Hybrid sports education and step game approach: Improving volleyball skills

Mastering the technique of playing volleyball is important for every player. This will come in handy in gaming. Mastering it will make it easier to play and win. This study aims to determine whether step play and a hybrid approach to sport instruction will improve the skills of volleyball players. An experimental research methodology using a one-shot case study design was applied. This study was attended by 36 elementary school students using total sampling technique. They were instructed to participate in a joint sports education program between the Sport Education Model (SEM) and the Step Game Approach (SGA) for 14 meetings spread over two months, twice a week. The instruments used in this study were the Sport Orientation Questionnaire (SOQ) and the Game Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI) were used to collect data. The results show good game performance, with yields exceeding 80% and a high proportion of each SOQ indicator, with an average of >80%. This shows that the combined learning model between SEM and SGA makes a positive contribution to students' volleyball playing techniques and skills. Through this combined learning it is hoped that students can learn techniques as well as their playing skills in real situations.

The Achievement Motivation Amongst Individual and Team Athletes in Response to Changes in Training Volume During the COVID-19 Pandemic

The present study addresses the diffi culties faced by some athletes in the COVID-19 pandemic. We present the quantitative and qualitative changes in the training sessions of individual and team athletes and their adaptation to the pandemic. The study aimed principally to examine the differences in the athletes’ achievement motivation resulting from changes in weekly training volume. To check the parameters of training and pandemic adaptation, 79 volleyball, basketball, and rowing athletes aged 19−24 fi lled in the Sport Orientation Questionnaire (SOQ) and a self-constructed questionnaire. There were diff erences in the quality and quantity of training before and after the pandemic in each discipline. Most of the athletes experienced mental and physical deterioration during the pandemic but declared that they coped moderately to well. Of those athletes who reduced their weekly training, team athletes were less competitive, and a decrease in goal and win orientation in individual disciplines was observed.

Abstract Coaches’ subjective evaluations are predominantly responsible for talent identification and selection in soccer; therefore, systematizing the "coach's eye" can optimize this process. Our objective was to compare tactical skills, perceived competence, and sport achievement orientation of young soccer players classified as having high or low sporting potential, according to their coaches’ opinion. 101 Brazilian U15 soccer players (14.6 ± 0.7 years; practice time: 7.6 ± 2.6 years) participated in the study. Questionnaires were used to assess their tactical knowledge (TACSIS – Tactical Skills Inventory for Sports), sport orientation (SOQ - Sport Orientation Questionnaire), and perceived competence. Compared with the low-potential soccer players (n = 57), the high-potential soccer players (n = 44) showed higher positioning and deciding skills (4.52 ± 0.73 vs. 4.18 ± 0.63; p = 0.02; d = 0.50), knowledge about others (4.25 ± 0.96 vs. 3.81 ± 0.83; p = 0.02; d = 0.49), and sum of tactical skills (4.43 ± 0.72 vs. 4.14 ± 0.65; p = 0.04; d = 0.46) In turn, high-potential athletes showed higher competitiveness (4.76 ± 0.27 vs. 4.55 ± 0.33; p = 0.01; d = 0.72) and greater perceived competence (7.79 ± 1.32 vs. 7.12 ± 1.13; p = 0.01; d = 0.54), respectively. We concluded that the U15 soccer players evaluated by their coaches as having high sporting potential presented better results in indicators of tactical skills, motivation, and perceived competence than their low-potential peers.

College Students Sport Orientation After Following Basketball Sport Education

This study aims to examine the difference in the influence between SE teaching and conventional teaching on student sports orientation using basketball. The research method in this study uses experiment with the randomized pretest-posttest control group design. The participants were 48 students of the PJKR study program at STKIP Nahdlatul Ulama Indramayu. The research instrument uses Sport Orientation Questionnaire for students majoring in sports. The research data were analyzed using independent samples t-test. The results of the study concluded that there were differences in the influence between SE teaching and conventional teaching on student sports orientation using basketball. In order to carry out further research using other sports besides basketball and to conduct further investigations at the end of season tournament using SE.

