Leveraging Predictive Analytics for Resource Optimization in Non-Profit Organizations

Aim: This study explores the use of predictive analytics for optimizing resource management and operational efficiency within non-profit organizations (NPOs) with a focus on recent trends in technology developments. Study Design: A comprehensive review of literature in relation to the use of predictive analytics within the non-profit organization sector, especially between 2020 and 2025, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and improvement frameworks. Methodology: The review adopted a systematic literature review approach, gathering articles from peer-reviewed journals like Google Scholar, Scopus, SSRN, and Business Source Complete. Results: The study integrated knowledge from 15 recent papers to show that predictive analytics improves the efficiency of fundraising, volunteer management, beneficiary targeting, and allocation of inventory. Technologies like machine learning algorithms, regression models, and time-series forecasting significantly contribute to forecasting donor behavior, demand cycles, and operational constraints. Implementation challenges including data privacy concerns, algorithmic bias risks, and organizational capacity limitations were consistently identified across studies. Conclusions: Predictive analytics presents a transformative opportunity for non-profits to maximize the use of limited resources. However, challenges such as data quality, organizational capacity, ethical considerations around data use, and appropriate governance frameworks require tailored approaches to maximize the potential of analytics in the non-profit environment.

Self-regulation and motivation teacher in non-formal education: A systematic literature review

This study aims to analyze the relationship between self-regulation and teaching motivation for educators in non-formal education. Being an educator is a very noble profession, regardless of the burdens and responsibilities held. Teaching is about transferring knowledge to students and transforming knowledge for students. To form a supportive learning environment for students, educators must certainly have aspects of self-regulation and high motivation in the teaching process. These two aspects are important because they are interconnected and affect an educator's teaching and learning process; this is the main focus of this study. The study used the systematic literature review approach with the PRISMA model based on literature relevant to the study's focus. The literature study results provide an idea that self-regulation has an important relationship with increasing educator motivation. Educators with good self-regulation are more motivated in teaching, able to control emotions and pressure, and better able to form a comfortable learning environment. The study's results also found that efforts in developing self-regulation are very important because they are directly related to strengthening the quality of education. The results of this literature review can provide important insights into the aspects that affect educators in teaching, especially in non-formal educational institutions.

Financial Auditing in Education: A Systematic Review of Practices, Challenges, and Policy Recommendations

Financial audits in the education sector ensure transparency, accountability, and efficiency in using budgets. This article examines financial audit practices in the education sector and the challenges faced in their implementation. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach and the PRISMA method, we analyzed various studies that discussed audits in educational institutions, from primary schools to colleges. The results of this review show that although financial audits have been widely implemented, various challenges still hinder their effectiveness. These challenges include limited competent human resources, regulatory complexity, and uncertainty in financial reporting. On the other hand, best practices such as using more advanced audit technology and ongoing financial audit training have proven to improve audit quality. The article also identifies the need for policy reforms that support transparency and improve the competence of auditors in the education sector. Effective financial audits in education require synergy between policies, regulations, and professional practices.

Enhancing Students' Scientific Skills Through a Low-Carbon Education-Based Youth Research Training Program

The increasing consequences of global climate change underscore the necessity for the integration of low-carbon education and renewable energy frameworks within the educational paradigm for learners. This study develops a training curriculum for Youth Scientific Paper/Karya Ilmiah Remaja (KIR) that incorporates these principles to enhance students' scientific proficiency. Utilizing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, thirty indexed scholarly articles from the last decade were rigorously analyzed. The results reveal that the inclusion of low-carbon education and renewable energy within KIR training programs significantly improves students' abilities in critical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis while concurrently fostering environmental awareness. Effective implementation strategies include project-based learning, hands-on renewable energy experiments (such as solar panels and wind turbines), and collaborations with environmental organizations. However, challenges such as limited resources, insufficient mentor training, and inadequate policy support hinder successful implementation. Despite these obstacles, the integration of low-carbon education and renewable energy within KIR initiatives holds substantial promise for cultivating environmentally responsible scientific skills among students. This initiative aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy), and SDG 13 (Climate Action), thus contributing to a more sustainable future.

