The Development Course of Modern Educational Technology in China

In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, with the progress of science and technology, new media continuously entered the field of education, promoting the development of educational technology. In the Current Educational Technology stage, the theories and practices of educational technology in the United States have significant influence. This article mainly takes China and the United States as examples to briefly describe the development process of modern Educational Technology domestically and internationally. The evolution of Educational Technology in the United States comprises two parallel threads: one is the development of media technology (materialized technology), and the other is the development of intelligent technology (non-materialized technology). The interaction and organic integration of two threads constitute the development history of Educational Technology. Modern Educational Technology in China started with electrified education. It emerged in response to the developmental needs of the country, drawing on foreign technology and experience to address urgent issues related to the public's diathesis at the time. From its inception, it embarked on a different development path from other countries, known as "big electrified education". The development process of modern Educational Technology in China can be divided into five stages in terms of time: newly established, lay a foundation, development, transformation, and in-depth development. This has resulted in the creation of a unique field of Educational Technology in the world, encompassing Educational Technology disciplines (including majors), undertakings, and industries.

Exploring the Reform and Innovation Path of Physical Education in Colleges and Universities under the Background of Internet

Abstract The Internet background and the rapid change in science and technology promote the innovation of traditional college physical education, and the study uses the OpenPose method to detect the key points of students’ bodies in physical education and evaluate their postures. Meanwhile, based on the extraction of feature information of students’ movement postures, the DTW algorithm solves the problem of the inconsistent length of the video sequence of movement postures, matches students’ movement postures, and determines whether the activities of various joints are standardized during students’ movement. The evaluation index system of college physical education is constructed to evaluate the college physical education teaching method proposed in this paper. Apply the method of this paper in practice, using the method of comparing and analyzing the students’ academic interest, physical fitness, motor skills and motor posture before and after the experiment to explore the effectiveness of this paper’s method. The evaluation of the physical education method scored the highest on the secondary index of technology application, the lowest on learning resources, and the highest on the tertiary index of “the ability to use modern educational technology” and “timely and accurate student feedback”. The lowest scores were for “reasonable layout of learning space” and “completeness of facilities”. Before the experiment, the P value of the tennis program of the two groups of male and female students in the 10 dimensions of academic interest, physical fitness and motor skills and the mobility specification of 4 types of joints was greater than 0.05. After the experiment, the two groups of male and female students performed better than the control group in academic interest, physical fitness, motor skills and the mobility specification of joints, and the P value of the two groups of male and female students was less than 0.05. This paper shows that the OpenPose-based approach to physical education in higher education has yielded positive outcomes.

Research on Intelligent Multimedia Technology Path of College Students’ Mental Health Education in Higher Vocational Colleges and Universities

Abstract Multimedia in modern educational technology has the advantages of being infectious and easy to stimulate students’ interest, which can change students’ perception of things and enhance their mental health awareness when carrying out mental health education in higher vocational schools after analysing the advantages of the application of modern educational technology in mental health education. Taking the visual characteristics of multimedia learning screen as an entry point, we explore the internal logic and law of its influence on students’ learning emotions, hoping to use the learning screen carrying emotional value as an intermediate medium. Subsequently, a CNN-based emotion recognition model is constructed to analyse learners’ expressions, visual emotion preferences and the emotions of the learning screen, and adaptively adjust the key visual features of the learning screen so as to regulate the learners’ learning emotions, stimulate the learners’ interest in learning, and guide the learners’ emotional state. Based on this, a method of using intelligent multimedia technology to promote students’ mental health education is proposed. Combined with the results of teaching experiments, it can be seen that this paper’s innovative mental health education method has improved students’ positive academic emotions significantly, negative academic emotions improved to a certain extent, and the level of mental health has been further improved.