In it to win it: Competitiveness, concussion knowledge and nondisclosure in athletes

ABSTRACT Objectives Despite having a general understanding of concussions, many athletes choose not to report symptoms of a sports-related concussion (SRC) which leads to a larger burden on our healthcare system due to longer recoveries, more Emergency Department visits, and future medical appointments. Thus, there is a need to identify factors, such as competitiveness, that may help to better explain the nondisclosure of concussion symptoms. The current study aimed to investigate the role of athletes’ concussion knowledge and competitiveness on concussion nondisclosure. Methods Participants included 161 Canadian athletes (ages 14–32; 71% male) participating in collision sports (American football, rugby, hockey), soccer or rowing. Concussion knowledge, reporting and competitiveness were measured using the Rosenbaum Concussion Attitude and Knowledge Survey and Sports Orientation Questionnaire (SOQ). Two logistic regression models were performed to explain both history and future intention of playing despite experiencing concussion symptoms. Results Age, sex, and concussion knowledge were not significant for the regression models. The SOQ scores (measuring competitiveness) were significant for both regression models, such that higher competitiveness was associated with increased likelihood for past nondisclosure (b =.03, p =.03, OR = 1.03 (97.5% CI: 1.003,1.06)) and future nondisclosure intention (b =.05, p =.00, OR = 1.05 (97.5% CI: 1.03,1.08)). Regarding concussion knowledge, soccer players had significantly higher knowledge than those in collision sports and rugby, F(2, 158) = 140.5, p =.00; female athletes had significantly higher knowledge than males, t(66) = −4.26, p =.00; age was negatively associated with concussion knowledge (r = −0.35, p < .01). Conclusion The results suggest that healthcare providers should be aware that athletes tend to have adequate concussion knowledge, but this knowledge does not explain past nondisclosure or future nondisclosure intention. Based on these findings, healthcare providers should focus on being able to identify highly competitive athletes who are most at risk of nondisclosure instead of exclusively aiming to increase concussion knowledge in athletes.

A-14 Competitiveness and Past Nondisclosure Decreases Future Concussion Reporting Intention Among Males in High-Contact Sports

Abstract Objective With some variability, research indicates that a high percentage (20–60%) of athletes do not report post-concussion symptoms, despite having sufficient concussion knowledge. Our study examined whether competitiveness and past reporting predicted future reporting intention in males participating in high contact sports. Method Participants included 92 male athletes (M = 19.35 years, SD = 4.35) recruited from a mid-sized Canadian city participating in high contact sports (American football, rugby, or hockey). Competitiveness was measured using the Sport Orientation Questionnaire. The Rosenbaum Concussion Knowledge and Attitudes Survey-Student Version was used to assess concussion knowledge and nondisclosure. Logistic regression was conducted to predict future intention of playing despite experiencing post-concussion symptoms. Age, knowledge, competitiveness, sport, and past history of concussion nondisclosure were included as predictors. Results Age, sport, and concussion knowledge were not significant predictors. Competitiveness was a significant predictor for the model, such that higher competitiveness predicted less likelihood to report post-concussion symptoms. Our findings also suggest that athletes who have not disclosed a concussion in the past are more likely to have higher intention to continue to play with symptoms of a concussion in the future. Over half (54%) of the athletes reported past history of concussion nondisclosure. Conclusions Interventions focusing on increasing general concussion knowledge are not adequate to prevent symptom nondisclosure. The results suggest that highly competitive athletes or athletes with a past history of nondisclosure are most vulnerable to future nondisclosure. These findings could help improve future interventions by targeting athletes at high-risk of concussion nondisclosure.

A-46 Deconstructing Competitiveness: The Effect of Age on Athlete’s Desire to Succeed, Win, and Achieve Goals

