Mompreneurs Potential: An Analysis of Housewives' Entrepreneurial Interest

This study aims to determine whether there is an interest in entrepreneurship in housewives in Salubarani Village, Gandangbatu Sillanan District, Tana Toraja Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research, how to collect data, namely through observation, interviews, and documentation of the object of research so as to explore more deeply about the analysis of entrepreneurial interest in housewives in Salubarani Village, Gandangbatu Sillanan District, Tana Toraja Regency. As objects in this study are some housewives who have a business or do not have a business. The results obtained from this study stated that most housewives in Salubarani Village, Gandangbatu Sillanan Subdistrict, Tana Toraja Regency do not have an interest in entrepreneurship so that the government needs to play a role in overcoming this problem. Entrepreneurial interest in housewives in Salubarani Village, Gandangbatu Sillanan Subdistrict, Tana Toraja Regency actually has enormous potential for mompreneurs development, but it is not easy because there are internal factors and external factors that become obstacles from housewives themselves to develop themselves into mompreneurs. However, to foster interest in entrepreneurship, the way that can be done is by trying to dig up information from various sources related to the business world that is run, especially in recognizing the potential of mompreneurs.

Pendampinan Pengembangan Kawasan Wisata Lembang Karre Penanian, Kecamatan Nanggala Kabupaten Toraja Utara

Tourism development in Lembang Karre Penanian, North Toraja Regency is one form of community service activities. PKM was held from February 17, 2021 to February 18, 2021. Activities consist of main activities, village activities, and additional activities. PKM activities aim to provide experience and as a learning process for students to explore village potentials that can be developed by the community. The method of implementing PKM at the location consists of survey activities, and planning additional activities in addition to the core activities that have been planned. Additional activities of PKM students received support from the local government and village communities. This is shown in the activities of PKM students involving many people from various groups.

Pencegahan Stanting Lembang Tondon Langi Kecamatan Tondon Kabupaten Toraja Utara

Community Service (PKM) which is located in Lembang Tondon Langi', Tondon District, North Toraja Regency is one of the places where we served for approximately one and a half months. In the work program that we are implementing, the focus is more on preventing stunting that occurs in Lembang Tondon Langi'. Where this work program is one of the themes that has been determined by the campus, namely "Stunting Prevention". This work program aims to help stunting cadres and the community, especially mothers, in providing adequate nutrition for their children. The specific target of this program is to improve nutritional intake which is still not good in Lembang Tondon Langi'. This program also aims to reduce the potential for stunting in Lembang Tondon Langi', Tondon District, North Toraja Regency. However, there is a problem encountered in Lembang Tondon Langi', Tondon District, North Toraja Regency, namely that there is no awareness among some communities about the importance of adequate nutritional intake for their children. The initial step taken in this activity is to design and organize activities related to stunting as well as carry out outreach to school children and the community.

Analisis Sistem Pengelolaan Keuangan Dana BOS Di UPT SDN 10 BITTUANG, Kabupaten Tana Toraja

This study aims to determine the management system for School Operational Assistance Funds at UPT SDN 10 BITTUANG, Tana Toraja Regency. This research uses qualitative descriptive research with data collection procedures in the form of documentation and interviews with the school principal, treasurer and school committee. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that the 2022 School Operational Assistance Fund (Regular BOS) is IDR. 76,230,000 (Seventy Six Million Two Hundred and Thirty Thousand Rupiah) using School Based Management (MBS) and is in accordance with the BOS Fund financial management system and implemented with Government Regulations starting from planning in preparing the School Activity Plan and Budget (Year RKAS 2022), the use of BOS funds is in accordance with the 2022 BOS technical instructions, and reporting of BOS funds is made at each stage and at the end of the BOS fund period to be reported to the Regency and Ministry BOS Teams sent via email

Growth and yield of seed priming using golden snail fertilizer liquid organic with on the katokkon chili variant

