Formation of Social Care Character Through Social Studies Learning at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bandung

This study explores the formation of social care character through Social Studies learning at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bandung. Employing a qualitative approach, the research utilizes data collection techniques including interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis involves reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Findings reveal that Social Studies learning significantly enhances students' social care character. This process involves integrating social care values into the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) and applying these values through Direct Learning Practices (PPL). Social care character formation is achieved through both classroom instruction, where teachers provide explanations aligned with social care material, and practical activities. Students integrate these values into their daily routines, fostering a culture of social care at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bandung.

POLA PENDIDIKAN BUDI PEKERTI DALAM MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA-SISWI KATOLIK

Character of education is an effort to educate students so that the students have noble attitudes and behavior. In fact, this education still has not achieved the objectives of the establishment of the program. From the results of initial observations at Junior High School I Wonogiri and Kanisius Wonogiri Middle school, it was found that there were several degradations of moral values which had an impact on reducing student motivation. Therefore, this research focused on digging deeper into how both public and private schools apply patterns of character education as a school effort to help increasing student motivation. The research method used in this research was to use a qualitative research method using a comparative descriptive approach. The results of study showed that in the implementation of character education, Junior High School I Wonogiri applied moral values as a whole while the three main values emphasized by Kanisius Wonogiri Middle School were more religious values, honesty values, and social care values; in terms of school strategies and methods, the teacher's approach and the evaluation used both have similarities and differences. The results of the study show that the two schools have their own characteristics which are tailored to the vision and mission of each school.

Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Karakter Pada Surah An-Nisā’ Ayat 36: Kajian Tafsir Al-Munīr Karya Wahbah Zuhaili

This research examines the values ​​of character education contained in QS. An-Nisā' verse 36 through the perspective of Tafsir Al-Munīr by Wahbah Zuhaili. This verse emphasizes monotheism's importance: doing good to parents, relatives, orphans, the poor, near and far neighbors, colleagues, Ibn Sabil, and servants. The research method used is a qualitative study of text analysis to identify emerging themes, patterns, and concepts, relate them to the idea of character education in Islam, and produce a comprehensive understanding of the moral and ethical messages conveyed therein. Research findings show that the values ​​taught in this verse include religious values, responsible values, social care values, friendly or communicative values, and democratic values. The conclusion of this research shows that implementing these values ​​in everyday life can form individuals who obediently worship only Allah, act pretty, respect the rights of others, and contribute positively to society. Internalizing these values ​​in various educational sectors is relevant in forming a civilized and moral national character.

Upaya Pembentukan Nilai Karakter Peduli Sosial Melalui Pembelajaran IPS pada Siswa Kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 2 Sumbergempol Tulungagung

This research is motivated by the decline in the value of social care character among adolescents as evidenced by the many cases of juvenile delinquency, namely lack of association, lack of caring, bullying, fighting and lack of sense of help in SMP Negeri 2 Sumbergempol Tulungagung. The existence of this background requires efforts and attention from social studies teachers in shaping social care attitudes in students. The research focus is: 1) How is the formation of social care character values through social studies learning of VIII grade students at SMP Negeri 2 Sumbergempol Tulungagung, 2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the formation of social care character values through social studies learning of VIII grade students at SMP Negeri 2 Sumbergempol Tulungagung, 3) How is the impact of the formation of social care character values through social studies learning of VIII grade students at SMP Negeri 2 Sumbergempol Tulungagung. The objectives of this study are 1) To explain the formation of social care character values through social studies learning of grade VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Sumbergempol Tulungagung, 2) To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in the formation of social care character values through social studies learning of grade VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Sumbergempol Tulungagung, 3) To determine the impact of the formation of social care character values through social studies learning of grade VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Sumbergempol Tulungagung. This research uses a qualitative research approach with a descriptive type. Descriptive research is presented through words that are described, presented, analyzed and conclusions are drawn. The object of this research is the school and students of class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Sumbergempol Tulungagung. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation.The results of this study indicate that the formation of social care character values through social studies learning is that teachers incorporate social care character values into lesson plans and develop syllabi and integrate social care character values through social studies learning. Supporting factors in shaping the character value of social care are exemplary teachers, school routine activities, and facilitating social activities and inhibiting factors are student awareness, family environment, cafes and parking lots and technological developments. The impact in forming the character value of social care has a positive impact, namely students will have an attitude of empathy, students have an attitude of helping and helping each other when in trouble, the creation of mutual cooperation activities at school, the creation of size and togetherness at school, the formation of a harmonious family, eliminating differences in social status between others.

