, or mean income was 2.89 kg/production/day, IDR 34,225.91/production volume/day, IDR 49,068.18/production volume/day, and IDR 14,942.27/production volume/day. The multiple linear regression analysis equation was Y= 1009.844 + 979.915X1 – 17798.012X2 + 9330.432X3 – 0.704X4 + e. The factor of additional material, worker utilization, production, and fuel cost simultaneously affected the income. Partially, the worker utilization, production, and fuel cost affected the income, while the amount of the additional material didn’t affect the income partially.

The Success of Food House Lestari Area Program in the Farmer Women Group in Aceh Jaya District

The Success of food house Lestari Area Program in the farmer women Group in Aceh Jaya District. Research that discusses the conditions and success of food houseLesatari Area (KRPL) program and how the influence of internal and external factors on the success of the KRPL program in Aceh Jaya District. The method used in the sampling technique is a simple random sampling method with a sample number of 45 people. The analysis tool is a questionnaire given to a group of farm women. From the results obtained KRPL Program conditions in Aceh Jaya district has already been good with the achievement of the percentage of performance by 95%, for the achievement of the 100% Seed garden program, 100% demonstration plot, and 75% of member’s yard. However, the success of the KRPL Program in the Women Farmers Group in Aceh Jaya District based on the PPH score indicator and the Food Expenditure Share obtained the success rate of the KRPL program with a percentage of 86.67% with the number of KWT respondents included in the low success rate category of 39 people. For KWT who are already in the high success rate category with a percentage of 13.33% with the number of KWT respondents as many as 6 people. The results of the Logistic Regression conducted to see the influence between variables obtained the results that the variables of Internal factors that have an influence on the success of the KRPL program are KWT Education (X1), while the number of KWT Family Members (X2) does not have a significant influence on the success of KRPL, and External Factors of the success of the Program that has an influence on the success of the program is the variable (X3) The Role of instructor, while (X4) Institution does not have a significant influence on the success of the KRPL program in the group of women farmers in Aceh Jaya District.

PEMBERDAYAAN KELOMPOK TANI UNTUK MITIGASI PERTANIAN SKALA MIKRO DI MUSIM KEMARAU BERBASIS PUPUK BOKASHI DI DESA PASIRNANJUNG KABUPATEN SUMEDANG

Farming in the dry season is a difficult job to do, because it is constrained by the limited availability of water. This situation occurred in the village of Pasirnanjung which caused agricultural activities to cease. In order that agriculture can continue to run, a micro-scale agricultural mitigation can be applied during dry-season by planting in polybags based on bokhasi fertilizer in the yard of the house. Bokashi is an organic material that can improve the physical, chemical and biological properties of the soil, that has an effect on plants growth and yield. Empowerment of farmers have been carried out in Pasirnanjung village, from August to September 2018, by the methode of counseling, training, demonstration and planting. The participants were joined by 14 groups, 11 farmer groups, 1 Putra Karya Sejahtera Youth Group, 1 Mawar Lestari Women's Farmers Group and 1 Nanjung Jaya Gapoktan Group. Training materials include preparation of tools and materials, seedling of vegetable seeds, making bokashi, preparation of planting media, planting, cultivating and harvesting. As a result, each group can make bokashi and can grow vegetables in a polybag in their yard during the dry season. This activity will have a good impact on the acceleration of the realization the village government program to make agricultural education village and ecovillage.

Institutional strengthening of women farmers group (KWT) in developing household food security

Household food security and local institution still become an issue in a rural area. These research aims are: (1) describing a strengthening model that been done by Women Farmers Group (KWT) member, (2) analyzing the household food security level of KWT, and (3) developing the institutional strengthening model based on KWT potency. KWT Mekarsari is a unit of the case, involved 30 households. Qualitative data were collected by observation and in-depth interviews, while quantitative data was collected by the survey method. It was found that the institutional strengthening model that been applied by KWT Mekarsari was a supporting model. The implementation of this model had given a great contribution to increased vegetable consumption. Moreover, the average of food diversification scores obtained household classified as “mildly food insecure” (mean score 4). Actually, there were two kind of approach that can be applied for institutional strengthening based on it potency likes: (1) Capacity development model of KWT members and (2) supporting model (Facilitating) on “building productive enterprises based on local food” with some alternative activities such as business of cassava chips, chicken or duck meatball, and salted egg. These supporting ideas were integrated with training for increasing its business capacity.