THE FISHBONE METHOD AS ONE OF THE TOOLS FOR CRITICAL THINKING DEVELOPMENT IN HIGHER EDUCATION STUDENTS DURING THE STUDY OF THE EDUCATIONAL COMPONENT “MICROBIOLOGY, VIROLOGY, AND IMMUNOLOGY”

Introduction. One of the primary objectives in training the new generation of specialists within the post-non-classical educational paradigm is to accelerate the development of critical thinking through interactive learning technologies. In the updated educational environment of the Department of Microbiology, Virology, and Immunology at Poltava State Medical University, fostering creative aptitudes promises significant benefits for both general personal growth and specialized professional preparation, which is particularly crucial for future doctors. Among the innovative tools for cultivating critical thinking skills, the Fishbone method stands out as a practical opportunity for integration into the educational process. This research aims to highlight and analyze the implementation of the Fishbone method as a means of fostering critical thinking among students during practical sessions in the course "Microbiology, Virology, and Immunology" at Poltava State Medical University. By using this institution as a case study, the study seeks to demonstrate the method's effectiveness in enhancing students' analytical abilities and preparing them for the complexities of their future professional roles. Discussion. The authors employ general scientific methods of theoretical inquiry to substantiate the importance and development trajectories of critical thinking among higher education students, emphasizing its role as an integral component in training future specialists of the new generation. The study underscores that fostering critical thinking in contemporary educational landscapes requires embracing a holistic post-non-classical educational paradigm and innovative methodological approaches. Within this framework, the authors examine the feasibility of integrating the Fishbone method into the educational environment of the Department of Microbiology, Virology, and Immunology at Poltava State Medical University. The authors outline the Fishbone method, highlighting its universal applicability and proposing various strategies for its integration into the educational process. By detailing the method's practical implementation in specific practical sessions and offering a catalog of recommended lesson topics suitable for its use, the article provides a comprehensive framework for its adoption. The implementation of the Fishbone method is expected to enhance students' intellectual engagement, spark a thirst for knowledge, enable critical appraisal of information, and facilitate the identification of key points from vast amounts of data. It also aids in transforming analyzed data into compelling ideas and honing the ability to discern causal relationships, visually reinforced through diagrams. Moreover, this method is instrumental in cultivating soft skills and imparting a research-oriented character to certain educational stages. Through these innovations, students are better prepared to navigate complex educational settings and develop into well-rounded professionals. The authors emphasize the essential role of teachers with modern professional competencies in fostering effective collaboration among all stakeholders in the educational and cognitive process. The article argues that adopting innovative pedagogical technologies not only enhances the quality of the "subject-subject" partnership and promotes the acquisition of key competencies but also significantly contributes to the development of students' professional and personal attributes and propaedeutic thinking. This approach ultimately leads to a more holistic and effective educational experience, preparing students to excel in their future careers. Conclusions. The implementation of the Fishbone method in the study of "Microbiology, Virology, and Immunology" has proven to be both feasible and effective as a modern educational technology. This structured approach encourages students to engage deeply with scientific and informational content, prompting critical analysis and fostering intellectual autonomy. By using the Fishbone method, educators can stimulate students' capacity for independent thought and enhance their ability to communicate effectively within the discipline. This method not only promotes creative collaboration but also equips students with the skills necessary to navigate uncertainties and devise solutions in educational settings. Ultimately, it lays a solid foundation for their future academic and professional endeavors.

Applied value of modern fitness technologies in improving the health and physical development of students.

Aim: To study the impact of modern fitness technologies on the health and physical development of students in the learning process. Materials and Methods: The research involved 108 students (52 male and 56 female students), which formed the experimental (EG) and the control (CG) groups. The EG male students were engaged in such type of fitness technologies as Strenflex during physical education training sessions, and the EG female students - Dance Aerobics. Students' health was assessed by Stange and Genchi tests, Rufier and strength indices; and physical development - by the level of development of physical qualities. Results: It was found that Strenflex training sessions have a positive effect on all studied health indicators of male students (Stangea and Genchi tests, Rufie and strength indices), and Dance Aerobics training sessions are more effective in improving the functional capabilities of the respiratory and cardiovascular systems, and less effective in developing the strength capabilities of female students. It has also been established that the most pronounced effect of the applied modern fitness technologies is on the development of strength qualities in men, endurance, and flexibility in men and women. Conclusions: The effectiveness of modern fitness technologies in physical education in educational institutions to improve students' health and physical development has been proven. The level of health and physical development of students, formed in the process of conscious training, will contribute to their successful learning and life-sustaining activities, as well as to maintaining the necessary level of motor activity in the future.