The purpose of this study was to increase the germination and growth of chili plants by using the seed priming technique with golden snail liquid organic fertilizer. The survey was conducted from August 2021 to February 2022 in Buntudatu Village, Tana Toraja Regency, South Sulawesi Province, at an altitude of 900 m a.s.l. This research was carried out in the form a split-plot design. Experiment using a randomized block design (RBD).This experiment consists of two factors. The first was a 3-step cultivar, and the second was a subplot, concentration (T) of liquid organic fertilizer solution, which consisted of 3 steps and was repeated 3 times for each treatment, so we had 27 experimental units. The results showed that the treatment with the Katokkon pepper variety had an effect on the remaining fruit weight (89.97 g). The best results were obtained in the treatment with the Leatung 2 (V3) variant and the administration of golden snail liquid organic fertilizer at a concentration of 20 ml/L of water.

Pengaruh Cafe Atmosphere, Customer Experience, Dan Harga Terhadap Minat Beli Ulang Pada Cafe Wai Teman Minum Kamu Kabupaten Toraja Utara

The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of cafe atmosphere, customer experience and price on repurchasing intentions at Cafe Wai Your Drinking Friends. Data collection methods are: Questionnaire and Documentation. Data were analyzed quantitatively with Multiple Liner Regression. The results of calculations with the F test analysis obtained an F count of 53.851 with an F table of 3.094. Based on the results of calculations with the T test on the cafe atmosphere variable, the result is T count (9.688) > T table (1.98498). and on the customer experience variable T count (-2.906) < T table (1.98498), then on the price variable T count (0.831) < T table (1.98498 The conclusion is that the cafe atmosphere variable has an effect on repurchasing interest at cafe Wai Your Drinking Friends and the customer experience variable and price have no effect on repurchasing interest at cafe Wai your drinking buddy, North Toraja Regency.

The Effect Of Facility Services And Tourism Attractions On Visiting Decisions At Sa'pak Bayobayo Tourism Objects, North Sangalla District, Tana Toraja Regency

The Effect of Service Facilities and Tourist Attractions on Decisions to Visit Sa'pak Bayobayo Tourism Objects, North Sangalla District, Tana Toraja Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of service facilities and tourist attractions on the decision to visit the Sa'pak Bayobayo tourist attraction. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, namely data analysis based on statistical calculations by collecting, testing, analyzing data in the form of numbers by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple analysis which is tested using the SPSS version 23 program. The results of this study indicate that service (X1) has no effect on visiting decisions with a t-count value of 1.048 <1.991 t-table with a significant value of 0.298. While facilities (X2) affect the decision to visit with a t value of 2.451 > 1.991 with a significant value of 0.017, and tourist attraction (X3) affects the decision to visit with a t value of 2, 461 > 1.991

PERCEPTION OF THE LOCAL TOURIST ON RAMBU SOLO CEREMONY

The Rambu Solo ceremony has its uniqueness. There are various long ritual processes so this uniqueness makes Toraja a tourist destination that is visited by many tourists with many tourists coming. The Toraja people and tourists will mingle and communicate with each other. Yet, when the communication that occurs between the Toraja people and tourists does not go well, it will have an impact. For example, the dispute over the understanding of the meaning that occurred between the Toraja community and local tourists in Kate Kesu Toraja where two tourists who accidentally took a photo stepped on the skull of a corpse in the tourist spot this action made the Toraja people angry. The objective of this study is to determine the perception of local tourists and the Toraja people in the implementation of the rambu solo ceremony in the North Toraja Regency, Rantepao, Kesu District, Panta'nakan Lolo Village. Furthermore, the research method used in this research is qualitative, based on case study research and descriptive research type. Meanwhile, the number of informants in this study was 6 informants, consisting of 3 local tourist informants and 3 other people from the Toraja community while the data collection technique used was in-depth interviews. The results of the study show that the Toraja community's perception of the implementation of the rambu solo ceremony is that the implementation of the rambu solo ceremony is an obligation that must be carried out by the Toraja Tujaan community as a loving service to the bereaved family, especially to both parents, besides that the implementation of the rambu solo ceremony as a place to show off pride and a marker of the social status of the Toraja people because the Toraja people themselves know 4 social statuses, namely tana bulawan (the golden tana caste which in them comes from the king's descendants), the second tana bassi (iron tana caste in which those who come from security), the third tana karurung (the caste in which the free people) and the fourth the tana kua-kua (this caste is for the people of ramba, pesuru). Meanwhile, the perception of local tourists towards the implementation of the rambu solo ceremony shows that the rambu solo ceremony is a unique burial ceremony because the process of carrying out the burial is different in general, in addition to the implementation of the rambu solo there are many processes and unique rituals in it such as uniquely slaughtering animals, burial with 3 places, namely cliff cemetery, wood and patania (house for the dead). The implication of this research is the perception of the implementation of the rambu solo ceremony which if it is carried out will lead to conflict.

