Practical Training of Students through Student Groups in the GAU of the Northern Urals

The article presents the experience of practice-oriented personnel training in agricultural educational institutions together with enterprises of the agro-industrial complex of the Tyumen region. The quality of training in agricultural universities does not always meet expectations, employers believe that students lack practical skills in their future professional field, which increases the time for adaptation in production during their employment. This requires new approaches to the organization of practical training, new methods and forms of classes. One of the attractive forms of obtaining practical skills is working in student teams. The purpose of the article is to analyze the state of knowledge of the problem of practical training of middle-level specialists in the scientific literature. Methodology and methods of research. General logical and theoretical research methods were used in the work – analysis of reference, encyclopedic and scientific literature on the research topic, synthesis. The results of the study. The normative documents of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation note that practical training in the implementation of educational programs of vocational education is focused on improving the model of practice-oriented training of middle-level specialists, strengthening the role of employers in the educational process, modeling conditions directly related to future professional activities; formation, consolidation, development of practical skills and competencies that meet the qualification requirements of employers. This article discusses the problems of the formation of professional competencies that arise in the learning process for students of the GAU of the Northern Trans-Urals. Conclusion. Considering the activities of Russian student groups as a means of professional development and formation of an active personality of university students, the directions of work of student groups are revealed.

War memorials in Tyumen in 1967–1987 (materials of the GBUTO GASPITO): formation, preservation and use

One of the significant periods of Russian history is the Great Patriotic War. In order to immortalize the events of 1941–1945, a war-memorial landscape was formed in many Soviet cities. The main stage of folding of commemorative signs into a single complex was carried out during the Brezhnev era. Memorials can rightfully be considered the dominants of the Tyumen ensemble of “military” monuments. The purpose of the article is to identify the problems associated with the process of formation, preservation and use of Tyumen war memorials in 1967–1987. The work is based on the documents from State Archive of Social and Political History of the Tyumen Region. The article examines the Tyumen war memorial located on the “Memory” square, which includes a cultural heritage site of regional significance, the historical monument “Mass grave of Soviet soldiers who died from wounds in hospitals in Tyumen during the Great Patriotic War in 1941–1945” and “Monument at the site of the mass grave of those who died from wounds in hospitals in Tyumen”, as well as the complex located on the Historical square, including the “Monument to the fallen soldiers of the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945”. The methodology of the work is based on the principles of objectivity and historicism, comparative and descriptive methods of research are applied. The article presents the dynamics and peculiarities of construction of Tyumen war memorials. The role of the City society for the protection of monuments in the implementation of programs aimed at their creation is noted. The question of using the objects as a means of forming the identity and collective memory of the citizens is touched upon. Special attention is paid to the problems associated with the implementation of state and public activities aimed at the preservation of the objects in question. The conclusions obtained concretise the results of the work of researchers who have addressed the study of the history of the formation of war memorials in Soviet Russia. Consideration of the process of transformation of Tyumen war memorials carried out by the city authorities at present requires a separate study.

Large marine bird (Aves: procellariiformes) in the eocene of Western Siberia

The article describes the first find of a bird from the Paleogene of Siberia. A tibiotarsus fragment from the Eocene Tavda Formation of the Tyumen Region (Western Siberia) is referred to Procellariiformes. The described bird is morphologically closer to Procellariidae, but comparable in size to albatrosses (Diomedeidae) and, apparently, represents the stem representatives of this family. The find indicates for the first time that either stem albatrosses or large Procellariiformes similar to them could have had a worldwide distribution already in the Eocene.

The purpose of the study is a specific historical characteristic of the development of a network of rural settlements in the territory of the modern Tyumen region in the 1930s and 1950s, which became the period of first building the foundation of socialism in the USSR on the basis of industrialization and collectivization, then the forced mobilization of the economy in the conditions of the Great Patriotic War and the subsequent restoration of the destroyed economy and the transition to peaceful development based on the Stalinist model of the economy. The article traces the dynamics of the number of rural settlements, their population, determines changes in the typical structure of the network of rural settlements, examines the impact of urbanization processes in the region on its condition. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that for the first time, based on data from local government bodies of national economic accounting for 1936, as well as materials from the All-Union population censuses of 1939 and 1959, data on the number of rural settlements of various types and their size are presented. As a result of the study, it was found that during the 1930s and 1950s in the territory of the modern Tyumen region there was a decrease in the number of rural settlement networks, a complication of its typical structure, an expansion of the production function of villages while reducing their average population (from 267 people in 1939 to 233 people in 1959).