L’égalité d’accès à l’enseignement supérieur dans les universités marocaines : défis et stratégies

This article examines the challenges and potential strategies for ensuring equitable access to higher education in Moroccan universities. It addresses how these strategies can contribute to the country's socio-economic development by improving inclusion. The first part identifies the main challenges faced by Moroccan universities, including regional disparities, funding, and socio-cultural barriers to education. The second part proposes improvement strategies such as increasing investments in educational infrastructure, implementing inclusive policies, and adopting modern educational technologies. The third part assesses the potential impact of these strategies on Morocco's socio-economic development, focusing on promoting educational equity and excellence. The discussions and results underscore the importance of inclusive and adapted educational policies to foster a more equitable and prosperous Moroccan society. This study contributes to the literature on higher education in Morocco and offers perspectives for future research.

Research on the Path of English Translation Teaching and External Communication Based on the Multimodal Analysis Method

Abstract With the development of the times and the continuous innovation of modern education technology, the multimodal theory is developing deeply in the field of education. The first step in this study is to use the optimization principle to select modes that meet the needs of English translation teaching and then develop a multimodal analysis framework for external communication that incorporates multimedia communication methods. Then, we constructed an emotion recognition model for English translation teaching by using speech recognition and expression recognition combined with convolutional neural networks for the students’ classroom situation and attitude and carried out the empirical analysis. The recognition accuracy of the emotion recognition system constructed in this paper is 86.4%. In the multimodal analysis of English translation teaching, the teacher who uses the linguistic modality type for the most number of times 387 times, and the teacher who uses the mixed modality for the most number of times 271 times, the students have the best classroom status. It has been stable at about 5 points, which is a “more positive” state. The students in the class had the highest level of motivation. Through the analysis, it is found that multimodal teaching can effectively improve the students’ status in class and keep their attention, which verifies the appropriateness of the external communication path combined with multimedia communication in multimodal English translation teaching. It provides a practical path for the development of English translation teaching.

The introduction of cloud technologies is actively taking place in many areas today, including in the field of education. Digitalization of the educational process requires teachers of higher educational institutions to possess modern educational technologies, use modern Internet resources and electronic learning tools that could be used qualitatively both in the classroom and outside the educational institution. Current trends show that Russia is gradually moving towards modern training programs that form digital skills and competencies. “Digital” competence (“digital” literacy) is recognized by the EU as one of the eight defining competencies for a fulfilling life and activity, and access to the Internet is recognized by the UN as one of the basic and inalienable human rights – along with the right to education, freedom of speech, etc.

A Music Teaching Model Combining Deep Learning in the Perspective of Ecological Aesthetic Education: The Integration of Traditional Music Culture

Abstract In the contemporary educational environment, the protection and inheritance of traditional music culture faces challenges. The current diverse needs of music education urgently require innovative teaching models to integrate traditional music culture and enhance students’ aesthetic and cultural literacy. The eco-beauty perspective provides a new educational idea that emphasizes the harmonious coexistence with nature and promotes all-around development of students. Combining traditional music culture and modern education technology effectively can be achieved by combining deep learning technology and new paths in music education. This study explores the music teaching model that integrates traditional music culture with deep learning technology, under the perspective of ecological aesthetic education. The study utilizes a mixed methodology, combines quantitative and qualitative Analysis, and compares the experimental design to verify the effectiveness of the teaching model. In this paper, implementing the music teaching model under the perspective of ecological aesthetic education has improved students’ performance in music perception ability, music emotion expression, music composition and performance, and music knowledge theory. The average increase in music perception ability of the experimental class students is 5.18 points, and the average increase in music composition and performance ability is 11.57 points, showing the impact of this teaching mode on the overall improvement of students’ music ability. In this paper, the music teaching mode combining deep learning under the perspective of ecological aesthetic education can effectively integrate traditional music culture, promote the improvement of students’ music literacy, and provide a new teaching strategy for the inheritance and development of traditional music culture.