Pendampingan Program Rumah Bibit Sebagai Upaya Mewujudkan Ketahanan Pangan Lembang Sa’dan Ulusalu, Toraja Utara

The neighborhood benefits greatly from the nursery program. The established program seeks to educate the general public about the construction and use of seedling houses. The seed bank offers the community assistance in preparing the vegetable seeds that are required by the community. implementation of the service program starting on July 12, 2022, for one month. Through observational methods, interviews, demonstrations, empowerment activities (counseling, training, mentoring, and building seedling houses), and assessment, data were gathered. The population of Lembang Sa'dan Ulusalu, Sa'dan District, and North Toraja Regency is the program's target audience. The extension of the seedling house program and nursery techniques to the community constitutes the first stage of empowerment activities. The second stage involves instruction and support in the production of growth regulators and organic fertilizers; the third involves the building of seed houses; and the fourth involves nursery support. The community is very passionate and supportive of this activity, as indicated by the improvement in community knowledge and abilities. Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Budaya Pemberian ASI Eksklusif di Puskesmas Makale Selatan Kabupaten Tana Toraja

Tana Toraja Regency is experiencing cultural changes and modernization that can affect the practice of exclusive breastfeeding. Technological developments and outside cultural influences can cause shifts in traditional values ??and practices. The Tana Toraja culture has conflicting values ??related to the practice of exclusive breastfeeding. For example, traditional values ??that respect and prioritize family ties can go hand in hand with the practice of exclusive breastfeeding. However, other cultural factors such as customs involving supplementary feeding of infants may conflict with this practice. Cultural factors that involve the role of the family and society can be an obstacle in the practice of exclusive breastfeeding. This study aims to identify cultural factors that support exclusive breastfeeding. Type and design of a quantitative study using a cross-sectional study design conducted at the Makale Selatan Public Health Center, Tana Toraja Regency from May to June 2023. The population and sample were all 108 breastfeeding mothers with accidental sampling as the sample. The collection and processing of the data used were primary and secondary data using a questionnaire, as well as statistical analysis using the chi-square test and logistic regression. The results showed that the role of the elderly (p=0.017), the role of the family (p=0.001), religious and belief factors (p=0.014), traditions and cultural heritage (p=0.001) were related to the culture of exclusive breastfeeding, and the role of the elderly was the variable most related to Exp (B) = 12.320. The conclusion is that the role of the elderly, the role of the family, religious and belief factors and traditions and cultural heritage are factors that cause a culture of exclusive breastfeeding, so that programmed education efforts are needed regarding sustainable prenatal classes. By knowing these factors, appropriate strategies and interventions can be developed to promote the practice of exclusive breastfeeding in Tana Toraja District.