PEMBERDAYAKAN MASYARAKAT DESA AUNUPE DALAM PENGELOLAAN HAMA DAN PENYAKIT TANAMAN YANG RAMAH LINGKUNGAN

Desa Aunupe Kecamatan Wolasi merupakan salah satu Desa pengembangan tanaman sayuran sayuran organik di Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Seringnya terjadi serangan hama dan penyakit yang tinggi menjadi alasan utama penggunaan pestisida sintetik yang tidak dibenarkan dalam sistem pertanian organik. Di pihak lain pada lokasi yang sama terdapat kelompok wanita tani yang tidak produktif. Kedua masalah tersebut dapat teratasi jika kelompok wanita tani tersebut mampu memproduksi agens hayati yang berkualitas yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh petani hortikultura dalam sistem budidaya yang ramah lingkungan. Pelaksanaan Program PKM di Dusun Aunupe ini menjadi sangat tepat sebagai sarana dan media transfer teknologi bagaimana meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman sayuran yang ramah lingkungan dengan mengembangkan teknik bercocok tanam secara organik. Pengendalian hama dan penyakit tanaman dengan memanfaatkan agens hayati dan pestisida nabati menjadi salah satu pilihan bijak dalam usaha meningkatkan produksi pertanian yang bernilai ekonomi tinggi sekaligus menjaga kelestarian hayati untuk menunjang budidaya pertanian yang berkelanjutan khususnya pada budidaya tanaman sayuran sebagai sumber gizi masyarakat.

The Bamboo Greenhouse Technology For Hydroganic Plants with Independent Photovoltaic Energy in the Food Safety Program

The development of the city has made a lot of agricultural land turned into residential land and other urban facilities so that agricultural land becomes increasingly narrow so that it can weaken the food safety program. Another way is needed to utilize narrow land in an effort to develop agricultural products, namely by farming and maintaining fish hydroganic. Hydroganic comes from the words Hydro and Organic which are defined as organic cultivation systems by combining the hydro system and the organic system. The main source of nutrition from hydroganic is obtained from solid and liquid organic fertilizer and fish pond water that is treated as plant nutrition. The Hydroganic Technology Dissemination Program with independent electricity sources from solar power plants was carried out in Kampung Bunga Grangsil, Jambangan Village, Dampit District, Malang Regency. Communities that are the perpetrators of the activities are the Tourism Awareness Group Kampoeng Boenga Grangsil and the Syakura Arum Farmer Women's Group. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative method, beginning with the design, the creation of an Independent Energy Hydroganic Greenhouse and the planting of vegetables and fish stocking. Retrieval of data in the form of observations and documentation of photos and videos on activities: a) lectures and discussions; b) practice of making bamboo structures greenhouses; c) the practice of installing hydroganic plants; d) the practice of installing solar power plants; e) Hydroganic vegetable and fish growing practices. Through this program the construction of a tunnel-shaped greenhouse with bamboo structure has been carried out successfully, 2 (two) hydroganic farming facilities complete with fish ponds, 1 (one) solar power generation unit consisting of 4 solar panels each with a capacity of 100 wp with energy storage in the form of a 100 AH 12 V battery and a 1000 WH inverter in sunny conditions producing a minimum of 13.6 Amp, 18.8 V can meet the energy needs to drive the water circulation pump and greenhouse lighting lamps and the surrounding environment. Planting sla and mustard greens as well as spreading catfish and tilapia in mid-August 2019, lettuce vegetables can be harvested at the end of September 2019. The success that can be seen is that when farmers cannot grow vegetables in dry land, the vegetable plants in this hydroganic greenhouse remain fertile and healthy because water circulation occurs continuously. Tunnel-shaped greenhouse with bamboo structure using independent energy for hydropower farming is very practical, efficient and quick to build and can be planted with vegetables and spread fish throughout the year without pause is expected to be a prototype of modern agricultural and fishery facilities without relying on the rainy or dry season in the framework of the program increase national scale food safety. PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT MELALUI TEKNOLOGI HILIRISASI KOMODITAS TOMAT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PENDAPATAN RUMAH TANGGA DI DESA KALI PADANG