Internalization and Actualization of Larap Slambu Cultural Character Values in Elementary School Students

<em>The moral crisis that often occurs in elementary schools can be overcome by strengthening character education. Strengthening character education can be taken from the culture surrounding society, one of which is the larap slambu culture. The aim of this research is to determine the process of internalization and actualization of character values based on the larap slambu culture based on the strategies implemented by classroom teachers of elementary school students. This research uses qualitative ethnographic study methods. The data analysis technique used is analysis, description, and summary of phenomena based on data obtained through interviews and observation. The results of the research show that the cultural character values of Larap Slambu are religious values, democratic values, environmental care values, social care values, and responsibility values. The results of this research provide recommendations that educators and stakeholders need to realize the importance of internalizing and actualizing local cultural character values. This aims to improve student character and encourage the use of local culture as a model for strengthening student character in various regions.</em><div id="pip-toast"> </div>

Multicultural Learning Strategies to Improve Social Care Character at an Elementary School: A Case Study at Muhammadiyah 6 Elementary School North Samarinda

This study aims to analyze teacher strategies in shaping social care character and constraints experienced in shaping social care character of third grade students at Muhammadiyah 6 Elementary School North Samarinda 2022/2023 Academic Year. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques namely interviews, observations, and documentation. The study conducted at SD Muhammadiyah 6 Samarinda Utara revealed creative strategies adopted by teachers to cultivate social care character among third grade students. By implementing routine activities such as ‘Sharing Friday’, weekly infaq, and spontaneous responses in the form of reprimands and advice, teachers inculcate caring values. They also demonstrate exemplary behavior and transform the classroom environment to facilitate better social interactions. The use of magic words in daily interactions and the integration of social care values in Civics Education lessons emphasize the importance of empathy and solidarity. The researcher recommends that the school develop learning materials that reflect the cultural, religious and ethnic diversity in Indonesia and provide professional training for teachers on how to integrate multicultural education into their teaching and how to identify and respond to bias in the classroom.

Abstract: In indonesia, showing the value of social concern shows a declining symptorn caused by the develpment of technology and the internet, especially with the presence of smartphones that make people become morally narrow. Being less sensitive adn indifferent to the surrrounding environment makes a person an individualistic personality. With pesantren education, santri are taught and guided to have an attitude of helping each other, helping other (berinfaq), kinship, empathy and tolerance. The objectives that will be studied The study's aims will be as follows: (1) To describe strategy of Islamic boarding schools in instilling the importance of social care a culture of the mutual cooperation and infaq assistance ]and (2) to identify the elements that aid and hinder Islamic boarding schools in implementing a culture of mutual cooperation and infaq assistance for female students Walisongo Cukir Jombang. This research blends descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Techniques for gathering data include observation, interviews, and documentation. Techniques for data analysis include data reduction, data display, and verification. And to check the data's authenticity, use (1) credibility: a. improved persistence, b. observational extension, c. triangulation, (2) transferability, (3) dependability, (4) confirmability. The results of the research show that: 1) The administrators at the Islamic Boarding School of Walisongo Cukir Jombang in instilling the value of social care to students applying habituation patterns, and reguiring students to follow and help other students and fostering a sense of togetherness in carrying out the cleaning picket schedule. Factors in favor of the pondok in instilling a culture of mutual cooperation and infaq assistance at the Islamic Boarding School of Walisongo Cukir Jombang School include: a). there is direct control from the chairman of the pondok, b). the active role of complex administrators and supervisors, c). existence of facilities that support these activities, d). there is cohesiveness between the management and the supervisor and the students, d). motivation and exemplary examples from parents and administrators. Mean while, the inhibiting factors The following are the benefits of Islamic boarding schools in establishing the value of social caring in students: pupils' lack of understanding about the significance of social care to pupils is, kids' lack of awareness about the necessity of assisting and caring.

