The Influence of Leadership, Supervision And Work Discipline on Teacher Performance at Talitakum Medan Private Junior High School

This research was conducted at Talitakum Private Junior High School in Medan with the aim of finding out how much the influence of Leadership, Supervision and Work Discipline partially and simultaneously on teacher performance. The population in this study is all employees of Talitakum Medan Private Junior High School totaling 34 people with independent variables of Leadership, Supervision and Work Discipline while teacher performance is the dependent variable. The method used is a data analysis method using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests. The results of the regression test showed that 58.6% of performance factors could be explained by leadership, supervision and work discipline while the remaining 41.4% were explained by other factors that were not examined in this study such as work motivation, position, intensive, training and so on. Meanwhile, the results of the f test showed that simultaneously leadership, supervision and work discipline together had a significant effect on teacher performance with the results of the tcount analysis (28,229) where the table was 2,922. The results of the T test showed that the leadership variable showed the results of the tcount analysis (2,376), the supervision variable showed the results of the tcount analysis (3,935) and the work discipline variable showed the results of the tcount analysis (3,611) where the ttable (1,690). So these three variables have a significant effect on the performance of teachers at Talitakum Private Junior High School in Medan.

EXPLORING THE ROLE OF LEADERSHIP AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE IN ENHACING PUBLIC SECTOR INNOVATION IN MEDAN: AN SEM-PLS STUDY

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the extent to which leadership variables and organizational culture affect the quality of public sector services through increasing public sector innovation as an intervening variable. The subject of this study is the population of Medan City, where the variables in this study are independent variables, namely leadership and organizational culture, dependent variables, namely public sector service quality variables, and intervening variables are variables that increase public sector innovation. The results of data analysis were carried out by SEM analysis using SMART PLS 4.0 software. The data collection technique is by observation and documentation studies. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive method of data analysis using the structural equation model (SEM) method, where the results of data processing using the SEM method are carried out with the PLS 4.0 application. From the results of the study, the existing conclusion is that partially, leadership variables and organizational culture affect the quality of public sector services and affect the improvement of public sector innovation. Simultaneously, leadership and organizational culture affect the quality of public sector services through the variable of increasing public sector innovation as an intervening variable. The more leadership serves, the more innovation will grow in public sector services which will eventually change the organizational culture that tends to be flexible and serve which makes the quality of public sector services improve its performance.

Nexus of public organization, transparency, and accountability in Indonesia's digital governance

This study examined uniting public organization, transparency, and accountability theories for a holistic understanding of digital government service implementation in Indonesia. This study used a survey data collection method with 424 respondents for employees in four local governments. Questionnaires were generated using a Likert scale. Structural equation modeling‐partial least squares was used to assess the validity and reliability of the data and to test hypotheses and regression models. Following the testing of hypotheses and regression analysis, this study found that variables of employee skills, leadership, regulation, infrastructure, information and communication technology, transparency, and accountability had a positive and significant effect on the variable of digital government service implementation with p‐values of 0.034, 0.025, 0.014, 0.031, 0.009, 0.005, and 0.010, respectively. In contrast, variables of budgeting and bureaucratic structure do not positively and significantly impact the variable of digital government service implementation with p‐values of 0.210 and 0.311, respectively. The influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable was strong (R‐square = 0.834). The limitations and implications of these findings are discussed in the conclusion.

THE EFFECT OF LEADERSHIP AND WORK ENVIRONMENT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE WITH JOB SATISFACTION AS AN INTERVENING VARIABLE AT PT. MEDCO E & P LEMATANG

This research aims to determine the effect of leadership and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Medco E & P Lematang. The variables used by researchers are the variables of Leadership, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction and Performance. The sample in this study was 124 employees at PT Medco E & P Lematang who were selected by cluster sampling. The data used in this study are primary data with questionnaire data collection methods. The data analysis technique used is Structural Modeling Equation (SEM) with the Lisrel Program Application. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Leadership has an insignificant effect on employee performance, (2) Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, (4) work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, (5) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Medco E & P Lematang.