THE INFLUENCE OF FAMILY COMMUNICATION PATTERNS ON ADULT CHARACTER FORMATION: A BIBLIOMETRIC STUDY

Family communication plays a fundamental role in shaping an individual's character, particularly in adulthood. This study examines the influence of family communication patterns on adult character formation through a bibliometric analysis. Utilizing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and bibliometric approach, this research explores key trends, theoretical frameworks, and scholarly discussions related to family communication and character development. The study highlights the significance of open, trust-based, and emotionally supportive communication in fostering essential adult traits such as responsibility, integrity, empathy, and adaptability. Findings suggest that families with high conversation orientation cultivate individuals with stronger social skills and problem-solving abilities, whereas rigid conformity-oriented communication may hinder independent decision-making. Additionally, digital communication emerges as a growing factor influencing family dynamics. By mapping research trends and analyzing citation patterns, this study provides valuable insights into the long-term impact of family communication on adulthood and offers recommendations for future research.

The Impact of Work Stress Management on Organizational Learning among Female Police Officers: A Systematic Literature Review/ Kesan Pengurusan Tekanan Kerja Terhadap Pembelajaran Organisasi dalam Kalangan Pegawai Polis Wanita: Sorotan Literatur Sistematik

Work stress management has become an important factor in improving organizational learning, especially in high-stress professions such as police officers. This systematic literature review article explores the impact of managing work stress on organizational learning among female police officers, examining how gender-related stress affects their ability to engage in learning activities. Using Peter Senge's Learning Organization model as a theoretical basis, the paper discusses how effective stress management can create an environment conducive to continuous learning. This study also presents a framework for future research that integrates stress management and Senge's model to improve organizational resilience and learning outcomes. The methodology of this study uses a systematic literature review approach to analyze the highlights of the existing literature from 2017 to 2024. A total of 65 articles from Google Scholar, Scopus, Web of Science, PsycINFO, PubMed, ProQuest Dissertations and Theses Global databases have been analyzed to obtain a conceptual formulation for this study. Findings indicated that all of these articles focused specifically on job stress management strategies in the law enforcement context, including mental health interventions, peer support systems, and workplace wellness programs aimed at reducing occupational stress. The study concludes by recommending how stress management interventions have been used for female officers, with an emphasis on the unique challenges that female officers face in the profession.

This study investigates the impact of leadership style, work motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance in modern organizations, especially within the context of digital transformation. The research uses a systematic literature review approach to analyze previous studies from 2015 to 2025. The findings indicate that transformational leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction significantly influence employee performance. Transformational leadership fosters a motivating environment that enhances job satisfaction, which in turn improves employee performance. The study provides practical insights for organizations seeking to optimize performance in the digital age by focusing on leadership practices and employee well-being. The results contribute to the development of human resource management theories and provide guidance for future educational and managerial practices.

Life cycle assessment of polyethylene terephthalate (PET): an end-of-life perspective

Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) is the third most commonly used thermoplastic in post-consumer plastic packaging. The growing popularity of PET bottles, valued for their durability, recyclability, and cost-efficiency, has led to increased production and consumption, resulting in environmental harm when not properly disposed. The study attempts to provide a comprehensive review of the state-of-the-art in PET literature, highlighting end-of-life challenges and circularity challenges, and provide future research directions in this area. Using a systematic literature review approach, it identifies research gaps, including end-of-life treatment practices and impact categories. In addition, the review of 32 studies is allocated to the four stages of an LCA framework and is intended to chart future research paths. Although a discernible portion of recorded literature is found on LCA of PET bottles, the results showed that a minute proportion of studies covered the human health and resources categories. The stated work presents originality in two terms. First, it presents adequate literature discussing the LCA work applicable in the PET industry. Second, it presents the study outcome in a way that paves the way for future research highlighting the major research gaps identified through review studies.