Analısıs Nılaı Karakter Pedulı Sosıal Pada Fılm Kartun Alıf Dan Alya Untuk Siswa Sekolah Dasar

In the modern era, anything can be done independently and with the help of technology. Bringing a lot of influence to the development of science and technology. Such as the fading sense of social care in each individual due to the impact of the development of technology. The purpose of this research is to describe the values of the socially caring character in the film Alif Alya, which is aimed at elementary school students. This study uses a qualitative research methodology, data analysis using reception analysis, data collection techniques using documentation as a data collection technique, and data analysis techniques by analyzing videos downloaded on Alif Alya's YouTube channel. The results of this study, the social care values contained in the film Alif Alya are able to cultivate at least three social care character values, namely Empathy, Helping, and Cooperation. The socially helpful nature of empathy is demonstrated in the actions of socially responsible people, which is consistent with the actions of children who appear to feel what other children are feeling. A type of social care known as collaborative social care requires teamwork to achieve specific goals. Social concern for helping others is shown by their compassion for children who act in a way that helps others without expecting anything in return.

How is return on investment from quality improvement programmes conceptualised by mental healthcare leaders and why: a qualitative study

BackgroundReturn on Investment (ROI), whereby the ratio of costs to benefits is assessed, is encouraged in-order to justify the value of Quality Improvement (QI) programmes. We previously performed a literature review to develop a ROI conceptual framework for QI programmes. We concluded that, QI-ROI is conceptualised as any monetary and non-monetary benefit. In the current study, we explored if this finding is shared by mental healthcare leaders. We also investigated the stability of this conceptualisation against influencing factors and potential for disinvestment.MethodsWe performed qualitative interviews with leaders in an NHS mental health organisation. There were 16 participants: nine board members and seven senior leaders. The interviews were held online via Microsoft Teams and lasted an hour on average. We performed deductive-inductive analysis to seek data from our initial ROI framework and any new data.ResultsWe found that in mental healthcare, QI-ROI is also conceptualised as any valued monetary and non-monetary benefits. There was a strong emphasis on benefits to external partners and a de-emphasis of benefit monetisation. This conceptualisation was influenced by the 1) perceived mandates to improve quality and manage scarce resources, 2) expectations from QI, 3) health and social care values, 4) ambiguity over expectations, and 5) uncertainty over outcomes. Uncertainty, ambiguity, and potential for disinvestment posed a threat to the stability of this conceptualisation but did not ultimately change it. Health and social care values supported maintaining the QI-ROI as any benefit, with a focus on patients and staff outcomes. Socio-political desires to improve quality were strong drivers for QI investment.ConclusionMental healthcare leaders primarily conceptualise QI-ROI as any valued benefit. The inclusion of externalised outcomes which are hard to attribute may be challenging. However, mental healthcare services do collaborate with external partners. The de-emphases of benefit monetisation may also be controversial due to the need for financial accountability. Mental healthcare leaders recognise the importance of efficiency savings. However, they raised concerns over the legitimacy and utility of traditional ROI as a tool for assessing QI value. Further research is needed to bring more clarity on these aspects of the QI-ROI concept.

Menilik Tradisi Suroan pada Masyarakat Jawa di Kelurahan Cahaya Mas

Suroan is one of the typical traditions of Javanese society. These traditions contain various deep meanings and noble values. This study aims to reveal the meaning and value of the suroan tradition in Javanese society in Cahaya Mas Village. The research was conducted using qualitative methods. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out descriptively by outlining the meanings and values contained in the suroan tradition in the Javanese community in Cahaya Mas village. The results showed that the suroan tradition in the life of the Javanese community, especially in the Cahaya Mas village was carried out as a form of hope, gratitude to God, and at the same time opening virtues in the new year in order to obtain a life filled with blessings. In practice, this goal is symbolized in various components of typical food, such as jenang sengkolo, jenang abang white jenang, golong limo, sego brok, sacred sekol, wulam sari. This component is a symbol of hope for the Javanese people in welcoming the new year. The suroan tradition carried out also contains noble values which include cultural values, cooperation values, responsibility values, social care values, tolerance values, and religiosity values. These values are very feasible to be instilled and practiced in the life of society, nation and state.