Negative cross-resistance to chlorfenapyr in pyrethroid-resistance house flies

The purpose of the research is to evaluate the susceptibility to deltamethrin and the pro-insecticide chlorfenapyr in a field population of Musca domestica L. compared to a laboratory strain Lab UF and to clarify a possible mechanism of crossresistance to chlorfenapyr.Materials and methods. The study was carried out on the adults of the laboratory strain Lab UF and the field population Nik of the housefly M. domestica collected from a livestock farm in the Tyumen region, where pyrethroid insecticides had been used for a long time. The toxicity of the pyrethroid deltamethrin (Delcid, 4%) and the pyrrole chlorfenapyr (Pyrafen EC, 360 g/l) against insects was estimated by the no-choice feeding test. Based on the dose-mortality response, lethal concentrations of insecticides were calculated by the probit analysis and the resistance ratio was determined. To clarify the possible mechanism of cross-resistance to chlorfenapyr in the Nik population of M. domestica, the activity of the main detoxification enzymes was determined depending on sex of the insects. In addition, the presence of the kdr-mutation providing resistance to pyrethroids was assessed by the Sanger sequencing.Results and discussion. The lethal concentrations of insecticides and the resistance ratios revealed the moderate resistance to deltamethrin and high susceptibility to chlorfenapyr in the field Nik population. A statistically significant increase in the activity of monooxygenases by 2.25–4.36 times, glutathione-S-transferase by 2.02–2.18 times, acetylcholinesterase by 1.45–1.46 times and alpha-naphthyl esterase by 1.41–1.46 times was noted in females and males of the Nik population compared to these parameters of the Lab UF strain. The presence of the kdr-mutation (L1014F) in houseflies of the field population was confirmed by the Sanger sequencing, while the kdr-his mutation (L1014H) was not detected. The results obtained allow us to suggest that resistance to deltamethrin and high susceptibility to chlorfenapyr in the field population of M. domestica are caused by the L1014F mutation and the increased P450 monooxygenase activity. Negative crossresistance can be used to develop insecticidal formulations that reduce the risk of rapid development of insecticidal resistance in M. domestica L.

КОМПЛЕКСНАЯ ОЦЕНКА ГЕНОТИПОВ LINUM USITATISSIMUM L. ПО ФЕНОТИПИЧЕСКИМ ПРИЗНАКАМ И СТАБИЛЬНОСТИ В УСЛОВИЯХ ПОДТАЕЖНОЙ АГРОЭКОЛОГИЧЕСКОЙ ЗОНЫ ТЮМЕНСКОЙ ОБЛАСТИ

The article presents the results of testing 12 hybrid combinations of fiber flax F3-F5 obtained based on interparietal crossings of four initial parental forms (Yarok, Grant, Alizee, Betertelsdorf 6884/60) for a set of morpho-biological parameters considering their ecological stability. Field research was carried out at the Biological Station of Tyumen State University "Lake Kuchak" (Nizhnetavdinsky District, Tyumen Region, 57°21' N, 66°04' E). Reliable differences (p<0.05; p<0.01) between them for all the studied traits were revealed. In the total phenotypic variability of the studied traits, the maximum influence of genotype-environment interactions (48.5%) was determined. A group of stable (bi=1.0, S2di=0, G1, G2, G3, G4, G5, G6, G8, G9), highly (bi<1.0, S2di=0) and weakly responsive (bi>1.0, S2di=0) hybrids was determined. Using the index (SI), the most stable of them in two groups were determined (SI=61.0-80.0% and 81.0-100.0%). According to the stability index (I), valuable flax genotypes were identified by plant height (G1, G2), number of capsules (G1, G2, G10), number of seeds in 1 capsule (G1, G8), and vegetation period (G1, G2, G8). Using the Kang rank criterion (RS), two groups by stability were identified, of which the first has the highest value for plant height (G1, G3, G5), inflorescence length (G1), number of capsules (G1, G6, G10, G11), number of seeds in 1 capsule (G8), fiber content (G1, G3, G5, G12), and vegetation period (G4). Hybrid combinations (G1, G2, G3, G5, G6, G7, G11) were selected, which are of the greatest practical interest for the selection process.