Investigation of the Relationships between E-Learning Styles, Educational Technology Self-Efficacy Perceptions and Problem-Solving Skills of Pre-Service Elementary Mathematics Teachers'

This study aims to determine the relationship between pre-service elementary mathematics teachers' e-learning styles, educational technology self-efficacy perceptions, and problem-solving skills. The sample of the study, in which the relational screening model was used, consists of 150 pre-service teachers studying in a state university's elementary mathematics teaching department. Of the participants, 68% (n=102) were female and 32% (n=48) were male. Data collection tools, e-learning styles, education technology self-efficacy, and measurement tools consisting of non-routine problems were used to determine problem-solving skills and an information form. Pearson product-moment correlation technique and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the data set. According to the study's findings, significant relationships were determined between the sub-dimensions of e-learning styles, education technology self-efficacy, and problem-solving skills. Predictive variables consisting of sub-dimensions of e-learning styles and education technology self-efficacy explained 36% of the variance of the problem-solving skill. At the same time, audio-visual learning, verbal learning, active learning, logical learning, modeling digital-age work and learning, designing and developing digital-age learning experiences and assessments, and engaging in professional growth and leadership variables were effective in problem-solving. Finally, according to the findings, some suggestions are presented.

The Effect of Strategic Leadership On Sustainable Competitive Advantage

This research aims to analyze and identify the effect of strategic leadership on sustainable competitive advantage. This study uses quantitative method with descriptive and associative research. The population includes employees of PT X (heavy equipment trading company), with a sample of 30-500 respondents. The results show that strategic leadership has a positive effect on sustainable competitive advantage applied by respondent. Testing the strategic leadership effect on sustainable competitive advantage produced a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, with a correlation coefficient value of 0.927. It can be concluded that strategic leadership has a strong influence on sustainable competitive advantage, with a correlation coefficient value of 0.927. Within this study, the majority of respondents expressed agreement with the questionnaire statement in this research regarding the strategic leadership variable, with 16 statement indicators submitted by the researcher and the sustainable competitive advantage (Y) variables, with 14 statement indicators submitted by the researcher.

Analisis Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transaksional, Budaya Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Factory Sample Room Di PT. Pan Brothers Tbk Kabupaten Boyolali

The human resources aspect is the most important thing for companies, especially to achieve organizational goals, because the success or failure of an organization is greatly influenced by human factors as people who carry out the work. One of the targets of human resource management in the organizational management function concerns employee performance issues. Employees at the Sewing Department PT. Pan Brothers Tbk Boyolali has an unstable level of performance, which can affect the achievement of company goals. This research aims to explain the factors that can influence a person's performance, such as leadership style, work culture and physical work environment which can influence employee performance. The sample was obtained using a purposive sampling method, and 47 civil servant respondents were selected as the sample. Meanwhile, the data analysis used in this research includes: data quality testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing and multiple regression analysis. The results of the partial significant test (t statistical test) from the research analysis and discussion show that; transactional leadership style, with a t value of 1,555, this value is smaller than t table 1,669. This explains that the Transactional Leadership variable has no effect on the Employee Performance variable. Work Culture, with a t value of 3,033, this value is greater than t table 1,669. This explains that the Work Culture variable has an influence on the Employee Performance variable. Physical Work Environment, with a t value of 2,467, this value is greater than t table 1,669. This explains that the Physical Work Environment variable has an influence on the Employee Performance variable. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous significant test (f test) show that Fcount 5,600 > Ftable 2,751 with a significance value of 0.002. So it can be concluded that the two independent variables, namely Transactional Leadership (X1), Work Culture (X2) and Physical Work Environment (X3) greatly influence the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Pan Brothers, Tbk Boyolali.

