Thus, a continuum theory of composite materials with regular small-scale structural Texures in the material has been developed in the present paper, making it possible to determine local stresses, self-balanced in each period of the structure. A general method was suggested of solving linear oroblems by the continuum theory developed in an arbitrary approximation, based on the small parameter method. Examples on quasiuniform stress states, admitting exact solution, were studied, thus illustrating the effects under consideration.