Abstract Objective Our previous research indicated that athletes scoring high in competitiveness were less likely to report sports-related concussion symptoms and withdraw from the game. The present study examined whether athletes’ desire to succeed (competitiveness motive), win (win orientation), and achieve personal goals (goal orientation) were related to the age of players. Method Participants included 161 athletes, ages 14–32 (M = 17.6 years; 33.2% female), recruited from a mid-sized Canadian city participating in low (rowing), moderate (soccer) and high (hockey, rugby, football) contact sports. Confirmatory factor analysis was first used to evaluate the structure of the Sports Orientation Questionnaire. Then, using SEM, athletes’ competitiveness, goal orientation, and win orientation were predicted by age. Results High internal consistency was obtained within each factor (.84–.93). The model demonstrated suboptimal fit for this sample (CFI = .84; χ2f/df ratio = 2.02; RMSEA = .087; 90% CI: .077–.097). All factors were significantly related to age, indicating that athletes’ desire to succeed (competitiveness motive; β = .18, p = .009), achieve personal goals (goal orientation; β = .26, p = .007), and win (win orientation; β = .30, p = .000) increases with age. Conclusion The small positive association between age and competitiveness, win, and goal orientation indicates that older athletes are more competitive than younger athletes. Given that competitiveness predicts athletes’ intention to report a concussion, clinicians and coaches should pay particular attention to senior athletes who demonstrate high levels of general competitiveness and who are driven by the desire to win and achieve personal goals. Therefore, interventions targeting the barriers to reporting concussions should evaluate subco.

Development and Validation of a Short Version Sport Orientation Questionnaire for Chinese Adolescents (SOQ-CA).

A noted decrease in adolescent physical activity in the past decade has resulted in an increase in health risks. Sport orientation correlates closely with physical activity. A sufficient assessment scale that measures an individual’s sport orientation is important to measure an adolescent’s physical inactivity. The purpose of this study was to develop and validate a short version of the Sport Orientation Questionnaire for Chinese Adolescents (SOQ-CA). Based on Gill’s SOQ and previous literature, an initial 30-item questionnaire was developed to create the original SOQ-CA. A five-point Likert scale was used to measure by self-report. In this study, three surveys were conducted. Volunteer participants completed 1,235 valid questionnaires. The data of the first collection sample (n = 486) were split randomly into two groups, sample 1 (n = 150) used for exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and sample 2 (n = 336) for confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The data of the second (n = 377) and third (n = 372) collection samples were used to perform test–retest reliability, internal consistency, and CFA of the SOQ-CA. The SOQ-CA obtained good reliability and validity through both EFA and CFA. The development of the SOQ-CA provides an opportunity to develop further theories and practices regarding the assessment of both sport motivation and individual achievement orientation. The application of the SOQ-CA in China would be significant for monitoring the development of adolescent physical activity and aiding in the implementation of policies.

Relação entre maturação esquelética e a orientação esportiva em jovens futebolistas

The objective was to verify the relationship between sportsmanship and skeletal age in soccer players aged 12 to 15 years. The sample was of 106 young male soccer players, and measurements of body size, skeletal age and competitive behavior were used. The Sport Orientation Questionnaire was used with the sub scales to compete (TQ1), to win (TQ2) and to establish goals (TQ3). The ANCOVA did not find a significant difference between the different maturity groups (P> 0.05) with the sports orientation, whereas the Spearman correlation observed a negative relation only in the maturity group “in time”, with TQ2 (r=‐ 0.28). It was concluded that the skeletal maturation presented a weak relation with the behavior of the young soccer athletes.

SPORTS ORIENTATION DURING LEARNING TEAM OR INDIVIDUAL SPORTS USING A SPORT EDUCATION MODEL

Since competition activities can improve sportsmanship, moral development, motivation, and prepare students in the "real world", competition activities (sports orientation) in physical education is very necessary. A strategy that is proposed to stimulate sports orientation in physical education in this study is a Sport Education Model (SEM). The purpose of this study was to determine the differences between team sports and individual sports when using SEM, towards sports orientation in physical education for junior high school students. The research method uses true experiments with posttest-only control group design. The participants in this study were 80 grade seventh junior high school students. Using the Sport Orientation Questionnaire (SOQ), the data was analysed using independent samples t-test. The results stated that there were significant differences between the two conditions. The findings suggests that sports orientation in SEM team sports are more influenced by goal orientation is in accord with the statement that achievement in sports competition (sports orientation) depends on goal orientation, but not at SEM individual sports.