ЗНАЧИМОСТЬ ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОЙ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТИ ПЕДАГОГА В ОБНОВЛЕННОЙ РОССИИ

In the article, the authors consider the role of a professionally competent teacher in the intellectual and spiritual and moral development of the young generation of the XXI century in the context of reforming the national education system. Improving the level of professional training of teachers in the discourse of the main provisions of the competence approach is one of the standards of ongoing reforms in the field of higher education. One of the factors ensuring the effectiveness of a teacher's work is his professional competence as the ability to self-actualize in creative and innovative pedagogical activities based on intellectual competencies, possession of modern educational technologies, and the presence of a system of necessary personal qualities for the organization of an integrated educational process. The concepts of "competence", "competence", "professional competence of a teacher", "professional activity of a teacher" and others are considered. The author suggests that professional competence should have a clear structure defining its content. But at the moment there is no definite structure of professional competence. Different authors, researchers of professional competence, offer different options. The variants of scientists – researchers of professional competence are given. The key competencies, the main competencies related both to the person himself as a person, a subject of activity, communication, and related to the social interaction of a person and the social sphere, human activity are considered. The study of various opinions presented by researchers on the nature of competence, according to the definition of the essence of the concept of "professional competence" makes it possible to present it as an integration of knowledge, experience and professionally significant personal qualities of a teacher.

The problem of effective and conscious use of modern educational technologies by university teachers as a means of improving the quality of education, the formation of different groups of skills (hard skills, soft skills, self skills) is posed. Based on the problematic analysis of the reports of the heads of departments of one of the universities on the use of technology by teachers, the following effects are highlighted: the “effect of false recognition” of specific technologies, the effect of “professional distrust” of educational and developmental capabilities of technologies, the effect of a contradiction between the subject content and the teacher’s choice between a special teaching method or an educational technology. The problematic points in the organization of joint educational activities at the university due to these effects are highlighted: distortion of the technological chain, the use of technology only at the final stages of studying the topic, the weak influence of the developing capabilities of technology on students, a low level of teaching culture and methodological activity. The inability of a teacher to choose, analyze and reconstruct educational technologies for their professional and personal tasks is, according to the authors, a manifestation of the anthropological deficit of education, which is characterized by the “exclusion” of a person from their education. Educational technology is interpreted as a didactically culturally designed way of organizing joint educational activities, which allows the teacher to achieve subject, meta-subject and personal learning outcomes. It is concluded that it is the teacher that must come to the need to use it: technologies imposed from above consolidate the “educational alienation” of a person from their educational reality and do not allow them to influence their own educational and professional activities.

Knowledge and technology transfer in the professional skill development system.

The development of the specialists’ professional skills in all industries in Ukraine is an urgent need today to provide these industries with highly skilled staff. The use of a wide range of knowledge and technology transfer in the system of educational services of institutions of professional pre-, higher and postgraduate education contributes to the attractiveness of these educational institutions and requires the professional growth of scientific and pedagogical staff for the quality provision of educational services. Their use of various forms of knowledge transfer will ensure their professional growth, which, in turn, will have a personal, educational, scientific, professional and practical impact on the development of professional skills of applicants at all levels of education. A comprehensive approach at the stage of formation of readiness for professional activity and directly in the process of professional activity of specialists creates a complex system of integration of knowledgeable and competent approaches that allow getting information about the actual level of activity capability and play an important role in professional growth through the transfer of knowledge and the use of modern educational technologies. It should be emphasized that the appropriate education contributes to the development of abilities, knowledge, skills, experience and competencies. All this with the acquisition of professional education and life experience creates the background for the development of the specialist’s professional skills. Thanks to modern approaches to the development and organization of the postgraduate education system, good conditions have been created for the wider innovative application of knowledge and technology transfer under the prism of educational, professional, interdisciplinary and multicultural integration within the framework of continuing professional education. The cooperation of customers, applicants and providers of educational services of pre- and postgraduate education, will allow them to reach a much higher level of training. Active cooperation of all participants in the educational process and cooperation with employers in the field of knowledge and technology transfer, provide additional opportunities for creating conditions for the development of professional skills of specialists.