Dampak Penggunaan Gadget terhadap Interaksi Sosial Anak di Mayarakat pada Era Digital (Study pada Masyarakat Daerah Yogyakarta)

This research is motivated by the use of electronic devices, including smartphones, by the Indonesian population, particularly social media, which reaches 79.9%. Of course, this usage does not only involve parents but also children. This study aims to analyze the impact of gadget use on children's social interactions in society in the digital era, focusing on the community in the Yogyakarta region. The research employs a qualitative Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, using observation, in-depth interviews, and is supported by literature studies through SINTA-indexed articles from 2020 to 2025. The research location is in the Yogyakarta area, and fieldwork was conducted from March 2025 to April 2025. The results indicate that children's use of electronic devices affects their social interactions, including children in Yogyakarta. This is due to the fact that many children aged 6–12 mostly use electronic devices only for playing games, watching videos, and other activities, while rarely using them to access or read educational materials or lessons. As a result, antisocial behavior and difficulties in communication may arise due to dependence on electronic devices. Parents, communities, and schools must actively participate in regulating the use of electronic devices. By adopting a holistic approach, we can mitigate negative impacts and support children's social and emotional development. The main conclusion of this study is that children's use of electronic devices affects their social interactions in Yogyakarta, particularly concerning antisocial tendencies and poor communication skills. The implications of this research are expected to serve as a reference for the government, institutions, and parents to pay closer attention to children and make electronic devices a more positively impactful medium, thus requiring supervision and reasonable time limits in their usage.

Higher education strategies for enhancing employability of international students

This study investigates the role of higher education strategies in enhancing the employability of international students in the postpandemic era, employing the USEM (understanding, skills, efficacy beliefs, metacognition) as a theoretical framework. By focusing on targeted interventions, this research explores how higher education institutions address key employability dimensions to support students’ academic, professional, and personal development. Using a systematic literature review approach guided by the PRISMA framework, the study included 23 publications from 2020--2024. The findings highlight the effectiveness of strategies such as culturally responsive reflective practices, work-integrated learning (WIL), tailored career support, and curriculum-embedded skill development. These approaches enhance students' abilities, equipping them with the ability to succeed in competitive and diverse labor markets. By providing actionable insights, this research enriches the understanding of employability strategies within the USEM framework and offers valuable recommendations for institutions and policymakers to design culturally inclusive, evidence-based career interventions.

Systematic Literature Review: The Effect of Quality Cost on Defective and Damaged Products in the Manufacturing Industry

This study aims to examine the impact of Quality Cost on defective and damaged products in the manufacturing industry using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Twelve scientific articles from 2013 to 2024 were analyzed, focusing on prevention, appraisal, and failure costs. The findings show that higher prevention and appraisal costs effectively reduce product defects, while high external failure costs indicate poor quality control. The study highlights the importance of implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) to improve efficiency and competitiveness. These insights offer practical recommendations for better quality cost management to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction in the manufacturing sector.

Systematic Literature Review on Digital Entrepreneurship Adoption Among SMEs: Trends, Challenges, and Future Directions

This study comprehensively analyzes existing literature on implementing Digital Entrepreneurship in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises. The goal is to combine the existing patterns, identify impediments, and predict future trends in this rapidly advancing field. Using a comprehensive systematic literature review approach, we examined 20 pertinent scholarly articles from a total of 660, with a specific emphasis on the incorporation of DE into the business models of SMEs. The results of our research indicate that DE provides significant advantages for SMEs, such as improved efficiency and a competitive edge through the use of digital technologies like cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and social media marketing. However, it also brings about some difficulties and obstacles. These issues involve technological, organizational, and environmental elements. The study emphasizes the pivotal significance of the Technology-Organization-Environment framework in achieving successful digital adoption. In addition, we analyze the consequences of our discoveries for policymakers and practitioners, underscoring the importance of implementing flexible adoption strategies and promoting the spread of the Fourth Industrial Revolution components. The report provides policy recommendations to create a conducive climate for SMEs to adopt DE.