Strength and competitiveness are more strongly predictive of retrospective sport participation than 2D:4D in university-aged women

Objective: Females continue to participate in sport at lower rates than males. Girls who participate in sport gain many advantages. Even with programs designed to emphasize participation, some females continue with sport participation while others do not. Given the advantages and controversies surrounding testosterone and female sport, it is possible that testosterone may predispose females toward sport participation. Our objective was to determine if the second to fourth digit (2D:4D) ratio, a proxy for prenatal androgen exposure, correlates with sport participation throughout female adolescence and young adulthood. Methods: A cross-sectional analysis of indirect prenatal androgen exposure (i.e., 2D:4D) was completed on 18–30-year-old women ( n = 92) using demographics, anthropometrics, sport-specific behaviour tendencies, and retrospective sport participation. Results: 2D:4D was not significantly correlated with total sport participation (TSP) ( r = −0.065, p = 0.538). Secondary analyses revealed significant correlations between TSP and maximum hand grip ( r = 0.406, p = 0.000) and the Sport Orientation Questionnaire (SOQcomp ( r = 0.513475, p = 0.000), SOQgoal ( r = 0.253, p = 0.015), SOQwin ( r = 0.366, p = 0.000)). Conclusion: Although strength and competitiveness are strongly correlated with female sport participation, the impact of prenatal androgen exposure (i.e., 2D:4D) remains to be determined given its weak and negative association with female sport participation. Given that females participate in sport at lower rates than males, continuing to determine what factors influence sport participation is an important goal.

Psychological determinants of motivation in coaches of martial arts

Introduction. Motivation is one of the key topics in sport psychology. The majority of researches concerning sport motivation are focused on the motivation of sport competitors. The present study concentrates on the motivation of coaches The aim of the present study was to investigate the type of sport motivation (based on distinction of types of sport achievement orientation by Gill and Deeter: competitiveness, win orientation, goal orientation) in coaches of martial arts, and to determine temperamental and personality-related determinants of motivation. Material and methods. The participants comprised 37 male trainers of martial arts (25 boxing coaches, 12 karate coaches). The average age was 36,8 years. The study employed various research tools including: The Sport Orientation Questionnaire (SOQ) by Gill &amp; Deeter in the Polish adaptation by Marcin Krawczyński, EPQ-R – Revised Eysenck Personality Questionnaire in the Polish adaptation by Brzozowski and Drwal, and FCB-TI – Formal Characteristic of Behaviour – Tempe­rament Inventory by Zawadzki and Strelau. Results. The study has shown statistically significant differences in win orientation between the coaches of boxing and karate. Higher levels of win orientation were observed in the karate coaches. The correlations between goal oriented motivation and neuroticism, and between goal orientation and such temperamental dimensions as emotional reactivity or endurance were also noted in this group. Among the boxing coaches the correlation between sensory sensitivity and goal orientation was found. Conclusions. The results indicate that most differentiating type of motivation between the coaches is the goal orientation, which shows correlations with temperamental and personality variables.

INVESTIGATION OF SPORTS ORIENTATIONS OF TEACHERS WHO WORK IN PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS

The purpose of this study is to reveal the reasons of the teachers' tendency to sports activities in the 2016-2017 school year. This research is important in terms of revealing the teachers' sports activities approaches. The samples were generated among the teachers working in selected schools by using random sampling method. In the research, the survey technique used is quantitative research method. Developed by Gill and Deeter (1998) and adapted in Turkish by Erpehlivan (2008) the Sport Orientation Questionnaire (SOQ) is used. 386 teachers have participated in the research. The data were analyzed with the SPSS 22.00 packet program. Statistically significant differences were found according to professional experience and sports branches. Teachers with low vocational experiences tend to compete more in the sports activities that they are doing. In other words, the teachers are heading towards to sports activities for competition. Teachers with low or no vocational experiences are more likely to be successful in the sport branch that they are doing. So their goal is to succeed in the sports that they do. Individual and team sportsmen want to compete, win and be successful in the sport branch that they are doing. Análise do comportamento competitivo de atletas jovens e adultos de handebol