RESEARCH OF THE SPECIFICITY OF THE LEARNING MOTIVATION OF STUDENTS (BASED ON THE EXAMPLE OF PROFILE CLASSES)

The relevance of the problem is due to the need to develop modern educational technologies based on the subject-environmental approach and implying the implementation of the twoway communication: the psychological characteristics of the subject of action and the conditions of the educational environment. The creation of specialized classes aims to facilitate the correlation of the individual characteristics of students and the proposed field of activity. Theoretical analysis shows that the success of schooling directly depends on the emotional and motivational component of educational activities. The purpose of the study was to study the specifics of the emotional and motivational state of students in specialized classes. The study involved 10th grade students in the following profiles: chemical and biological, physical and mathematical, historical and legal. Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions were drawn: the predominance of school anxiety is characteristic of students majoring in chemical-biological and physical-mathematical fields, which demonstrates the importance of the assessment by the teacher or peers; in case of noncompliance with the requirements of the social environment, anxiety is triggered in educational situations. For students majoring in physics and mathematics, emotional experiences arise in situations of communicative interaction with adults and peers; it is more difficult for them to build communication. For students of chemical-biological and physical-mathematical profiles, it is common to experience tension in a situation of inability to meet their own expectations and the expectations of others; for history students, the actualization of the cognitive motive leads to greater anxiety about the discrepancy with their own expectations and the expectations of others. For schoolchildren with chemical-biological and physical-mathematical profiles, the severity of external motives is interconnected with their self-esteem and interpersonal anxiety. A high level of achievement will lead to greater anxiety about failure of meeting expectations.

Exploring the Content and Methods of Classical Dance Teaching in the Context of Multicultural Integration

Abstract This paper addresses the teaching development of classical dance and proposes the use of modern teaching technology to assist the teaching of classical dance. It integrates the creative stimulation of classical dance teaching with the concept of multi-cloud culture and proposes the hypothesis of optimizing the teaching effect of classical dance with the concept of multi-culture. Utilizing the online teaching platform for retrieval of multiple dance resources, the RANKBOOST algorithm is applied to accelerate the retrieval time of dance resources. The dance resources are pre-processed with dance posture data converted into BVH file form, human posture features are calculated, 3D-SIFT technology is applied to extract the human posture features of dance movements, and similarity calculation is performed to obtain dance movement recognition and dance posture analysis. Test the performance of an online teaching platform and analyze the parameter values of the RANKBOOST algorithm. Design the overall framework of the classical dance teaching experiment, subdividing the teaching purpose, teaching content, teaching time, etc., and statistically compare the results of the teaching experiment. The classical dance online teaching platform is able to load students’ learning tasks when the concurrency reaches the maximum value. Through comparative analysis, it can be seen that the classical dance teaching (online dance analysis) method proposed in this paper based on the concept of multiculturalism can significantly improve students’ classical dance assessment results and effectively achieve the teaching objectives.