Kali Padang village has a big problem, namely the price of tomatoes at the farmer's level which is very low during the harvest season. This condition is further exacerbated by the nature of tomatoes that are easily damaged, causing a decrease in quality and economic value. The introduction of tomato commodity downstream activities is needed by empowering the housewives of farmers. So the purpose of the purpose of this activity is to: 1) Introduce the technology of making tomato sauce to farm women groups, 2) Introduce how to do hygienic tomato packaging, 3) Introduce how to determine the cost of production and the selling price of tomato sauce processed, and 4) Carry out one element of Higher Education Tri Dharma, namely Community Service. The service method is done by counseling, introducing technology and applying technology. This dedication activity has introduced the technology of making tomato sauce to farm women's groups. Carrying out these service activities in general can provide knowledge and skills of processing tomatoes into tomato sauce. The packaging skills of a farm woman increase and how to do hygienic tomato sauce packaging. The ability to determine cost of goods is also done well. There has been a change in knowledge, attitudes and skills of the target group after the science and technology service activities were carried out.

IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM PERCEPATAN PENGANEKARAGAMAN KONSUMSI PANGAN (P2KP) PADA KELOMPOK WANITA TANI DI KELURAHAN LEMPAKE KECAMATAN SAMARINDA UTARA

The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the implementation of the acceleration of food consumption diversification (P2KP) program on the Women Farmers Group in Lempake Village, to identify and describe the supporting and inhibiting factors. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research location is in Lempake Sub-District, North Samarinda District. Analisis Nilai Tambah Produk Olahan Manggis Di Kelompok Wanita Tani Sri Lestari Desa Somongari Kecamatan Kaligesing Kabupaten Purworejo

The purpose of this study 1) the process of making mangosteen peel tea, pure mangosteen peel powder, instant mangosteen peel powder, mangosteen peel powder capsules, and mangosteen fruit juice in Somongari village, Kaligesing district, Purworejo district, 2) the magnitude of the added value of processed mangosteen skin powder into mangosteen skin powder mangosteen, mangosteen peel capsules, pure mangosteen peel powder, instant mangosteen peel powder and mangosteen juice in the Sri Lestari Farmer Women's Group Somongari Village Kaligesing District Purworejo District. The research method used was a case study, data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. A sample of 5 people consisted of key informants and ordinary informants. Value-added analysis using the Hayami Method. The results showed that the process: 1) Mangosteen skin tea is fresh mangosteen then split (take the skin), washed, chopped, dried, sorted and finally packaged (packaged), 2) Mangosteen skin capsules are fresh mangosteen (take soft skin), washed, dried, grinded, sifted, put the powder into capsules and finally packaged, 3) Mangosteen skin pure powder that is fresh mangosteen split (take soft skin), washed, dried, ground, sifted, sifted and packaged (packaged), 4) Instant skin powder mangosteen, namely fresh mangosteen (take soft skin), washed, dried, ground, sifted, cooked powder with added brown sugar and water to form crystals and finally packing (packing), 5) Mangosteen juice namely mangosteen freshly washed, split take meat fruit and separate seeds, boiling (cocktail) then blender and boil back to the last packing. The added value of mangosteen skin tea is IDR 32,177.03, mangosteen skin capsule is IDR 315,190.96, pure mangosteen skin powder is IDR 64,598.85, instant mangosteen skin powder is IDR 72,484.21 and mangosteen juice is IDR 37,926.81.