Socio-cultural Influence on Lifestyle of Prediabetes Causes T2DM in Ethnic Society in South Sulawesi Province

Cases of diabetes mellitus (DM) in the world are increasing, Indonesia ranks fourth after India, China, and America. The most common DM is type 2 DM (T2DM), which is about 90%. The incidence of T2DM is caused by people’s lifestyles, which are influenced by socio-cultural factors. The highest risk of suffering from T2DM is prediabetes, which is a condition where a person’s blood glucose level is higher than normal but not high enough to be categorized as T2DM. This study aims to determine the socio-cultural influence on the lifestyle of prediabetes causing T2DM in the Bugis, Makassar, and Toraja tribes in South Sulawesi Province. The research design is qualitative with the rapid assessment procedure method. The population were prediabetics from biomedical samples in 7 regencies of South Sulawesi Province at the time of Riskesdas 2013. The samples were residents who are still prediabetes and T2DM in Jeneponto Regency (Makassar Tribe), Pare-Pare City (Bugis Tribe), and Tana Toraja Regency (Toraja Tribe). Information collection was carried out in 2017 through focus group discussions with two groups, non T2DM and T2DM. In-depth interviews with health program managers at the health office, puskesmas officers, health cadres, and community leaders. The study explains that there is a socio-cultural influence of prediabetes, ethnic groups in South Sulawesi Province in shaping the lifestyle that causes T2DM. Socio-cultural influences are the use of vehicles and the habit of doing activities in the Bugis, Makassar, and Toraja tribes. PERENCANAAN PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA KELAS VII SMP NEGERI 2 BALUSU MENGGUNAKAN KURIKULUM MERDEKA

Learning planning is an important part of implementing the independent curriculum. Lesson planning is a teacher's guideline and reference in carrying out learning. The implementation of the independent curriculum, which is still relatively new, gives birth to new terms in aspects of the curriculum that make educators have to explore and understand more so that there are no perspective errors in it. This study aims to determine the extent to which learning planning has been carried out by mathematics teachers at Balusu 2 Middle School, Balusu District, North Toraja Regency, by looking at the percentage categories. The method used is descriptive quantitative, using questionnaires and checklists to obtain data. The results showed that the planning of learning mathematics for class VII at SMP Negeri 2 Balusu based on the results of the percentage of completing questionnaires and checklists was in the very high category with a presentation of 93.145% which indicated that the mathematics teacher at SMP Negeri 2 Balusu had carried out very good lesson plans. as part of the implementation of the independent curriculum in this school.

Analysis of Social Inequality and Education Level in South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia

The purpose of this research is to analyze social inequality and education levels in regencies and cities in South Sulawesi so that the development process can be improved and there is an equitable distribution of development. This type of research is survey research with quantitative data. The factors analyzed and influencing social inequality in this study are population growth, population density, level of education, and the number of workers. The findings show that the average socio-economic inequality in the high category includes Selayar regency, Bulukumba regency, Bantaeng regency, Takallar regency, Pangkep regency, Soppeng regency, Wajo regency, Sidrap regency, Bone regency, Barru regency, Enrekang regency, Tana Toraja regency, North Luwu regency, Luwu regency, East Luwu regency and Makassar city. Meanwhile, the average socio-economic inequality in the moderate category includes Jeneponto regency, Gowa regency, Maros regency, Sinjai regency, Pinrang regency, North Toraja regency, Pare-pare city, and Palopo city. The suggestions to be conveyed are to expand the study by adding several related variables and developing a Green Open Space (RTH) variable to see the environmental quality of each Regency and City in responding to climate change issues.

PENGARUH JUMLAH ANGGOTA DAN JUMLAH MODAL TERHADAP SISA HASIL USAHA KOPERASI SIMPAN PINJAM BALO’ TORAJA CABANG RANTEPAO KABUPATEN TORAJA UTARA

This study aims to determine whether the number of members and the amount of capital affect the remaining results of operations at the Balo' Toraja Savings and Loan Cooperative, Rantepao Branch. This type of research is quantitative research, namely data in the form of numbers and can be calculated using multiple linear regression methods using SPSS. The type of data used in this study is primary data taken from questionnaire data. The data collected is directly sourced from the Rantepao Branch of the Balo'ta Savings and Loans Cooperative Office. The sampling technique used the slovin technique with a population of 2,713 cooperative members with a sample of 78 people as respondents. The data collection method is a questionnaire. Based on the research results, it was found that the number of members did not have a positive effect on the remaining results of operations, while the amount of capital had a positive and significant effect on the remaining results of operations. And the number of members and the amount of capital simultaneously affect the remaining results of operations at the Balo' Toraja Savings and Loans Cooperative, Rantepao Branch, North Toraja Regency.

Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan Masyarakat Dan Persepsi Masyarakat Dengan Vaksinasi Covid-19 Di Lembang Rano Utara Kecamatan Rano Kabupaten Tana Toraja

The Covid-19 vaccine is a breakthrough to fight and treat Covid-19. The family in a situation like this is the first and main defense system for the country in preventing the spread of Covid-19 transmission. It is the role inherent in the family that needs to be optimized as a preventive strategy in dealing with Covid-19 through the Covid-19 vaccine. This research aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and perception of the community with Covid-19 vaccination in North Lembang Rano, Rano District, Tana Toraja Regency in 2022. This research method is observational with a cross-sectional approach, the sample size is 92 respondents who are representative of the population. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using a questionnaire and tested statistically with the help of the SPSS computer program, and presented in the form of tables and narratives. From the results of this research, it was found that the majority of respondents were female, namely 57 people (62.0%), the majority of respondents aged 31-50 were 49 people (53.3%), the majority of respondents worked as farmers, namely 35 people (38%) The majority respondents with good knowledge were 84 people (91.3%), the majority of respondents with good perception were 90 people (97.8%) and the majority of respondents with good Covid-19 vaccination were 49 people (53.3%). The results of the Fisher's Exact Test statistical test showed that there was a relationship between the level of knowledge and Covid-19 vaccination with a p-value = 0.006 and it was also found that there was a relationship between public perception and Covid-19 vaccination with a p-value = 0.007. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and perception of the community with Covid-19 vaccination in North Lembang Rano, Rano District, Tana Toraja Regency in 2022. It is recommended for the public to increase Covid-19 vaccination and always maintain their health by having regular check-ups and Always adopt a healthy lifestyle to avoid health problems.
 

Analisis Kinerja Belanja Dalam Laporan Realisasi Anggaran Pada Dinas Kebudayaan Dan Pariwisata Kab. Toraja Utara

The primary objective of this study is to determine the performance of spending expenditure in the budget realization report at the Department of Culture and Tourism in North Toraja Regency. The method that used in this case study is Quantitative Descriptive Analysis. The data entry used in this thesis have multiple category which are Expenditure Variance Analysis Techniques, Expenditure Compatibility Analysis, Expenditure Growth Analysis and Efficiency Analysis. The outcome of this study prove that the expenditure performance in the budget realization report for the North Toraja Regency Culture and Tourism Industries which is from 2019-2021 can be seen from the expenditure variance with an average of 17.27%. According to the research of expenditure, the spending growth has an increase by 29.56% for the year 2020, meanwhile for the year 2021 the growth has an increase of 0.76%. Based on the analysis of compatibility, the spending ratio of operating expenditure it is categorized as suitable because it has an average of 72.18%. On the other hand, the capital expenditure ratio it is categorized quite relevant because it has an average of 46.48%. Thus, the analysis of expenditure efficiency it is categorized as the most satisfactory because it has an average effectiveness level which from year 2019 till 2021 reaching 84.44%.

PENGARUH METODE SAS BERBANTUAN MEDIA GAMBAR TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MEMBACA DAN MENULIS PERMULAAN SISWA KELAS I SD NEGERI 1 TAMBLANG

This study aims to analyze the effect of applying the synthetic structural analytic method (SAS) using image media on the reading and writing abilities of first grade students in elementary school using a quantitative approach. Quasi-experimental research design with a non-equivalent pretest posttest model. The study population was all students of class I SD Negeri 1 Tamblang, North Toraja Regency, totaling 59 students, divided into two study groups with each class IA, namely 29 students, while class IB consisted of 30 students. The sampling technique used the cluster random sampling technique and class IA as the experimental class while class IB as the control class. The data collection technique is using a performance test for writing and a preliminary reading test. based on the comparative analysis of the average reading ability at the beginning of the experimental class and the control class, the value of t = 7.495> 1.69726 and sig. (2-tailed) = 0.001.69726 and sig. (2-tailed) = 0.00 <0.05 this shows that the SAS method has a significant effect on the initial writing ability of class I students of SD Negeri 1 Tamblang