Social capital: trust and public participation (case study of Tyumen Region)

The study presents findings of an investigation into the growing potential factors of public activity based on regional sociological surveys. It demonstrates dynamics and structures of institutional and generalized trust in the Tyumen region from 2013 to 2023. Comparative interregional assessments of institutional and generalized trust, as well as the potential for growth of public activity across seven Russian regions in 2023, are offered, too. The analysis addresses contradictions in the interrelationships among key social capital resources. A typology of public participation – categorized into “active,” “political participants,” “public activists,” and “passives” – was developed using the example of the Tyumen region residents and subsequently used to evaluate its connection to social capital. The study illustrates increasing public activity levels, primarily linked to generalized trust and communicative resources. Barriers to the growth of engagement in socially beneficial activities are identified.

Involvement of Academic Staff in the Practice of Professional Development

The article explores the level of involvement of scientific and pedagogical professionals in various social activities for professional development compared to other employee groups. It argues that obtaining additional professional training can be a valuable tool for career growth. The author sees professional development as an integral part of academic growth for scientific and educational workers, along with personal and career development. The findings are based on a combination of theoretical and empirical research conducted by domestic and international scholars, as well as official statistical data and the results of an original sociological study. The study involved a questionnaire survey of scientific and educational professionals (n = 223), as well as other employee groups (n = 833), in the Tyumen and Sverdlovsk regions. As a result, it was found that scientific and pedagogical workers are more likely to engage in professional development activities compared to other categories of the employed population. Continuing professional education programs appear to be the most common form of professional growth. Due to their specialized activities, academic staff tend to develop digital skills more often, while other groups develop personal skills to a greater degree. Based on the level of involvement in professional development, we identified five groups of respondents: “active and engaged”, “achieving the desired level or feeling disappointed”, “questioning or confused”, “recognizing the importance of professional development”, and “rejecting professional development”. The theoretical and empirical findings led to the development of potential strategies to enhance the engagement of scientific and educational professionals in ongoing skill development and acquisition of new competencies. This article is aimed at university management responsible for professional development of academic staff. The findings presented here may have practical implications for the development of personnel strategies at universities with the goal of increasing human capital and professional competence among academic staff, as well as motivating them to engage in continuous learning. The results of this study could be beneficial for participants in the academic community, as well as for specialists involved in developing educational programs and planning the future of universities strategically. The material presented in this paper is relevant not only for academic staff, but also for graduate students who are focused on their continuous professional growth within the academic sector.

Морфофизиологический тестинг Linum ussitatissimum L. в условиях различного уровня хлоридного засоления

The selection of resistant varieties under conditions of abiotic stress is an urgent direction in the adaptive selection of flax. The presented work reflects the assessment of the phenotypic variability of 12 hybrid combinations of flax-longshanks according to the morphophysiological parameters of seedlings under the action of chloride salinization of two levels (E1, E2). The genotypes of flax of the fourth (F4) – fifth (F5) generations were used as objects of research. Significant differences (p>0.05, p>0.01, p>0.001) between hybrid populations and media were revealed for most of the studied indicators. Genotypic features (G) caused the formation of flax combinations of dry shoot mass, chlorophyll content in cotyledon leaves (16.2 -37.7%), medium – raw shoot mass and chlorophyll content (30.6 – 50.0%), interaction of genotype and medium – root length, germination index (26.8 – 45.5%). The negative effect of two environmental conditions on seed germination and further development of flax seedlings has been established. By root length Gen1, Gen5, Gen9, Gen10, Gen11; shoot length – Gen1, Gen2, Gen3, Gen7, Gen12; raw root weight – Gen1, Gen4, Gen5, Gen10; dry root weight – Gen1, Gen4, Gen5; the crude mass of the shoot is Gen1, Gen5; the dry mass of the shoot is Gen1, Gen4, Gen5, Gen7; the chlorophyll content is Gen2, Gen8. Resistance to salt stress in two environmental conditions was characterized by 41.6% of combinations in shoot length, 33.3% in raw root weight, dry shoot weight, 25.0% in dry root weight, 16.6% in raw shoot weight, chlorophyll content, which can be recommended for further breeding work when developing an adaptive strategy for creating new flax varieties -dolgunts in the soil and climatic conditions of the Tyumen region. Microbiota of spring wheat seeds grown within the contrasting agroclimatic conditions of the Tyumen region