Systematic literature review: implementation of savi learning model (somatic, auditory, visual, and intellectual) to improve students' ability to understand concepts and actively learn mathematics

Conceptual understanding and active participation are two essential elements in establishing a high-quality mathematics learning process. Unfortunately, conventional teaching methods that do not accommodate diverse learning styles often hinder the achievement of both aspects. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visual, and Intellectual) learning model through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach in enhancing students' conceptual understanding and engagement. Analysis of fifteen scientific articles reveals that the implementation of the SAVI model consistently produces positive outcomes in achieving learning objectives, both in the cognitive and affective domains. This model has been proven to accommodate various student learning styles, improve classroom interaction, and deepen students’ meaningful understanding of mathematical concepts. Therefore, the SAVI learning model is recommended as an alternative strategy for designing more effective and relevant mathematics instruction.

Anthropomorphism of Artificial Intelligence Service Agent and Consumer Responses: A Systematic Literature Review and Future Research Agenda

ABSTRACTArtificial intelligence service agent (AISA) anthropomorphism is increasingly applied in service situations to deliver consumers a more personalized service experience. Extensive research has explored it over the past decade. However, the body of knowledge about this domain remains fragmented due to the lack of a comprehensive review. This paper aims to understand the domain through a framework‐based systematic literature review approach. We conducted an in‐depth analysis of 149 peer‐reviewed articles retrieved on April 25, 2024. Significant results include (a) analyzing research profiling (i.e., publication, journal, citation, and country analysis), (b) synthesizing findings based on the theories‐contexts‐characteristics‐methods (TCCM) framework, and (c) proposing future research agendas based on the TCCM framework. The present review concludes that research in the domain is experiencing rapid growth, evidenced by an increasing number of citations, a wide range of publications in reputable journals, and a notable surge in international collaboration. Furthermore, AISA anthropomorphism affects outcomes related to the AISA, the product, the brand, and even the company via cognitive, affective, and social mediators. Service‐, AISA‐, and consumer‐related factors moderate these effects. Based on the gap analysis, we propose future research directions. Our review advances the research domain of AISA anthropomorphism affecting consumer responses. It offers valuable insights for practitioners on effectively deploying anthropomorphic AISAs to serve consumers in appropriate contexts.

Education as Hermeneutic Study: Uncovering Meaning in The Digital Era

This objective study explores the role and challenges of hermeneutics in education in the modern digital era. This type of research uses a systematic literature review approach to studies published between 2017 and 2024. This article uses strict criteria for what to include and what to leave out to look at the main trends in how hermeneutics is being used in social media, AI, and big data. It also talks about the ethical and philosophical problems that come up. These main results show that using hermeneutics in education in the digital age can help students understand texts better, but it can also cause problems with ethics, meaning, and how to represent different cultures. Additionally, in hermeneutics, interpretation constitutes the essence of comprehension. This perspective is appropriate for educators, as their responsibility is to comprehend human behavior and creations and subsequently impart this understanding to students in the learning process. The results of this SLR show how important it is to use a more integrated hermeneutical approach to deal with the problems and opportunities of using digital technologies in education. They also recommend further research on developing flexible and situation-relevant interpretation methods to promote a more balanced relationship between education, technology, and society.

TikTok as an Effective Tool for English Language Learning: A Digital Ethics Perspective

Purpose of the study: The integration of TikTok as a tool in English language learning has rapidly expanded due to its engaging, short-form video format and the platform’s ability to foster creativity, student participation, and peer interaction. Despite this growth, limited scholarly attention has been paid to the digital ethical challenges posed by TikTok’s use in educational settings, particularly those related to data privacy, algorithmic bias, content moderation, and disinformation. Methodology: This research employs a systematic literature review approach, synthesizing findings from relevant studies on TikTok in education, with emphasis on English language instruction. The selection process follows PRISMA guidelines to ensure comprehensive and unbiased coverage of relevant literature. Main Findings: Findings indicate that TikTok significantly enhances learners’ speaking, listening, and digital communication skills while encouraging collaborative and socially interactive learning environments. However, ethical issues—such as exposure to inappropriate content, misinformation, lack of algorithm transparency, and student data vulnerabilities—emerge as critical concerns that require careful pedagogical management. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study presents a novel conceptual framework for integrating TikTok into English language education ethically and responsibly, positioning it at the intersection of digital pedagogy and media ethics. It advocates for the inclusion of digital literacy and ethics training within the curriculum to equip educators and students to engage with social media tools in a more informed and secure manner.