Strategy and Methodology of Modern Preventіve Physіcal and Rehabіlіtatіon Medіcіne іn the Health Care System of Ukraіne

The main sense of the preventive physical and rehabilitation medicine (PRM) strategy is the development and implementation of medical and social projects, which are based on certain backgrounds, principles, tasks and strategies. The purpose of a quality life formation is to promote the achievement of well-being and health at all levels and for all persons and the main mechanisms of its formation are the creation of conditions for individuals, groups of people, communities and a positive impact on health problems. The disease and its consequences, which disturb the necessary balance of medical, psychological and social components, lead to a change in the quality of a person’s life, to his partial or complete isolation from social life, which causes social disintegration. This necessitates the development and implementation in the health care system of Ukraine of promising preventive rehabilitation/habilitation technologies to improve the quality of life, which includes a person’s assessment of his physical, mental and social well-being. The article deals with modern views on preventive PRM as a disease prevention strategy, which includes the technology and organization of diagnostic and health-improving methods. The modern PRM strategy is determined by the priority of the systemic approach, the use of biopsychosocial models, the focus on the personalization of the individual, and provides for changes in the basic paradigm of the implementation and assessment of rehabilitation measures. Modern technologies in education and training have a positive impact on health promotion, rehabilitation and prevention, medical diagnosis, functional assessment, treatment and rehabilitation management for persons of any age who have experienced limitations in daily functioning due to health conditions. Preventive PRM is person- and functioning-oriented (as opposed to organ- and disease-oriented specialties or specialties that focus on specific age groups) and aims to improve activity, quality of life, improve healthy behaviors, and promote the positive influence of personal and environmental factors on functioning. Preventive PRM allows to manage person’s health. A person does not passively learn about the state of his health, but with the help of modern rehabilitation diagnostic technologies, a multidisciplinary approach, information support, specialists capable of implementing a complex of rehabilitation technologies, gets to know his body, understands what negatively affects his health, and which improves him, and most importantly, learns to manage these processes by himself.

Implementation of the updated Federal State Educational Standards: The native (Tatar) language teaching

The article discusses issues related to the organization of the educational process in the native (Tatar) language in the context of the introduction of the updated Federal State Educational Standards of General Education. A review of methodological literature and federal curriculum plans on academic subjects “Native (Tatar) Language”, “State (Tatar) Language of the Republic of Tatarstan” allowed us to come to the conclusion that in order to achieve personal, meta-subject and subject learning results, modern native language teachers should have certain general pedagogical and methodological skills, be competent in their subject area, as well as in the field of modern pedagogical technologies. In general, the main activity of the Tatar language teacher is to organize collective speech communication and update knowledge based on the creation of a positive psychological climate in the classroom; to assist students in achieving learning outcomes; to use interactive techniques and activity-based types of work; to positively evaluate students’ activities; to stimulate interest in learning their native language; to improve the quality of scheduled and extracurricular work on the subject. It is also important to note that currently the study of the native languages of the peoples of the Russian Federation is one of the priorities in the system of general education, which emphasizes the relevance and significance of this study.

On the Importance and Necessity of Implementing Modern Educational Technology in Applied Curriculum of Higher Vocational Colleges

Since the outbreak of the novel coronavirus epidemic, the country has carried out a teaching reform, rapidly using a variety of modern educational technologies to achieve cross-space and cross-time teaching. The research on the application of modern educational technology in teaching has become a hot topic. Taking the course of Nutrition Science as an example, this paper summarizes the relevant teaching and research focuses at home and abroad. The main points are that the application research on the combination of modern educational technology and specific curriculum content is not deep enough in terms of the content that needs special attention in the development of education and teaching. Then it analyzes the disadvantages of traditional teaching and the superiority of modern educational technology applied in teaching, affirms the importance of modern educational technology, traditional teaching and modern educational technology should complement each other and integrate each other. Finally, some suggestions are put forward on the application of modern education technology in classroom teaching, focusing on the details of teaching work, paying attention to comparative analysis, practice, effectiveness, research refinement, the data of teaching effect, school-enterprise cooperation and curriculum digitization etc. Any new educational technology is only a teaching tool and auxiliary means, which cannot completely replace traditional teaching forms, let alone be implemented for the sake of implementation. The importance and necessity of modern educational technology are built on the basis of better serving students. Everything is "student-centered", and teachers can reasonably apply modern educational technology to teaching design and leading classroom implementation.