The Strategy to Internalize Social Care and Leadership Values for Early Childhood in Inclusive Schools in Bengkulu

Early childhood education is an effort to stimulate and provide learning activities that will later produce children's abilities and skills. Early childhood education is carried out with the aim of helping early childhood in the aspect of development, with the existence of early childhood education children can express ideas through playing while learning. In addition, in early childhood education it is important to internalize character education, because character education is one of the efforts that can be made to help children's development involving knowledge, feelings, and actions. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy of instilling character values of social care and leadership for early childhood students in inclusive schools in Bengkulu. The research method used in this study is mixed method or combined method with data collection through questionnaires and interviews. The sample in this study was TK B which amounted to 71 respondents and the subjects of the study were 5 kindergarten B teachers. The results showed that the categorization of social care and early childhood leadership profiles consisted of three categories, namely high, medium, and low. For social care profiles of 71 respondents, there were 32 people or around 45.1% in the high category, 33 people or 45.5% in the medium category, and 6 people or 8.5% in the low category. As for the leadership profile of 71 respondents, there were 21 people or 29.6% in the high category, 44 people or 62% in the medium category, and 6 people or 8.5% in the low category. Furthermore, the strategy carried out by teachers in instilling the value of social care and leadership using the method of telling stories, listening to speech, habituation, direct practice, and reminder methods. The Value of Character Education in “The Blind Side” by John Lee Hancock

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the educational value of the characters featured in “The Blind Side”. This research analysis uses qualitative methods. The educational values contained in the film “The Blind Side” are religion, recognizing excellence, friendship, hard work, social care, tolerance, responsibility, and love for the motherland. The results of this study indicate that all types of educational values are contained in the film “The Blind Side”. From the findings of research on the value of character education in the film “The Blind Side” as many as 30 data, the most dominant character education value is the value of social care as much as 7 data (23.3%), religious value as much as 3 data (10%), the value of recognizing excellence 3 data (10%), friendship 3 data (10%), hard work 4 data (13%), tolerance 4 data (13%), responsibility 5 data (17%), and patriotism 1 data (3%).

Analysis of the Values and Meaning of the Kulisusu Ethnic Traditional Weaving Fabric Craft Motifs

The purposes of this research were (1) to analyze the process of making Kulisusu ethnic woven fabrics (2) to analyze the meaning of the motifs contained in the traditional Kulisusu ethnic woven crafts (3) to analyze the educational values contained in the traditional Kulisusu ethnic woven crafts. This research is a qualitative research and uses a descriptive approach. Data collection is carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the process of making Kulisusu ethnic woven fabric crafts consisted of 9 stages, namely 1) materials; 2) tools 3) traditional rituals 4) drawing motifs: 5) spinning threads; 6) sorting yarn (pouluri); 7) Arranging yarn (Lopo); 8) tying the motifs on the warp; and 9) weaving (Mohoru). The meaning of the motif contained in the woven fabric of the Kulisusu ethnicity is the vertical motif which means the relationship between humans and the God; horizontal motifs that are meaningful about human relationships with other humans; and natural motifs that are meaningful about the relationship between humans and nature. The educational values contained in the traditional weaving crafts of the Kulisusu ethnicity are religious values, honest values, love for the motherland, social care values and responsibility values.