Relevance. Pathogenic microbiota of seed grain can cause death of seedlings, root rot, weakening of plants and a decrease in yield. Monitoring of seed grains pathogens infection rate is always relevant because the composition of the microbiota is dynamic due to the influence of natural and anthropogenic factors.Methods. Phytopathological analysis of spring wheat seeds grown at the state variety testing sites of the Tyumen region was carried out in contrasting years: cool and excessively moist in July 2015 and hot with moderate rainfall in 2016. We used the “wet chamber” method. 144 samples were analyzed.Results. Fungus of the genus Alternaria were the most abundant representatives of the grain microbial community. Average infection rate of seed samples with fungi Alternaria spp. was 49.5%. No differences were found by year of the study. In 2015 compared to 2016, higher prevalence of fungus of the genus Fusarium (4.8% vs. 1.6%) and bacteria (5.7% vs. 0.7%) was observed in the seed material. The maximum indicators of Fusarium infestation were observed in samples from Nizhnetavda variety testing site located in the subtaiga zone – up to 30% (variety Ikar). In 2016 compared to 2015, higher infection of seed material with helminthosporiose (7.1% vs. 2.6%) and mold fungi (2.3% vs. 0.2%) was observed. The prevalence of Bipolaris sorokiniana fungi was the highest in wheat samples grown in the northern forest-steppe zone, especially samples from the Yalutorovsky variety testing site — the limit value was 27% (variety SKENT-3). Harmfulness fungus of the genus Alternaria was significantly lower compared to other key representatives of grain microbiota. The average score of seedling damage was 1.4 vs. 2.2–2.6, seed germination indices — 94.1% vs. 53.2–67.4%.

Assessment of Prospects for Sustainable Cross‐Border Cooperation of the Russian Post‐Virgin Regions of the Urals and Siberia with the Republic of Kazakhstan

Aim. Comprehensive assessment of the stability of cross‐border cooperation between the Russian steppe regions of the Urals and Siberia and the Republic of Kazakhstan in the fields of foreign trade and migration. To achieve the goal, a model has been developed to assess the prospects for sustainable cross‐border interaction of the Russian steppe regions of the Urals and Siberia with the Republic of Kazakhstan.The research conducted using the methodology developed made it possible to identify the problems of cross‐border interaction of Russian steppe regions with the Republic of Kazakhstan. Against the background of a decrease in general mobility of the population of the Russian steppe regions, the share of those who left for the Republic of Kazakhstan among the total number of those who left abroad had a positive trend during the period analysed in the vast majority of steppe regions of the Russian Federation. In five of the eight regions considered, the interaction is characterized as "stable" and "steady", "unstable" interaction in the field of migration only in the Altai Territory.The Tyumen Region was the leader in terms of the share in the country's export‐import operations among the steppe regions of the Russian Federation for 2015–2021. In the period under review, foreign trade turnover had a stimulating effect on the economy of the Chelyabinsk region, the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Novosibirsk region. At the same time, the most active foreign trade activity with the Republic of Kazakhstan was observed in the Altai Territory and Omsk and Kurgan regions. Stable cross‐border cooperation in the field of foreign trade with the Republic of Kazakhstan is only in place in the Kurgan region.

Yield, varietal zoning of spring barley in Tyumen region and assessment of ecological plasticity and stability of its varieties

The purpose of the study is to assess the yield of spring barley in the production and state variety testing of the Tyumen region for 2017-2022, its varietal zoning, as well as the yield and adaptability of varieties for 2021-2023 in the conditions of the subtaiga. There was a significant excess of yield in state variety testing compared to production, which averaged 15.0 c/ha in 2017-2022. The originators of most of the varieties approved for use are the Federal Research Centers of the Urals and Western Siberia. The variety Kudesnik (44.8 c/ha) was the best in terms of average yield, and Chelyabinsky 99 (69.2%) – in terms of the realization of its potential. Stress resistance is low in all varieties, which ranged from -31.2 (Orda) to -49.0 (Nord 18/2613). All varieties had significant yield variability, ranging from 42.7% (Orda) to 69.4% (Nord 18/2613). Strong responsiveness to changes in conditions was detected in the varieties KVS Jessy (bi = 1.10) and Nord 18/2613 (bi = 1.34), which are classified as intensive. The varieties Acha, Despina, Kudesnik, Divny and Abba, with a regression coefficient equal to or close to one, were characterized as plastic, and the varieties Orda, Chelyabinsky 99 and Abalak were poorly responsive to changes in conditions (bi < 1). Yield stability is low in all varieties, from St2 = 0.52 (Nord 18/2613) to St2 = 0.82 (Abalak, Orda). The variety Kudesnik (Ei..=4.8) was characterized the greatest indicator of the genotypic effect, and the variety Abalak (143.5%) – the indicator of the yield and stability of the variety. The varieties Abalak (sum of ranks 32) and Kudesnik (sum of ranks 35) were recognized as the best by the sum of the ranks of the indicators of yield and adaptability of spring barley for 2021-2023 in the subtype of the Tyumen region.