Resumo O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar o comportamento competitivo de atletas jovens e adultos da modalidade de handebol. Foram avaliados 143 atletas jovens (16,1 ± 0,7 anos) de ambos os sexos participantes dos Jogos Escolares da Juventude e 69 atletas adultos (24,0 ± 4,3 anos) do sexo masculino, participantes do campeonato Pan-Americano de clubes no ano de 2009. Para avaliação do comportamento competitivo utilizou-se o instrumento Sport Orientation Questionnaire com as subescalas: competir (TQ1), vencer (TQ2) e estabelecer metas (TQ3). Para análise dos dados utilizou-se estatística descritiva e o teste de Mann-Whitney, considerando 5% de significância. Tanto os atletas jovens quanto os adultos relataram maior importância para o domínio TQ3, havendo diferença estatisticamente significante para este domínio (9 ± 4 vs. 8 ± 3) em que os adultos relataram maior importância para o TQ3 quando comparados aos jovens. Sendo assim, podemos concluir que os atletas escolares e atletas de rendimento apresentaram comportamento competitivo semelhante, ou seja, existe uma tendência elevada na percepção da vitória dentro do processo competitivo, independente das diferenças existentes na idade e no tempo de prática, porém observa-se em ambos os grupos uma maior ênfase para o estabelecimento de metas, sendo que os atletas de rendimento relataram maior importância para o TQ3 em comparação aos jovens, respectivamente 8,0 e 9,0.

The Perception of Same Gender Coaches by Iranian Skaters and its Influence on Sport Achievement Motivation and Commitment

Aim: To examine the relationship between the perception of same gender coaches by male and female Iranian skaters and their sport achievement motivation and commitment. Participants: Fifty two female and forty two male skaters, age range 13 to 18 years, from the province of Isfahan in Iran. Materials: The following 3 questionnaires, tested for reliability and validity for the Iranian population and adapted for Farsi, were used: i) Pelletier, Fortier, Vallerand and Briere (2001) Interpersonal Behaviour Scale to measure social support of trainers, ii) Gill and Deeter (1988) Sport Orientation Questionnaire (SOQ) to measure achievement motivation, and iii) Scanlan, Simons, Carpenter, Schmidt and Keeler (1993) Sport Commitment Model to measure sport commitment. Procedure: The questionnaires were administered to participants in person by the first author after training sessions in sport stadiums. Results: There was a significant positive correlation between perceived coaches' social support and sport achievement motivation and commitment for both male and female participants. However, on all of the above measures females scored significantly more positive ratings than their male counterparts. Results of regression analyses conducted separately for males and females showed that relatedness support is the strongest predictor for sport achievement motivation and commitment for males, whereas autonomy support was the strongest predictor for sport commitment amongst females. Implications: These findings are of particular interest in understanding the impact of perceived coaching support for young male and female athletes, especially if coached exclusively by the same gender.

Enhancing Self-Efficacy and Performance: An Experimental Comparison of Psychological Techniques

Purpose: We assessed how 6 psychological performance enhancement techniques (PETs) differentially improved self-efficacy (SE) and skill performance. We also assessed whether vicarious experiences and verbal persuasion as posited sources of SE (Bandura, 1982) were supported and, further, if the effects of the 6 PETs remained after controlling for achievement motivation traits and self-esteem. Method: A within-subject design assessed each individual across 2 trials for 3 disparate PETs. A between-groups design assessed differences between PETs paired against each other for 3 similar novel tasks. Participants (N = 96) performed 2 trials of 10 attempts at each of the tasks (kick, throw, golf putt) in a counterbalanced sequence using their nondominant limb. Participants completed the Sport Orientation Questionnaire, Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, and General Self-Efficacy Scale and were randomly allocated to either the modeling or imagery, goal-setting or instructional self-statement, or knowledge-of-results or motivational feedback conditions aligned with each task. Results: An instructional self-statement improved performance better than imagery, modeling, goal setting, and motivational and knowledge-of-results augmented feedback. Motivational auditory feedback most improved SE. Increased SE change scores were related to increased performance difference scores on all tasks after controlling for age, sex, achievement motivation, and self-esteem. Conclusions: Some sources of SE may be more influential than others on both SE and performance improvements. We provide partial support for the sources of SE proposed by Bandura's social-cognitive theory with verbal persuasion but not vicarious experiences improving SE.