The Influence Of Agile Leadership, Innovative Work Behavior And Organizational Commitment Through Work Productivity On Institutional Performance In The Industrial Era 4.0 (Case Study At Lp3i Jakarta Polytechnic)

Digital revolution and the era of technological disruption are other terms for industry 4.0. One of the unique characteristics of industry 4.0 is the application of artificial intelligence (Tjandrawinata, 2016). Agile leadership is a leadership style that is much needed in this modern era. Technological disruption, global economic turmoil, and climate change, make the challenges of the current era increasingly complex. Innovative Work Behavior describes the behavior of a series of employee activities that implement and conduct exploration in the Company in order to improve the performance of employees and the company where they work. Organizational commitment is also an important factor in organizations. Organizational commitment is a condition of employees who side with the organization with goals that are in accordance with the organization's vision and mission and continue to remain as employees in the company. The population of this research are leaders in the Structural Directorate and Campus of the LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic. This research sample has 5 (five) variables and has 21 indicators, so based on the opinion (Hair et al, 2014) above, a sample of 7 x 21 or the same as 147 is needed, so based on the calculation above the number of samples that will be taken is 147 respondents. The data analysis technique uses SEM-Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this research show that Agile Leadership, Innovative Work Behavior, Organizational Commitment have a significant influence on the Performance of the LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic Institution. The Agile Leadership variable has a significant effect on the Performance of the LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic Institution through Work Productivity; Innovative Work Behavior has a significant effect on the Performance of the LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic Institution through Work Productivity; Organizational Commitment has a significant influence on the Performance of the LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic Institution through Work Productivity.

Leadership and Implementation of Total Quality Management: A Case Study of Employee Performance Improvement in Hospitals

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of leadership on employee performance through the mediation of the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM). The research design used is a survey research that takes samples from a population and uses questionnaires as a tool for collecting basic data. The research locations were carried out at Koja General Hospital, Sulianti Saroso Infectious Special Hospital, and TK II TNI AD M Ridwan Hospital. The number of population as well as the sample in this study is 240 people. To meet the assumptions and analysis models in this study, the Likert Scale was used. The analysis technique used in this study is path analysis using the Amos program. The results of the study show that leadership variables have a significant effect on the implementation of TQM, leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance through the implementation of TQM.

The Influence of Transformational Leadership and Compensation on Employee Performance with Organizational Commitment as Mediation at Pelita Bangsa University

This research aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and compensation on employee performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. This research was carried out at Pelita Bangsa University, Cikarang, Bekasi Regency, with the object being the employees who worked there. The population of this study was Pelita Bangsa employees with a sample of 117 respondents. This research is quantitative research using the SEM method and using the Lisrel 8.8 application as a data processing tool. This research shows that transformational Leadership has been proven to partially have no positive and significant effect on Employee Organizational Commitment. Compensation can partially has a positive and significant effect on employee Organizational Commitment. Partial Transformational Leadership have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Pelita Bangsa University.. Organizational Commitment can partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Pelita Bangsa University. The Influence of Leadership, Work Motivation, and Compensation on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Gatot Subroto Jambi

This study examines the direct and indirect effects of the variables of Leadership, Work Motivation, and Compensation on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research is a quantitative study using the Total Sampling method with 45 respondents. Data analysis is conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with Smart-PLS computer program. PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSAKSIONAL TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) KARYAWAN RSKJ PROVINSI BENGKULU

Leadership is the main key to the success of a company in achieving a goal. A company requires appropriate transformational leadership and transactional leadership to encourage the emergence of organizational citizenship behavior in each employee. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of transformational leadership and transactional leadership on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in RSKJ employees in Bengkulu Province. The population that will be used in this research is employees of the RSKJ nursing section of Bengkulu Province, totaling 100 employees. This research uses a nonprobability sampling technique with the technique taken, namely saturated sampling (census). Saturated sampling technique is a sample determining technique when all members of the population are used as samples. So the sample used in this research was 100 employees of the RSKJ nursing section of Bengkulu Province. This research uses quantitative methods and data collection techniques by means of observation and distributing questionnaires. Then the questionnaire data was processed using SPSS version 26. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the results of hypothesis testing from the t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous) have a positive and significant effect on the transformational leadership and transactional leadership variables on organizational citizenship behavior.