Adaptability of hybrid populations of Linum usitatissimum L. in conditions of the Northern Transural region

Relevance. The selection of genotypes with high adaptive properties for the conditions of the Tyumen region allows us to contribute to the development of a regional strategy for breeding and genetic work, selection and cultivation of varieties in connection with changing weather and climatic conditions.Material and methodology. The research was carried out over a three-year period (2020-2022) in the northern forest-steppe zone of the Tyumen region. Intervarietal hybridization (4x4 scheme), evaluation of the obtained material according to morphological (4 pcs.), biological (1 pc.), adaptive indicators (2 pcs.) was carried out using generally accepted methods. The objects of study were 12 combinations of fiber flax, first obtained in the region.Results. Significant differences (p<0.05*) were determined between hybrid populations of fiber flax in the influence of genotype, environment, and genotype-environment interaction on the degree of implementation of the studied traits. Correlation relationships have been identified that determine the fiber content in the stem (r=0.79-0.91*, growing season, plant height, inflorescence length, softness, camber), the number and weight of seeds per plant (r=0.79-0 ,91*, inflorescence length, number, size and crackability of the capsule). Based on the results of individual selection in the third hybrid generation (F3), early ripening (4 pieces), tall (n=4), with the maximum number of bolls (n=4) and the number of seeds in them (n=7), fiber content (n =4) in the stem of the combination.Conclusions. Hybrid combinations of fiber flax with high levels of stable properties (G1, G3, G9, G10, G11), productivity criteria (G1, G2, G4, G7, G8, G9, G11, G12) can be valuable in breeding work.

Качество зерна новых сортов яровой пшеницы в Северном Зауралье

Abstract. The production of high-quality food wheat grains depends to a large extent on the quality potential of the cultivated varieties and the conditions that ensure its implementation. Studies have identified quality-resistant varieties and factors that ensure an optimal combination of yield and grain quality. The purpose of the research is to consider the possibilities of new varieties of spring wheat to form the technological properties of grain in the northern forest-steppe of the Tyumen region. Methods. Studies were carried out in 2021 and 2022 in the northern forest-steppe zone of the Tyumen region at the Ishim state section. The soil is leached chernozem. The predecessor in the experience is pure steam. The technological properties of wheat grain were assessed by the West Siberian Interregional Center for Comprehensive Quality Assessment of the Tested Varieties (Barnaul). The main criteria for assessing wheat varieties are taken as the gluten content in flour, the strength of flour according to the alveograph and the liquefaction of the test according to the farinograph, these indicators in local conditions are often limiting when assessing varieties according to bakery strength. According to the results of studies, it was established that the indicator “gluten content in flour” in the studied varieties significantly depended on meteorological conditions. For example, in 2022, with a higher degree of moisture and a lower degree of heat compared to 2021, in the predominant part of the varieties (80 %), the amount of gluten in the flour was lower than the standards for wheat filler. At the same time, the following varieties showed high opportunities to provide flour with the amount of gluten: Tyumenskaya 25, Agronomicheskaya 5, Baganochka, Dorada, Tyumenskaya 29, Varden. Varieties stood out – their indicators were at the level of requirements for strong wheat: Baganochka, Ishimskaya 12 and Lenta 45. In terms of “dough liquefaction”, a significant part of the varieties corresponded to the class “wheat-filler”. At the level of strong wheat were indicators in the varieties Ishimskaya 12, Zagora Novosibirsk, Nitsa. Scientific novelty: In the conditions of the northern forest-steppe of the Tyumen region, new scientific information has been obtained on the formation by new varieties of spring soft wheat of the state test of technological indicators characterizing the baking power of flour. The highest gluten content in flour of 70% yield was distinguished by the varieties Agronomic 5, Dorada, Varden, Baganochka, Ishimskaya 12, and Lenta varieties were characterized by high indicators of the physical properties of the test on the alveograph; Ishimskaya 12 on the farinograph, Zagora Novosibirsk, Nice.