Pengaruh Ukuran Koperasi Dan Jenis Koperasi Terhadap Kualitas Sistem Pengendalian Intern (Studi Kasus pada Koperasi di Kabupaten Tana Toraja)

This study aims to determine the effect of cooperative size and type of cooperative on the quality of the internal control system in cooperatives in Tana Toraja Regency. This type of research is quantitative research. The data analysis techniques used are: 1) Testing the quality of the data, namely the validity test and reliability test, 2) The classic assumption test consisting of the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, 3) Multiple linear regression analysis, 4) The coefficient of determination (), and 5) Test the hypothesis, namely the t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the size of large cooperatives has a greater influence on the quality of the internal control system, namely 36.00, while the size of medium cooperatives has an effect of 32.81 and small cooperatives have an influence at 17.20. 2) consumer cooperatives have a greater influence on the quality of the internal control system that is equal to 27.61, while savings and loan cooperatives have an influence of 27.11 and service cooperatives have an influence of 15.54. and 3) Cooperative size and type of cooperative simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on quality internal control system, this is indicated by the significant value of the size of the cooperative (0.000) and the type of cooperative (0.046) <0.05.

Analisis Penentuan Harga Pokok Produksi Pada UD. Madina Kecamatan Tondon Kabupaten Toraja Utara

The cost of production is very influential in calculating the profit and loss of a business, if a business is not careful and not precise in determining the cost of production and in classifying the elements of costs used it can result in losses. Production costs must be properly recorded and calculated correctly so as to produce the right and correct cost of production. The problem of this research is how much is the cost of production at UD. Madina, Tondon District, North Toraja Regency and the objectives to be achieved in this study are to determine the cost of production at UD. Madina. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative research which aims to describe production costs and production costs. Data collection techniques are carried out by collecting data related to research in the field and calculating it using the full costing method. The results of this study concluded that by using the full costing method, for 1 unit of door frame it was Rp. 271,652, for 1 unit of window frame it was Rp. 352,874 and for 1 unit of door it was Rp. 492,974. The profit desired by UD. Madina is 25%, so the selling price for each unit is IDR 490,874 for 1 door frame unit, IDR 339,565 for 1 window frame unit, and IDR 618,717 for 1 door unit.

Realitas Perkawinan Beda Agama pada Masyarakat Sangalla Selatan Kabupaten Tana Toraja (Analisis Hukum Islam)

This thesis discusses the implications of interfaith marriage in Sangalla Selatan District, Tana Toraja Regency in the Perspective of Islamic Law. The problems discussed in this thesis are: 1) the causes of interfaith marriages in South Sangalla District, Tana Toraja Regency, 2) the implications caused by interfaith marriages in South Sangalla District, Tana Toraja Regency, 3) how to minimize interfaith marriages in Sangalla Selatan District, Tana Toraja Regency. This research is a qualitative research that uses normative theological, juridical, sociological, cultural and historical approaches. Data collection techniques was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The parties interviewed were religious leaders, community leaders, traditional leaders, heads of the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA), and perpetrators of interfaith marriages in Sangalla Selatan District, Tana Toraja Regency. The results showed that 1) The occurrence of interfaith marriages in Sangalla District, Tana Toraja Regency was caused by several factors, namely: women's freedom to choose a husband, Legitimacy of interfaith marriages by custom, lack of religious knowledge and feelings of liking and love, 2) Implications of marriage different religions, namely: a. it is difficult to realize the purpose of marriage because of differences in spiritual principles so that it has the potential to cause disputes, b. cause problems for children, especially in determining religion and children's schools. 3) Efforts to minimize the occurrence of interfaith marriages can be carried out internally and externally.