Hubungan Antara Kepemimpinan Instruksional Kepala Sekolah, Kompetensi Profesional Guru, Motivasi Erprestasi, dan Kinerja Guru SDN di Kecamatan Murung Pudak Kabupaten Tabalong

The aim of this research is to analyze the direct and indirect relationship between the principal's instructional leadership, professional competence, achievement motivation and the work discipline of SDN teachers in Murung Pudak District, Tabalong Regency. The method used is quantitative descriptive research using a correlational path analysis model to analyze relationship patterns between variables. The research population was 280 teachers from 24 elementary schools in Murung Pudak District and 143 respondents as research samples using the Proportionate Random Sampling technique and the proportional allocation formula. Data collection uses questionnaire instruments and data analysis uses descriptive analysis, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing and path analysis. results of the analysis of the regression coefficient values for the principal's instructional leadership variable with teacher performance were 0.421, the professional competency variable with performance was 0.330, the achievement motivation variable with performance was 0.256, the principal's instructional leadership variable with achievement motivation was 0.485, the professional competency variable with achievement motivation was 0.485. 0.437, the principal's instructional leadership variable with performance through achievement motivation is 0.124 and the professional competency variable with performance through achievement motivation is 0.112. Conclusion of this research is that the principal's instructional leadership variables, professional competence, achievement motivation and performance of SDN teachers in Murung Pudak District, Tabalong Regency are all in the high category. THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP AND COMPENSATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT MIDTOU ARYACOM FUTURES

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership and compensation on the performance of employees of PT Midtou Aryacom Futures. The research method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population amounted to 35 people, so the sampling technique was used with the saturated sample method and the number of samples obtained in this study were 35 respondents. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of leadership variables on the performance of employees of PT Midtou Aryacom Futures. This is evidenced by the value of tcount > ttable, namely 5.541 > 2.037 with a probability value (significance) = 0.000, which is below 0.005. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of compensation variables on the performance of employees of PT Midtou Aryacom Futures. This is evidenced by the value of tcount> ttable, namely 6.930> 2.037 with a probability value (significance) = 0.000, which is below 0.005. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of leadership and compensation variables on the performance of employees of PT Midtou Aryacom Futures. This is evidenced by the value of Fcount > Ftable, namely 26.422 > 3.29 with a probability value (significance) = 0.000, which is below 0.005

The Effect of Workplace Incivility On The Performance of Manufacturing Industry Employees: The Moderating Effects Of Collectivism Culture and Passive Leadership

The manufacturing industry in Indonesia is an important sector in the national economy. However, this industry is also faced with various challenges, one of which is incivility in the workplace. This discussion aims to observe the impact Workplace Incivility at the achievement of manufacturing industry employees in Indonesia with the moderating variables of collectivism culture and passive leadership. This research apply quantitative discussion techniques. Data was collected with surveys implementing questionnaires and literacy research. Data that was been obtained is then carried out using observations a regression test with SPSS program. The findings of the discussion show this Workplace Incivility has a negative influence on the performance of manufacturing industry employees in Indonesia. In addition, a culture of collectivism and passive leadership moderates the relationship among Workplace Incivility also employee performance.

Making Employee Loyalty: Impact Of Leadership And Job Satisfaction

This study aims to analyze and determine the influence of leadership and job satisfaction on employee loyalty at PT Toyamilindo Cirebon Regency. The research method used is quantitative. The population of this study is employees of PT Toyamilindo Cirebon Regency which amounts to 100 people. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people using the saturated sample method. Data collection is carried out by giving questionnaires to employees at PT. Toyamilindo, Cirebon Regency. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Partial results show that job satisfaction variables have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. While the leadership variable has a positive and insignificant influence. These results show that job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee loyalty to PT employees. Toyamilindo, Cirebon Regency.

THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP AND DISCIPLINE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT. DAIKIN AIR CONDITIONING MAKASSAR BRANCH

Of this study is to determine the influence of leadership and discipline on employee performance at PT. Daikin Airconditiong Indonesia Makassar Branch. The types of data used in this study are qualitative and quantitative data. The data sources used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis and statistical analysis through multiple linear regression tests obtained a value of Y = 9.956 + 0,393 X1 + 0,402 X2, then the value of the correlation coefficient (r) 0,830, or 83,0% and the coefficient of determination (r2) of 0,678 or 67,8%. Furthermore, the calculation of the T test obtained results for leadership variables, namely T count 4,091 > T table 1,673 and discipline variables obtained values, namely T count 5,276 > T table 1.689. Test results F obtained F count 59,893 > F table 2,77. The results showed that leadership and discipline both partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the

PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, PELATIHAN DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT TUNAS CAHAYA MANDIRI WIDYATAMA MEDAN

The purpose of this research is to determine and explain the influence of leadership, training and compensation on employee performance at PT Tunas Cahaya Mandiri Widyatama Medan. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Before testing the hypothesis, the classical assumption test is first carried out. The analysis used multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing (F test and t test) and analysis of the coefficient of determination. From the results of data processing, a multiple linear regression equation is obtained where: Y= 1.106 + 0.319 X1 + 0.306X2 + 0.365X3 + ei. The results of this research show that the variables of leadership, training and compensation together (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, it shows that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a multiple regression coefficient value of 0.319 and a significant value of 0.036 <0.05. Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a multiple regression coefficient value of 0.306 and a significant value of 0.045 <0.05. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a multiple regression coefficient value of 0.365 and a significant value of 0.040 <0.05. The results of this research also conclude that to improve employee performance, companies should pay more attention to leadership, training and compensation.

Pengaruh Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Akebono Brake Astra Indonesia

Leadership on Employee Performance at PT. Akebono Brake Astra Indonesia, Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Jayabaya University, under the guidance of Dr. Mustangin Amin, SE., MM. This research aims to find out whether there is an influence between Leadership (XI) on Employee Performance (Y) of PT employees. Akebono Brake Astra Indonesia. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sample used in this research was 53 respondents. The data analysis techniques in this research are validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient analysis, simple linear regression analysis, t test, and determination correlation analysis using the SPSS 25 program. The research results show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Akebono Brake Astra Indonesia, where the significant value resulting from processing the t test is 0.000 < 0.05, and the calculated t value is 3.894 > t table 2.008, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that partially there is a significant influence between leadership variables on employee performance . The results of the coefficient of determination show an R square value of 0.214 or 21.4%, which means that the influence of leadership on employee performance is only 21.4%, while the remaining 78.6% is influenced by other factors not found in this research. Suggestions in this research for PT. Akebono Brake Astra Indonesia is a company that needs to pay more attention to the health of its employees, and companies need to supervise employees in completing work. Transformational Leadership and Employees’ Commitment: Evidence from Selected SACCOs in Kilimanjaro Region, Tanzania

It has long been demonstrated that followers of transformative leaders perform better than average, but it is unknown why this happens. However, the reasoning behind why this process occurs is unclear. The main aim of this study was to establish the influence transformational leadership on employee commitment among selected SACCOS in Kilimanjaro region. Specifically, the study pursued the following objectives; establish the influence of idealized influence, inspirational motivation, individualized consideration and intellectual stimulation on employee commitment among selected SACCOS in Kilimanjaro region in Tanzania. The study adopted explanatory research design using both qualitative and qualitative research technique. Both primary and secondary data were collected whereas questionnaire was used to collect primary data from employees of the four selected SACCOS in Kilimanjaro region. Study population comprised of all employees in function level team and SACCOS board members. Purposive sampling was used to sample 102 employees whereas the collected data were analyzed both descriptively and inferentially. The results found that, there is a positive significant relationship between transformational leadership and employee commitment of selected SACCOS in Kilimanjaro region. Moreover, the results concluded that, compared with other variables, idealized influence had a significant positive relationship on employee commitment in the selected SACCOS. Further, the study rejected all null hypotheses and concludes that all transformational leadership variables had a statistical significant relationship with employee commitment. Based on the above conclusion, the study recommends that, SACCOS management should embrace every facet of transformational leadership across all domains of work as a fundamental style that will be crucial to the success of their business. This research contributes to the area of literature of transformational leadership and their influence on employee job commitment.