Pangeran Diponegoro Pahlawan Nasional dalam Novel Remy Sylado sebagai Sumber Belajar Sejarah

The quality of education in Indonesia is declining, one of the reasons is that character education is still not optimal in schools, history learning resources so far have only used artifacts and other historical relics. Even though in the process of learning novels can be used as a source of learning history. Characters in historical novels can be used as a tool for instilling student character values. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a historical or historical approach. The main data source used in this research is the novel Prince Diponegoro by Remy Sylado, published by Tiga Serangkakai. This study found several character values contained in the Prince Diponegoro novel, namely religion, nationalism values (love of the motherland), social care values, and cultural values. The value of character education can be used as a source of learning history that can be collaborated in basic competencies in class XI high school, namely 3.6 Analyzing the role of national and regional figures in fighting for Indonesian independence.

‘Love is tricky to capture at this level’: social care values, performance measurement, and the emergence of ‘ethical capital’

Professional ethics and values in social care have frequently been described as a site of active resistance against the incursion of neoliberal managerialism in social services. More recently, however, this view has been challenged by an emerging discourse that explicitly treats organisational values as measurable capital assets, exemplified in a growing literature around the concept of ‘ethical capital’. Drawing on data from an ethnographic study on ethics and values within the social care sector in the UK, this article argues that, in practice, the notion of treating values as quantifiable and measurable capital is a consequence of the necessity for organisations to capitalise every part of themselves in order to survive in an increasingly competitive funding market. However, instrumentalising professional ethics in the interest of market competition threatens to undermine its critical potential and to make any part of it that resists subsumption under market logic unintelligible within bureaucratic regimes of performance management.

The purpose of this study is to describe the values of character education in the novel The Best Gift by J. S. Khairen and are embodied in Indonesian language learning in class XII high school. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using data collection and analysis techniques in the form of text analysis. The results of this study present the values of educational character in the novel The Best Gift by J. S. Khairen. The findings in the novel The Best Gift by J.S.Khairen are 15 indicators of character education values, religious values, honest values, tolerance values, discipline values, hard work values, creative values, independent values, recreational values, curiosity values, respect values. achievement, friendly or communicative values, peace-loving values, environmental care values, social care values, and responsibility values. The results of research on educational character values in the novel The Best Gift can be designed in the form of a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) in Indonesian language learning in SMA in class XII even semester with KD 3.9 Analyzing the content and language of novels and KD 4.9 Designing novels and novels by paying attention content and language both orally and in writing.

Internalizing the Social Care Value of Elementary School Students through Character Education

Character education is important for instilling good morals in students, including social care values. This study aims to discover more deeply how schools internalize social care values through character education in elementary schools. Character education makes students good citizens who care about social problems in their immediate environment. The research design used is descriptive qualitative research with a case study model. Researchers used interviews (structured) and observation with educators and students to collect data. Data was validated based on the character education triangulation rubric in learning. Results of the study show that overall the internalization of social care values through character education at Muhammadiyah 1 Elementary School of Surakarta has been successfully carried out through value transformation, namely various strategies such as; character formation and empathy towards others, habituation of social caring attitude; the teacher gives constructive reprimands; The teacher also acts as a role model by setting an example in socially caring behavior and peer tutoring. This result is also strengthened by changes in student attitudes, such as respecting the school community; help a friend in need. This research implies that all relevant stakeholders must continue to improve and be consistent with changes in student behavior.

Analisis Nilai Karakter dalam Kegiatan Bermain Peran Anak Usia Dini

Character education is now indeed a major issue of education, apart from being part of the process of forming the nation's children's character, character education is also expected to be the main foundation in the success of Indonesia Gold 2025. Seeing these problems we need a method that can be used to improve the character of discipline, creativity, hard work and communication skills in class. One method that can be used is role playing. Role playing activities in kindergarten can achieve optimal achievement of all aspects of child development. The purpose of this study is to describe the character values ​​that appear during the role play. This research is a qualitative research based on the philosophy of postpositivism. The results of the research show that there are several character values ​​that are integrated in role playing, namely religious values, discipline values, honest values, hard work values, creative values, independent values, curiosity values, national spirit values, friendly/communicative values, love values. peace, the value of reading, the value of caring for the environment, the value of social care, the value of democracy, and the value of responsibility. The impact of character value analysis research in role playing is the integration of several character values ​​in role playing activities.