Personal characteristics as predictors for dual career dropout versus continuation – A prospective study of adolescent athletes from German elite sport schools

ObjectivesThe primary objective of this study is to identify the personal characteristics that predict dropout versus continuation among dual career athletes from different sports who attend sports schools. These schools provide an optimal environment for combining an academic education with a sports career. MethodsAt the end of the school year, all 10th graders (52 girls, 73 boys) from five out of six sports schools in Saxony, Germany, completed a standardised questionnaire that measured personal characteristics deemed important for a successful career – personality traits (Freiburger Persönlichkeitsinventar – FPI), goal orientation (Sport Orientation Questionnaire – SOQ), and volitional skills (Volitional Components in Sport – VKS). In addition, demographic and sport-related data were collected. One year later, at the end of 11th grade, all participants again completed the questionnaire. ResultsAt Time 2, 37 athletes (29.6%) had dropped out of their sport career, and 88 athletes were still pursuing their sport career. A majority of the dropouts were from individual sports (n = 31) and were females (n = 23). A logistic regression analysis of physical complaints (higher for dropouts), win motivation and self-optimisation (each lower for dropouts) as significant covariates correctly classified 65% of the dropouts and 92% of the non-dropouts. ConclusionsPersonal characteristics, motivation and volition in particular, played important roles for those adolescent athletes who remained active in their sport. Accordingly, it is suggested that young athletes receive psychological training focused on these specific personal characteristics.

Student-athletes’ Evaluation of Coaches’ Coaching Competencies and Their Sport Achievement Motivation

The primary concerns of this study is whether universities’ sport coaches possess good coaching competency skills in bringing up potential athletes for the country. What are coaches’ coaching competency levels? Do their competencies capability able to contribute significantly to sport achievement motivation of student-athletes? Thus, this study was designed to evaluate the competency level of coaches and student-athletes’ achievement motivation at the Higher Educational Institutions (HEI) in sports competitions. A total of 322 student-athletes were participated in the questionnaire survey. Researchers have adapted the Coaching Competency Scale to measure four different dimensions of coaching competency and Sport Orientation Questionnaire to measure achievement motivation of student-athletes. Validity and reliability of the instrument were found to be satisfactory.The results of this study indicate that the coaches’ competency levels at the HEI were not differ significantly by gender and performance of student-athletes, but it was differed significantly by type of sport, between team and individual sports. In addition, this study showed that there was a moderate relationship between the competencies of sport coaches and achievement motivation among student-athletes. However, among the coaches’ coaching competencies, motivation competency of coaches was found to be significant contributor to student-athletes sport achievement motivation. The study provides important insights from the perspective of sport development programme at the related organizations which can be valuable in identifying and recruiting suitable coaches; and helping coaches to some extent in planning strategies for coaching athletes to ensure the effectiveness of its role as a coach.

Self-determined Motivation, Sportspersonship, and Sport Orientation: A Mediational Analysis

Abstract Our study proposed a path model of sportsperson ship using self-determined motivation as mediating variable and sport orientations as distal determinants. 166 competitive level athletes divided into two groups according to the type of sport (individual and team sports) completed a questionnaire composed of the Sport Orientation Questionnaire, the Sport Motivation Scale, the Multidimensional Sport Orientation Scale, and the socio-graphic section. Anova analysis and path meditational model were examined. Results showed main effects of gender and type of sports on sport orientations, and the indirect effects of sport orientations on sportsperson ship, as well as the meditational role of self-determined sport motivation.

Sport-related achievement motivation and alcohol outcomes: An athlete-specific risk factor among intercollegiate athletes

Intercollegiate athletes report greater alcohol consumption and more alcohol-related problems than their non-athlete peers. Although college athletes share many of the same problems faced by non-athletes, there are some consequences that are unique to athletes. Studies have demonstrated that alcohol negatively affects athletic performance including increased dehydration, impeded muscle recovery, and increased risk for injury. Beyond risk factors for alcohol misuse that may affect college students in general, research has begun to examine risk factors that are unique to collegiate athletes. For example, research has found that off-season status, the leadership role, and athlete-specific drinking motives are associated with increased alcohol use. Given these findings, it is possible that other athlete-specific variables influence alcohol misuse. One such variable may be sport achievement orientation. The purpose of the current study was to examine the relationship between sport achievement orientation and alcohol outcomes. Given previous research regarding seasonal status and gender, these variables were examined as moderators. Varsity athletes (n=263) completed the Sport Orientation Questionnaire, which assesses sport-related achievement orientation on three scales (Competitiveness, Win Orientation, and Goal Orientation). In addition, participants completed measures of alcohol use and alcohol-related problems. Results indicated that Competitiveness, Win Orientation, and Goal Orientation were all significantly associated with alcohol use, but not alcohol-related problems. Moreover, these relationships were moderated by seasonal status and gender. These interactions, clinical implications, and limitations are discussed.