Ambidextrous Leadership in the Context of Modern Organizations: A Systematic Review of Its Impact on Innovation and Performance

This research aims to systematically examine the role of ambidextrous leadership in improving innovation and organizational performance. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach based on the PRISMA 2020 protocol, a total of 11 selected articles from the Scopus database published between 2020 and 2024 were analyzed in depth. The results of the study show that ambidextrous leadership, which combines exploration and exploitative behaviors, has a significant positive impact on various dimensions of organizational performance, such as project performance, innovative work behavior, and organizational resilience in the face of change. In addition, the influence of ambidextrous leadership is mediated by variables such as work engagement, business model innovation, and job happiness; and moderated by intellectual capital, environmental dynamics, and entrepreneurial orientation. These findings confirm that ambidextrous leadership is a relevant adaptive leadership approach to be applied in various sectors. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed to support leadership capacity development in today's organizations.

ABSTRACT This article synthesizes neuromarketing research using a systematic literature review (SLR) approach. Unlike existing reviews, it focuses on pre-purchase, purchase, and post-purchase behaviors. Covering a broad range of literature from 2017 to 2024, it offers insights into the descriptive aspects, theoretical foundations, tools, and measurement variables in the field. The review provides a comprehensive evaluation of neuromarketing research and offers a systematic overview of the field’s landscape. Ultimately, this work aims to make meaningful theoretical and practical contributions to neuromarketing research.

The Arm's Length Principle in Mitigating Tax Avoidance: A Systematic Literature Review

This study examines the effectiveness of Transfer Pricing Documentation (TP Doc) in supporting the Arm’s Length Principle (ALP) to reduce tax avoidance through related-party transactions (RPTs), especially involving tax haven jurisdictions. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, 15 relevant studies published between 2015 and 2024 were analyzed. The literature was selected based on keywords such as “Profit Shifting,” “Tax Haven,” “Related Party Transaction,” “Tax Avoidance,” and “Transfer Pricing.” The findings indicate that TP Doc contributes significantly to enhancing transparency and providing accurate information that enables tax authorities to evaluate whether intercompany transactions reflect fair market values. However, its implementation faces several challenges, including limited access to reliable data, inconsistencies in international standards, low compliance levels, and exploitable loopholes. Additionally, multinational enterprises (MNEs) frequently use RPTs to shift profits to low-tax jurisdictions, reducing their overall tax obligations. The study highlights the need to strengthen regulations, enhance tax authority enforcement, and promote international cooperation to ensure TP Doc effectively supports Indonesia’s tax reform and compliance effort

The Role of Social Enterprises in the Silver Economy: Leveraging Health Technology to Address Aging Challenges

Population aging is a significant global phenomenon with profound implications for healthcare systems, economies, and societies. This paper examines the role of social enterprises in addressing the challenges of aging populations through innovative health technologies. It explores how social enterprises adopt models such as platform economies, shared economies, and data-driven healthcare solutions to deliver scalable and cost-effective elderly care services. Successful case studies demonstrate that cross-sector collaborations and advanced technologies like AI, wearable devices, and telemedicine can significantly enhance the quality of life for older adults by enabling personalized, preventive care and promoting independence. However, social enterprises face notable challenges, including limited financial resources, regulatory barriers, and difficulties in scaling technological innovations. Policy support, sustainable funding mechanisms, and digital literacy initiatives for older adults are identified as essential for overcoming these obstacles. This paper concludes by recommending strategies for future development, emphasizing the importance of partnerships, regulatory frameworks, and data-driven innovation in fostering a sustainable and inclusive silver economy. By addressing these areas, social enterprises can contribute to transformative solutions that meet the needs of aging populations globally.
