Exploring heat transport mechanism and entropy generation in new heat transfer fluids generation are imperative and broadly applicable in many industrial and engineering domains. Therefore, the study of heat and entropy generation inside a rocket engine chamber filled with ZnO-SAE50 nanolubricants is designed, and the main version is attained by exercising similarity equations. After that, the numerical computation was performed under varying physical constraints and explored fascinating outcomes. The results revealed that the fluid motion drops inside the chamber by strengthening Re and ZnO fraction factors, respectively. Furthermore, the entropy generation for ZnO-SAE50 is very high than regular liquids, and this characteristic allows nanofluids for effective industrial and manufacturing purposes. Implementation of thermal radiations over the chamber is a prominent factor for enhancing the Nusselt number at both ends of the chamber. Finally, the reported study would be valuable for applied thermal engineering problems.