Assessment of disease resistance in collection samples of oats in the conditions of the northern Trans-Urals

Abstract Currently, one of the urgent problems in the Tyumen region is the resistance of oats to diseases such as dusty smut, crown and stem rust, red-brown spotting. In the conditions of the Northern Trans-Urals, 103 samples of various oats were assessed ecological and geographical origin for disease resistance. The following samples showed resistance to smut: Tyumen region (TM 08-142-18, TM 07-118-3, etc.); Krasnoyarsk Territory (k - 14572). USA (k -14758), China (k - 14923) and South Africa (k -14755). Crown and stem rust: Tyumen region. (TM 07-118-3), Leningrad region. (k – 15021), Canada (k – 11003) Japan (k – 14887); red-brown spot: USA (k - 15164), Poland (k - 15248) and others.

Картографирование сегментов экономической экосистемы территории

Relevance. The rapid introduction of digital technologies into economic activity has marked a new paradigm of economic analysis – the analysis of economic ecosystems. The relevance of the structural study of the economic ecosystems of territories is due to both the weak elaboration of this topic in the world and domestic scientific literature, and the practical need for the formation of scientifically based strategies for the socio-economic development of territories. Goal. The purpose of this study is to develop a methodology for mapping the economic ecosystem of the territory. Materials and methods. The object of this study is the economic ecosystem of the territory. The subject of the study is economic relations for the development of the economic ecosystem of the territory on the basis of mapping its elements. The information base of the research was scientific publications indexed in the Scopus and RSCI databases, as well as the author's results on public management of the development of economic ecosystems. The method of logical system analysis is used as a research method. Results. As a result of the conducted research, a scheme of a map of the industry and sphere of activity of the economic ecosystem is proposed, including indicators, participants, products of activity, development trends, assessment experts and conclusions on the development of this sphere of economic activity. An algorithm for mapping the economic ecosystem of the territory has been developed, which includes the stages of segmentation, the formation of maps of industries, the assessment of development projects and the formation of a strategy for the socio-economic development of the territory. Using the example of the development of the Tyumen region, the applicability of mapping segments of the economic ecosystem of the territory for public management of the development of various fields of activity is shown. The novelty of this study lies in the development of the author's approach to mapping segments of the economic eco-system of the territory, which develops the theory of modeling the structure and development of elements of economic ecosystems.

Исследование мотивации будущих врачей к работе в сельской местности и малых городах.

The staffing of state medical organizations with medical personnel is one of the main factors in the implementation of the strategic goals of the state. The relevance of studying the attractiveness of public health care in rural areas and small towns for medical university students is due to the need to take preventive measures to increase the interest of future doctors in working in these areas. Purpose of the study is to develop proposals to increase the interest of future doctors in working in rural areas and small towns. Materials and methods. 529 students of Tyumen Medical University participated in the sociological study. The survey questions are aimed at identifying intentions for the future place of residence, the significance of motivating factors and measures of social support for medical workers in rural areas and small towns that can influence the employment decisions. Results. The priority for 9 out of 10 respondents is career. More than a third of respondents want to live in cities with more than a million inhabitants and about 40% – in the largest city up to 1 million people. Four out of five target students do not plan to continue working in the same locality after fulfilling their obligations to the employer. Findings. The risk of staffing in medical organizations located in some rural areas and small towns of the Tyumen region have been identified. The proposed initiatives can be taken into account by authorities and heads of medical organizations when making management decisions and help improve staffing levels in medical organizations in rural areas, small and medium-sized cities.

Simulation Training of Medical Workers of Tyumen Region in Emergency Care within the Framework of the Project "Attention! Children's Life!"

According to the Global consensus statement on simulation in healthcare, developed by the world's leading experts in the field, it is necessary to integrate simulation training into everyday clinical practice and medical education. The simulation should also be available to specialists working in rural areas, as well as supported by the health system and educational institutions. In Tyumen region, as part of the implementation in 2023-2024 of the project "Attention! Children's life!" conducted simulation training of emergency care for children for pediatricians, paramedics, nurses.

On the Issue of Updating Technologies of Simple Medical Services

Over the past decades, Russia has carried out a huge amount of work to standardize manipulations and procedures of general and medical care in the form of technologies of simple medical services and standard operating procedures. The experience of developing, testing and implementing standards of nursing practice in the activities of medical organizations in the Tyumen region is given. The need to update the technologies of simple medical services using evidence-based nursing practice approaches to unify primary accreditation algorithms is substantiated.
